Negative experience: What a joke. Went in for wisdom tooth pain. Receptionist was very amateurish. Her and another girl in Reception were just giggling loud for ages while I waited for the dentist. Not professional at all. Felt like I was in a playground. When I went to see the dentist I didn't feel confident. He had a very unprofessional attitude, wasn't at all interested and spoke very casually as though he didn't really care. Didn't explain anything with care. Just kept saying we can pull out the tooth or do root canal but cant do the full root canal and had to be seen by another dentist for this. When I said ok pull it out he hesitated saying its complex and had to be referred. Why was it mentioned earlier that you can pull it out then? Finally decided on root canal. Spent 20 mins doing root canal and then was told I would be referred to another dentist to complete the 2nd part. Well ive called about 30 different dentists and they all say they wouldn't carry out the 2nd part and would need to pay private for this. I don't see why as the full process should have been carried out the first time under the NHS and this was confirmed by the dentists ive been trying to contact. I've tried to complain already directly but no response. So please do not bother replying to me on here to comment as its not worth anything. Your service is a terrible. And your staff need to be trained on customer service, empathy and how to act professional. Stay away from this place.

Negative experience: Been here few yrs now , happily rip teeth out or just put temp filling … never given bridge , crown etc

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a look through the reviews and could not find a justified 1 star. So far I’ve been here for an emergency appointment and 2 treatment appointments. I’ve paid close attention to how staff speak. I’ve gotten an answer and explanation for everything I’ve asked and more information on top of that. My treatment not only went well, but I now know exactly what work I need done, how much it should cost me and which option is recommended between NHS and private. I did notice some patients being a bit difficult. If you can’t be nice and explain you don’t know plenty, you are not entitled to anything special just because you pay. The staff are there to do their work and anything more, you should already be grateful for. If I didn’t give them a chance based on reviews I would still be waiting to be registered somewhere else for no reason.

Negative experience: I really would not recommend, joined here 4 weeks ago and have had to attend every week since as nothing can ever be completed in one appointment and I have to constantly come back. I was booked in for a filling and they were not prepared with the dental nurse having to nip out every 5 seconds to grab something. This appoint was also meant to be for a scale to which one tooth was done and I was asked to book in again for a scale. The day after the filling i developed a lot of swelling which on the following day led to excessive swelling and hearing loss. I contacted JDRM the next working day to which they told me they can’t get me in even though it’s an emergency until my next scheduled appointment. I attended my appointment and they told me ‘because I have a problem’ they cannot do the scale because my whole appointment has been taken discussing the problem. A problem which reception was very aware of and didn’t communicate. I asked her to please still do the scale as everytime my scale appointment is pushed back I have to re arrange my orthodontist appointment. They reluctantly went ahead and I cannot even begin to explain how rushed it was, less than 5 minutes was spent on the scale and not one of the teeth had a proper scale done on it with so much calculus left behind. I am unsure if the lighting was poor or if the dentist just didn’t wish to give the proper care and attention. I am now looking for a private dentist to book in for a clean with their hygienist. I was given anti biotics for the swelling and referred to the hospital however they said it doesn’t seem like an infection and they’ve never seen such swelling from a filling or loss of hearing and pressure in the ear. I was given a lower jaw block however this was injected closer to my upper jaw/ear area and that is where all of the swelling was. I was told it is probably due to my disability and constantly told how complex all of my appointments are and that they have to push other patients appointments back because of me (not because of their lack of care or due diligence). I was also told on my first appointment my teeth were really clean and that there was no issue however there is subgingival calculus and supragingival calculus which my orthodontist was shocked was missed due to it being visible to the naked eye without dental equipment. When I asked for it cleaned I was also asked if I was sure due to the possibility I will have ‘gaps’ no concern for my gum health or oral health. I am really really shocked by the care I have had here, after so many years of trying to get my self and my kids into an NHS dentist I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not to add how unbothered the reception staff are upon arrival and how the phone is never answered no matter what time of day or how many times called they will only communicate via email which can take hours or days to instead of a 10 minute phone call.

Negative experience: I have tried calling since 9.00 am this morning and cannot get through to anyone. This is so frustrating. I need my tooth taken out from a bad infection. I was told to call up the practice by the dentist to arrange this appointment You are onhold for 20mins then the phone goes dead. The reply to the reviews about the same issue is shocking saying please give us a call directly and they can address our concerns. How can we!!!!! We cant even get through!!!!

