That time was invaluable and I can not thank you enough. I knew I’d get a nice welcome but didn’t expect every single person I then came across to be so understanding and nice. Natalie and Zarnab are the first lovely faces you see and immediately put you at ease with the most wonderful welcome. Carina is beyond amazing with her care and compassion and even held my hand when the worries came ( it was a lot ). Then Marius, well he’s the MOST amazing dentist, caring, kind and a great sense of humour, definitely needed to calm the nerves! I would travel miles just to keep Marius as my PAINFREE dentist! Leena you were the cherry on top with my hygiene appointment, nothing phased you and the wonderful Shala. You took time and talked me through every little thing you did. I felt my worries just disappearing because of your professionalism and such caring nature! Hampshire dentist you really do what you say, pain free dental treatment and with a smile!! Thank you, thank you , thank you. You will never know just what you’ve done for me. You’re all truly wonderful!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by Zarnab, whose outstanding customer service immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The dentist Marius was exceptional, taking the time to clearly explain each step in detail, which made me feel fully informed and reassured throughout the appointment. I was equally impressed with Vaida, the hygienist, who carried out her work with great professionalism and explained the process thoroughly, ensuring the experience was both comfortable and pleasant. Overall, the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Had a few issues bugging me for a while and my usual dentist wasn’t particularly helpful so decided to pay a bit more and go somewhere else and I’m super glad I chose Hampshire Dentist. The entire team from the receptionist, dental nurses and the dentist himself were all 10/10. Amazing service, super friendly and helpful and the dentist gave me all the options possible for my needs. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service every time. I have very sensitive teeth and have had awful experiences in the past, but Hampshire Dentists are so friendly and professional, making the experience stress free, pain free and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Every member of the team I have had the pleasure to meet has been so nice and reassuring. I have a dental and needle phobia... so things can get pretty stressful, but the team is patient, kind, and reassuring. If you are in a similar position, or simply want to find a great dentist, this is the place. I read a lot of reviews and researched the practices beforehand and these guys are the real deal! Appointments are on time, there is no rush to get you in and out the door, and the team is great at explaining things as they go.

Fantastic experience: For years I have stayed with Hampshire dentists for the sheer fact they have the most pleasant staff and establishment. Going private for dental ye sis not cheap, but I have had more positive outcomes from private care with Hampshire then I ever have with NHS dentists. Be sure to be pleasant to the receptionists both ladies are the reason I never get bored in the waiting room and why calling them is never an issue.

Fantastic experience: I had a teeth cleaning and whitening done recently with Dra. Vaida and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! She’s absolutely lovely, so warm, gentle, and professional the cleaning left my teeth feeling super fresh and spotless, and the whitening made such a difference. My smile is noticeably brighter and I’ve had compliments already. Dra. Vaida made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. You can tell she really cares and takes pride in her work. I left feeling great and actually looking forward to my next visit, and that says a lot coming from someone who usually dreads the dentist!!! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing dental care with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a Dental Implant and throughout the whole experience from the removal of the tooth to the fitting of the implant the treatment was pain free and Rob and his team made sure that I was ok at all times. Nobody wants to lose a tooth but if you are considering an implant, I can highly recommend Rob and the team at Hampshire Dentists.

