Negative experience: Very disappointed that scale and polish not included during appointment as part of band1 treatment and that you are made to come back at additional cost (band2) to the NHS. This is not only inconvenient but also potentially questionable in terms of contract. Shame as all other aspects are very good.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today with Harriet (a dental practitioner, I think) who is lovely and seems to have time to look at my teeth for more than 30 seconds. My experiences with the dentist (Mariam) here was a world record for how quick I was seen and sent away! She also doesn't seem to do work that will take more than 30 seconds - she suggests a private dentist to do anything more taxing. This is surely not the point of NHS dentistry! Looking at the other reviews, I'm confused as they refer to dentists with other names and there is only one actual dentist at this practise!

Fantastic experience: I think this dental practice is superb. I have been going there since they opened. I have had a lot of damage to my teeth over many years and they strive to repair whatever is possible. I rate them as excellent.

Fantastic experience: Always receive a smiling friendly face from the receptionist. Explained my fears and were taken onboard by the dentist and dental nurse. It’s not my favourite place to go, but would rather go there to be listened and cared for to keep my teeth in good order.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a clean last week which was very good and I didn't have to wait which was very efficient. Unfortunately the hygienist was recovering from a virus - she did say - but I thought I may be OK as she was wearing a mask and assumed if she thought she was infectious she wouldn't be there. However, unfortunately I came down with it a few days later and have been quite ill with it. I feel I should ring a day or two before my next appointment to make sure nobody has a virus they could pass on!! Further to the above ,I (Annies husband ) just had a check-up plus clean and polish which was first class.Many thanks again as usual! Colin.

Fantastic experience: 210 is an outstanding clinic. My experience today is a great example. I broke a tooth over the weekend and phoned at 3.30pm Monday for an appointment. A cancellation slot was available at 4.00pm which I took. From leaving home, having the repair work done and returning home [about 20 miles in total] took a little over an hour. Courteous, friendly receptionand clinicians - I cannot praise them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth Opie redid 2 of my fillings which were failing as they had been in my teeth for about 40 years. She explained every step she was taking and was, I guess, as gentle as a dentist could be. Almost pain free and teeth look and feel much healthier. Thank you 210.

Fantastic experience: Another visit to 210 Dental Clinic and another first class experience. This was for a longer appointment with a lot to fit in due to me travelling a distance to get there. Katie was again brilliant. I am always treated with the upmost care and everything is explained and options discussed. I can't praise the team at 210 highly enough. She also explains things to you which I like instead of the norm with some dentists when you don’t know what all the lingo means! My teeth have improved since seeing her and feel it’s down to her and her advice too.

Fantastic experience: 210 has been my dentist since moving to the area over 15 years ago. The general check-up and follow on service provided has always been excellent and the staff friendly. Recently I suffered a cracked filling while having dinner. I called the next morning, had an appointment within a couple of hours and the filling replaced all before lunch, so now I know the needs based service is excellent too.