Negative experience: I’m sorry but to the person who keeps who keeps writing we are sorry , please contact the practice or speak to the manager… how can we if they are not answering the phone! Why is it taking so long to answer the calls??? This is absolutely ridiculous! To the owners, you need to sort this out asap! I been on hold for 20 MINUTES as my child cannot attained and if your not answering then you give us a strike! This has been going on for a whole and needs to be sorted! Please do not reply back with we are sorry etc please contact the practice!

Fantastic experience: We have been here for an emergency appointment for my child and Ash has been utmost professional and kind in the treatment so I wouldn't be discouraged by the negative reviews.

Fantastic experience: Visited Dr Aruna Patel this morning as a new patient. She was very well-informed and took time to explain what she was doing, why it mattered, and the options available. The whole appointment felt calm and unhurried, with clear, practical advice and no pressure. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful, the process was smooth, and I left reassured with a clear plan for next steps. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I had a chipped tooth at the weekend and was i pain. I submit the form explaining the situation and decided to go there. Was seen by lovely receptionist Joanna She said i could be seen in the afternoon as there is a cancellation. 2pm appt with dentist Rahman and assistant Safia - very welcoming introduction and i felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: Last Friday, I had a tooth taken out, and it was quite an experience! The procedure itself went smoothly, but I was definitely nervous going in. The dentist and staff were really kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The recovery afterward wasn’t too bad, just some soreness and swelling, but nothing unexpected. Overall, I’m relieved it’s over and grateful for how well it went!

Fantastic experience: I had a filling done it led to an infection I was in extreme pain and then I called 111 thankfully they booked me in I was seen by Malcolm the dentist let me tell you he is so good. The pain is gone! The tooth looks so much better I really lost confidence and he rebuilt it and he took the physical pain away! I am so happy and suggest everyone asks for him especially if they feel pain … the original dentist who I was assigned too did mess up my filling and it led to this pain his name is felix sadly it made me think “we trust these people with our health’ MALCOM is the best 1. No pain 2. Builds confidence & helps you with oral health for the future not just for now!

Negative experience: Emergency appointment. No up to date xray equipment. Swollen face with infection in the tooth causing the problem was removed but no antibiotics given to clear the offending infection, said I didn't need them. I've had to go to another dentist to get it sorted as face still swollen and painful 4 days later. Dont bother ringing them because they never answer the phone. I do Not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Useless dentist. I've called this one, Oakham and Westcotes and it's the same issue. No one answers the phone after multiple attempts over several days. You will eventually get cut off. I ended up going in to their Leicester branch regarding a dental emergency and they just told me that they can't help and I need to call them. Based on previous reviews, I don't appear to be the only one. I don't expect anything to come out from this review, as they seem to just paste the same reply to every review. I doubt that they even read them. Don't waste your time with these people.

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much to Dr Malcolm Stewart and Assistant today I have massive nerve and anxiety and this is the second time I've been in now and as per usual absolutely exceptional in terms of their care, professionalism and kept me calm the entire time checking on me to make sure that I was not in any pain or any discomfort. I highly recommend this practice and I am so grateful for the service that I got, I look forward to my future visits I actually look forward to attending the dentist now after years of traumatic experiences led to my current dental issue, this practice has given me a new bounce in my step! If you're looking for a Dentist this is the place! Thank you!

Negative experience: I was informed that I was removed from registry because I missed two appointments which apparently I have made over the phone! First of all nobody never answers the phone sonit is pointless to even call. Secondly if you are removing patients from dental surgery register you could kindly send a courtesy email informing patients there are no longer registered with the dentists. Lady over the phone who called me, kept mentioning policy and that's all. I am very unhappy about the way how I was treated.

Negative experience: I’ve called around 15 times over the past two days—most calls lasting between 15 to 45 minutes—and every single one has ended with the line cutting off. I’m dealing with a dental emergency, yet I can’t even get through to someone to book an appointment. It’s beyond frustrating. At this point, I might as well drive to the practice and speak to someone face to face, because phone contact has proven completely unreliable. I’ve also followed the advice to message via Facebook and fill out the contact form—both multiple times—and not once have I received a response. For an emergency situation, this level of communication is completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: they don’t know how to answer the phone i need an emergency appointment and ive called so many times today for 30 minutes straight and nobody answers. what’s the point of being open till late if you do not answer the phone?