Fantastic experience: Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

Fantastic experience: I have a full set of crowns and veneers done abroad, and after moving to the UK, I struggled to find a dentist who could provide the right level of care. No one seemed able to offer the support I needed—until I met Dr. Andreas Kortesiis. He is a true professional with a human touch. He takes his work incredibly seriously, always getting to the root of the problem rather than just fixing the symptoms. His attention to detail is remarkable—he is a true perfectionist and a master of his craft. On top of that, he is a warm and engaging person. I used to be terrified of dentists, but with Dr. Kortesiis, I feel completely at ease. I actually look forward to my visits now! Fantastic experience: After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Fantastic experience: Rob has been my dentist for a number of years. I moved from Southampton in 2023 to Worcestershire, when my bottom plate gave up on me I contacted Rob then went to see him. He booked me two further appointments and this week I had my new teeth and they fit perfectly. Fantastic experience: This dentist is a real gem of a find. Treatment was excellent, price plans, issues with my teeth and even the x-rays were clearly and in detail explained to me. I was still with a private dentist elsewhere but wasn’t happy with the work, so I called up Hampshire dentists to see if they could book me in for a consultation. I have seen and spoken to most of the dentists and staff there since joining and all of them are fantastic. The work that I had done was carried out by Dr Robin H and I honestly am beyond grateful and impressed at the professionalism and talent that he carries out in his role as a dentist. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Hampshire Dentists for the first time after not having a dentist for several years. The staff on reception were very welcoming and put me at ease. I saw Andreas for a general check up, scans and x-ray. He was friendly and professional, clearly explaining everything he was doing. Fantastic experience: My experience with Hampshire Dentists has been the best dentistry journey I have ever had. Pain free is an under statement; I never once left the practice in pain or discomfort (apart from minor ones from getting my braces tighten which is expected). Everyone is super welcoming; Nicky and Natalie will always receive you with the brightest smile and make you feel ‘right at home’ every time. My orthodontic process was just as amazing: in just under a year and a half, Joanna worked her magic and turned my smile from crocked to perfect ! A big shoutout to Kasha too, she always has something funny to say which helps to ease the nerves Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will be coming back for my check ups and cleanings. Have only been with them a few months and I’m definitely not the easiest patient, but the whole team have been nothing but understanding, kind and patient. From day one, in particular Natalie, on reception was warm and welcoming and really helped put me at ease. Fantastic experience: After meeting Dr. Andreas in person, I decided to book an appointment with them. I had an issue with one of my teeth and was given the option of getting a crown or a filling. Dr. Andreas explained everything clearly and gave me advice on which option to choose. I opted for the filling and the receptionist scheduled my appointment for the following week. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The tooth required a lot of grinding before the filling, leaving only one third of it remaining, so I know it was a difficult job. Nevertheless, Dr. Andreas and their team did an exceptional job. I would undoubtedly recommend their services, and I give them a 5-star rating without hesitation. Thank you, Dr. Andreas and your team, for the excellent work!

Fantastic experience: Last year in August I suffered from intense tooth pain that began unbearable, therefore I went to many dentists to get this pain sorted with an emergency treatment, but no one would have taken care of me, as I needed to "book an appointment". Hampshire Dentists' team were the only one who accepted me the same day I presented there! Andreas, the dentist who took care of me, has been very friendly and professional. He and his team sorted my problem without any other issues. They were always available, and they were kind enough to book check-up appointments for me! Thank you guys, you literally saved me!

Fantastic experience: I HATE the dentist, no offence intended, but Andreas actually makes visiting a pleasure. He's a brilliant dentist who is kind and considerate, especially as I'm a nervous patient. I am his No1 fan and sing his praises to all who listen and Molly his nurse is an absolute delight.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Hampshire dentist for couple of years now and am always amazed by the efficiency and first class service! Dr. Marius, Dr Rob and the team looked after me and the other day I had my 3rd lower molar taken out by Dr Andreas. I am so surprised how quick and painless he did this procedure! The staff at the reception also were friendly and always make coming there a nice experience. Thank you Hampshire dentists!

Negative experience: After initial first visit every thing seemed fine. Two weeks later developed an abscess so booked and emergency appointment. Was told there was an infection, so either treatment or remove the tooth. I opted for extraction, much to my regret, now I've had some teeth removed back in past wisdom teeth for starters, with no pain to speak off. Well the next half an hour and after four injections, was a nightmare, I could feel pain all the way through the procedure. Eventually it was over so I paid and left. On way home started thinking I should been given a subscription for Antibiotics for the infection. That evening, the side of face cheek, jaw, tongue had all swell, making it impossible to eat any solids and even liquid is hard to swallow, it takes a while to swallow painkillers. Contact dentist again got another appointment a managed to get Antibiotics. But from Thursday until this Sunday I've been living off cup a soup, dunked bread sticks in my throat, painful to swallow and manage half a mousse and a few spoons of porridge. Will be looking for another dentist for any future treatment

Fantastic experience: I have been with Hampshire Dentists now for just under a year and I can not thank David and Robin enough for the kind care and attention that has been taken in restoring my teeth. I ❤️ my new smile. I was very nervous about it all, however David and Robin were great at explaining it all and putting at me at ease as we went through each procedure.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Hampshire Dentists for a decade now and cannot speak highly enough of the practice and always recommend it to friends. Robin and Marius and the team of nurses, assistants, hygienists and back office staff are always friendly and helpful. But dental practice needs to be more than just friendly: they have invested in the latest technology and it is apparent on every visit how that technology is being used to the max for the benefit of every customer. I skipped going to the dentist for several decades because of a horrible experience in Birmingham in my 20s, but Hampshire Dentists restored my faith in dentistry - they pride themselves on a pain-free experience and that's what they deliver. I can't imagine going anywhere else to be honest.