Fantastic experience: I visited Leicester JDRM Dental Care because I was not happy with my current NHS dentist. Dr. H. Aziz was so kind, caring and listened to me and I felt heard and understood. This dentist and her nurse deserve a reward for their professionalism and quality of care. THEY ARE AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: 10/10!! Just amazing ! Dr Aruna Patel is one of the loveliest dentists I've ever met!! I have bad past experiences with dentists growing up, who were either rude or didn't believe I'm in pain - Dr Patel was so kind and patient, and it was my first ever dentists appointment without any pain! And I'd like to emphasise just how polite and kind the receptionists are! :) Really makes you feel welcome!

Negative experience: I am disappointed with this practice.They strictly enforce their 48hour cancellation policy, which left me without care when I had to cancel an appointment at short notice.It feels like the policy is prioritized over patients’ actual needs. I hope they can find a better way to support patients who face unexpected situations.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous about going to this dentist due to some of the negative reviews, it turned out it had no need to be. From my first interaction with this surgery, I found all the staff to be welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The new patient process was easy and smooth, even offering me appointment for the next day. When I went for the appointment, this all continued and the whole experience was positive. I'd especially like to say thanks to the receptionist, who went out of her way to may me feel calm and welcome, and made sure all my questions were answer. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Went to get a filling done and came out worse than before with a hole inside my tooth, food getting stuck inside and in pain. The decay wasn’t fully removed either. I went in and communicated this with them, asked for the possibility to change dentist and get my filling sorted and they said they’ll call me the next day. Never got a call. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and they literally never answer. Ever. Even at all times of the day, in the morning, afternoon, 30 minutes before close. How busy could they possibly be 30 minutes before close? I genuinely think they just don’t wanna deal with anyone. Waste of my time and money. The reviews speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: My mum was always scared of going to the dentist because of the sharp pain she felt while the dentist cleaned her teeth. Thanks to the dentist Hajra at JDRM she handled my elderly mum with so much care that she is no longer in pain or scared of the dentist. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure my mum felt the least pain and was comfortable. Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish! Receptionists are children who literally cannot string a sentence together. They canx 2 appts in the space of 3 days. The first one they called me is n the actually day half hour before the time! Rebooked and now they canx again saying the dentist is fully booked? How did you book the appt in the first place then? She then said the dentist is not going to be in that day!? Make your mind up and tell the truth! Absolute liars and filthy clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain from a bad toothache and went to this dental practice after a friend recommended it. I wasn’t even registered there, but when I explained my situation to the receptionist, they were incredibly understanding and kind. Luckily, they had a cancelled appointment for the very next day and booked me in as an emergency. I had a tooth extraction yesterday, and Dr Mohammed Rahman was amazing ,friendly, gentle, and very professional. I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but he made me feel completely at ease and did the procedure perfectly. The reception staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. I’m so grateful for the quick support and excellent care I received. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Please don’t go! I had a cavity and they filled on top of the cavity. I was in pain during the whole service but I was ignored. Had my teeth checked by another dentist and was told they did a terrible job and made my cavity worse by not removing it, so disappointing I paid for a service and the service was terribly delivered.

Fantastic experience: Had to have an emergency appointment after ringing 111 a few weeks ago due nerve pain and a deep filling. Got in the same day and the man there sorted it quickly and gave me antibiotics (which im glad of a day later) and he was funny too. Within a few days it was completely painless after weeks of being in pain. So glad I didn't try to wait the weekend out for my own dentist.

Negative experience: Definitely not recommended the whitening I have paid over 340£ and doesn't help me i speak already with dentists he is ignoring me now they provide whitening at home be aware don't do any whitening with them just waste of money.