Fantastic experience: I used to be afraid of going to the Dentist but over the years I have found it much easier. I always see Rob and he is very good at his job because I can't remember him ever hurting me, so I'm pleased to say I now don't mind going to the Dentist. Also great customer support (First Class service)

Fantastic experience: Rob is a fantastic dentist, I always feel very comfortable whenever I visit him. Always provides clear explanations and a calm, relaxed environment - no feeling of being rushed. The nurses are great too. The reception team are always very helpful and welcoming. Charlotte is a great hygienist, always does a great job and is very gentle too. I couldn’t recommend Hampshire Dentist enough. If you’re a little anxious about going to the dentist, then Hampshire Dentists is definitely worth considering.

Fantastic experience: A lovely welcoming dentist practice. I was very nervous initially about the dentist but put at ease and had no judgement after not going for a long time. Dr Andreas is friendly and I appreciate his advice & expertise to get the work done that’s needed. Thank you.

Negative experience: 12/09/23 Update. Down from 4 to 2. Got a text to go for a 6 month check-up; got email confirmations and reminders after I called to book it and even had ti reschedule on the day because of public transport issues — So 1 text, 4 emails, 2 phone calls and at no point was I informed, in writing or over the phone that this check-up, that is routine, is £55 pay now please. So the habit of billing people without saying anything continues. I don’t need Reception telling me “we’re not the NHS”. That means nothing to me, I’m not from the UK and apart from the nightmare with them earlier this year, I haven’t gone to see a dentist since I was a preteen in Dubai so excuse me for not knowing by osmosis that a “”routine” checkup that I was contacted to book costs anything. It’s really not difficult to add a line to texts and to make it standard to say there is £55 charge when you’re contacting people to tell THEM to book an appointment! That was £55 taken from my last £79 I had before payday so well done :) Update (20/3/23): Amending rating from 1 to 4. I was contacted on Saturday - which was unexpected but much appreciated - my concerns were acknowledged and have now been addressed beyond what I could have expected. The procedures themselves were never painful, to be clear. Furthermore, the staff have always been courteous in my experience. The problems were the filling was too high which caused other issues, there was no mention of cost or potential cost until I specifically asked, and I didn’t really know what I was getting done until I was on the chair, again, with no idea of cost, if any. Going forward, I see no problem staying on with the clinic - this appears to have been a one-off case of administrative miscommunication for the most part. I’ll also know from now on to thoroughly check my bite in multiple positions when getting fillings. It’s still upsetting that it happened in the first place, yes - which is why I’m amending to 4 instead of 5 stars. But I will give credit where it’s due - they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to put things right. I feel confident the feedback has been taken onboard and this incident will end as just that - an unfortunate but one-off incident. Original Review: I can’t fully close my jaw or chew now. I had to go in for a new filling because my previous one just fell out. I only found out the cost after it was done - I expected someone to tell me but it was never mentioned - I had to ask at the desk if there was anything to pay after it was done! And it turns out the filling that fell out was a ‘permanent’ one and this one is only an emergency ‘temporary’ (something I wasn’t told prior) - it cost £98. If I had known I was only getting a temporary filling and that said temporary filling would cost that much, I would’ve waited and paid a little more to get a proper one! Not only that, but now I can’t chew or close my jaw because - despite the dentist grinding it down multiple times - the filling is still too high. It felt like it might be so while I was lying on the chair but the moment I was out of the clinic and no longer talking, I could tell something was wrong. Then I tried having dinner and couldn’t chew. But they were already shut for the weekend. It turns out one’s bite isn’t the same when checked lying down as it is sitting/standing up! I don’t dare to think how much it’s going to cost to get it fixed nor when or if they will even be able to fix it. And I still have to get it removed and replaced with a permanent one, no doubt at full price. In the meantime I’ll have to live with it for God knows how long and the thought makes me want to cry. I was better off when I had no filling - the sensitivity was manageable, I could chew my food and rest my jaw properly and I wasn’t £98 out of pocket for something that will ultimately need to be replaced. I wish I could say I wasn’t deeply unhappy and disappointed but I am. And to add insult to injury, I didn’t get an email receipt despite specifically requesting one and being assured I would get one.

Fantastic experience: Always excellent and friendly staff. My dentist, Marius is so good, as are his assistants, and think could put the most nervous patient at their ease. He was there for me in an emergency today when he fixed an old crown that had suddenly come adrift the previous evening, and I’m due to go on holiday! I’m now planning on having it replaced when I return, and it’s going to be less expensive than I thought! Also a word about the Dental Hygiene team - again super, and with all the latest equipment. Excellent all round.

Fantastic experience: This was (besides an emergency appointment for an abcess a couple of years ago) my first dental experience in 25 years. I am so pleased I chose Hampshire dentists. All contact over phone, email and face to face has been not only great customer service, but warm and friendly also. Technology has come on in dentistry 10 fold since I last went, and made the appointment much quicker than imagined. After a scan and xray, I am now just awaiting a treatment plan so I can start the steps to getting my teeth in better shape. Thank you to Rob, the lovely dental nurse and receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Had a great service from Hampshire Dentists today, from the moment I walked in I had a really friendly welcome from the reception staff. The dentist who I had, Marius, was professional and helpful showing me my teeth and explaining what he was saying to his assistant. I have always used NHS dentists, but as i have just moved to Southampton and wanted to avoid long waiting lists, i tried this private dentist and I wont be going back, I definitely recommend and its definitely worth the higher price. Thank you for putting my mind at ease in what can be an axious atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: Rob and the team (including all the admin ladies!) were so wonderful from start to finish. Treatment was quick and pain free and they made my partner feel so at ease. They were honest and open throughout. He went from being a nervous patient who struggled with a checkup to having the final stages of implants with no sedation. Really competitive and reasonable pricing, outstanding after care and just an all round brilliant service. Everyone felt like friends to us after just the first visit. We were always made to feel welcome, and are sad to see an end to the regular visits although will absolutely be using rob and the team for routine care going forward. Thank you all! Fantastic experience: Recently started using this dentist everything is amazing, from ringing up to book appointments with the ladies being so helpful, funny, charming and friendly, ( pay rise needed for the receptionist staff they that good). The dentists are very informative and precise in there details explaining what could happen to put you at ease. The best bit for me is there humour, you feel so relaxed and I feel I want to spend the day with them.

Fantastic experience: I have used this dental practice twice. The first time was when I broke my removable retainer. I phoned up upset and in a panick. The lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely and reassured me they would sort me out. She could tell how worried I was and fit me in for the following day. I saw Joanna who was excellent; she listened to everything I said and did a great job. She also filled in two chipped teeth that I wanted filling and did such a professional job! My retainer was ready to collect very quickly and I felt like a film star when I walked out with my full teeth! The second time I used this practice was when my permanent retainer needed fixing. It was fitted at my orthodontist. The dentist I saw did a fantastic job, and put the glue on in a way that covered the wire but so it didn't get in the way of my bite, as it did previously. I find all the staff very pleasant, friendly and professional and i wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have recently visited Hampshire dentists and couldn't be happier with the service in which I received. From the moment I walked into the reception I was made to feel totally welcome by the super friendly staff. I was booked in for a hygienist appointment as I had some stains i wanted to be removed. The whole service was so professional and I was taken through every step of the process so I was clear what was going on. I left with my teeth looking and feeling so much more clean!! Whilst at my appointment I asked about a filling that I wanted to be replaced from a silver one to a white one, I felt really confident to book in again so booked in for the following month to have the filling replaced. I am so glad I did!! The difference it has made to my smile and confidence is amazing!! Again the service and professionalism was second to none. I am so over the moon with both services provided that I have booked back in for more appointments. Highly recommended Hampshire dentists :)

Where do I start? From my initial enquiry to my next day call back dealt with by Tracey, I instantly felt at ease. The reception team were very friendly and accomodating and full of smiles. Whilst I sat waiting for my first dental visit in over 10 years, the smallest of touches like the ambience of music for distraction and the personal welcome from Beccy who I believe is the Practice Manager continued to ease my nerves. I was welcomed by Robin and his nurse and had a full dental health check. He was very gentle with his approach and it was actually a very comfortable experience. I received a full breakdown & explanation (which was super thorough) of my dental health, followed by a full treatment plan and clear costings. Robin ensured that I understood the clinical 'jargon'. To cut it short, I can't wait to return so I can smile again, with confidence! Thank you team.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous before this appointment. My daughter doesn’t like new places, being touched, loud noises and we had to fix her And what an amazing surprise it was! She laid down on me on big blue chair. Dentist did check up and explained to her everything. We’ve already practiced at home opening her mouth so she was ok with this. Emma hold the hand mirror for her so she could see everything in it. I covered her ears with my hands. Dr Marius did his magic with talking and drilling. Than a little bit of air blow and filling was in! My daughter was fascinated by the whole visit! When we left she said ‘Mummy I have the best Dentist ever! Can I have another hole! Please’. Fantastic experience: The people here are absolutely amazing. I needed an emergency appointment to resolve an infection in my lower jawline and they were able to fit me in the same day despite me coming from another county. The orthodontist was clear and sensitive about the pain I was in and they issued anti-biotics to help start the resolution to the problem.

Fantastic experience: Dr Robin has been my dentist for years now. He’s the best dentist I’ve been to. Always listens, and has a kind and gentle approach to dentistry. Dr Hanna fitted 8 crowns and two veneers to correct the sub-standard upper-teeth veneer job done elsewhere.