Negative experience: The is dentist, in Leicester, is a shambles. I had an appointment that lasted less than a minute and was told to make another one in order to have teeth cleaned and another procedure. Why they could not do it in this appointment, I do not know. It seems as though they want to just dish out appointments and have you come back over and over again so that they can keep charging for every appointment. Please stay away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency tooth extraction as I was in Leicester for work and couldn’t get to my usual dentist in London. They were the only ones happy to see me at short notice and the whole process lasted less than 20 minutes. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: Hello friends never trust this dental because of telling lies it’s happened with me when i asked them i am getting UNIVERSAL CREDIT BENEFITS so is there anything I have to pay any charges then they said no you no need to pay everything free for you then i done my treatment and treatment also just waste of money,time and just useless after done my treatment i get penalty charge for more than £400 and when i spoke to them they said we can’t do anything so care-full please

Fantastic experience: Myself and my son have been registered here for a number of years. All treatment and check ups have been fantastic. If I have any enquirys or needing an appointment I been responded to very quickly by the admin/receptionists. Dr Nikita Mistry has always been pleasure and is amazing with children. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment here yesterday 20/04/2025. I had an appointment with Ash and I can honestly say he was brilliant, as a nervous patient, he was very calming and reassuring and very gentle! He talked me through my different treatment options. Thank you so much. The only thing I would pick up on was the cleanliness of the place.

Fantastic experience: I've found this dentist to be fantastic. My previous dentist kicked me off their list in the middle of treatment after I was taken to hospital the day of my appointment. I was in a panic but found this dentist who very kindly took me on. She finished all the work and some extra ones, so I've had hours sitting in there! She's been kind, thorough, gentle and reassuring. I'm really impressed with how my teeth have turned out. I'm a disabled NHS patient too and she's been super nice about my health issues. They also have a small car park so that's another plus. It's also very central and easy to get to from the train station.

Negative experience: Rude staff, was given details on 111 for emergency treatment, when I arrived the door was locked and the staff member spoke to me through the glass and said they were too busy to help!

Negative experience: Had an emergency appointment here two days ago, and while I appreciate that they carried out the procedure, the overall experience was terrible. The appointment felt rushed, the environment was intimidating, and both the dentist and staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. After the appointment, I was still in pain and called back on Thursday. I was told they couldn’t see me until Monday at the earliest, and even then, there’s no guarantee—I’d have to call in the morning and hope for availability. The issue is clearly with the work the dentist has done, yet I’m left waiting in pain. The receptionist I first spoke to was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacking in empathy. When I expressed my frustration about the situation, she abruptly ended the call, citing a “zero tolerance” policy—even though I was not abusive, just rightfully frustrated. I asked for a manager to contact me, but I’m still waiting. Called again and spoke to another receptionist who was more professional but just as unhelpful. If you need an emergency appointment here, be warned—there is no proper aftercare, and you’re treated like just another number. Absolutely ridiculous and aggravating. I expected much better. I have since raised a formal complaint regarding the lack of care and dismissive attitude of staff, as this is completely unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: The staff at JDRM Dental Care were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my entire visit. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Saeeda, the receptionist, who made me feel right at home. She was efficient, helpful, and went out of her way to ensure my experience started off on the right note. The dental hygienists and dentists were equally thorough, explaining each step of the procedure and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Overall, the team, especially Saeeda, created a positive and caring environment that made my visit a pleasant one."

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to 3 dentist’s in the last year including private as I’ve had severe pain and infections and this is the only dentist that’s looking after me properly I seen nikita she’s so good and she talks you through every procedure and always makes you feel relaxed Definitely 5 stars

Negative experience: While trying to find a new dentist, I came across this practice. It is listed on the NHS website as accepting new applications, and the website advised on how to apply as a new patient, so I tried to contact them. I first experienced a long wait on the phone line of over an hour, so eventually had to use the contact form. This was responded to quickly with a poorly written email, suggesting I'd contacted them previously through 111. I hadn't done so, and told them. They then asked if I was a registered patient, demonstrating that they'd not read my original message. When I said I wasn't, they told me flatly that there was no new patients being accepted - a fact which was advertised nowhere on their site. A colossal waste of my time, and extremely poor service. Their dentistry may be okay, but I can say that their reception and customer service are awful!

Negative experience: The male receptionist wasted our morning. We called the Louborough branch for an appointment and they were closed so the call got forwarded to Leicester. The male receptionist from this branch would see our call got forwarded from Louborough but did not tell us this and therefore we drove to Louborough for an appointment which was for the Leicester branch. On the phone afterwards there was no apology and no attempt to try and help us. Wouldn’t recommend this company unless they employ some decent staff. HOPEFULLY THE DENTIST IS MORE COMPETENT!!!

Negative experience: Was in the queue from 8am, then once call is connected after waiting 10 minutes the line is disconnected as soon as I got through! So I called back and waited again! Only to be told that everything has to go through 111 now and they are fully booked for 2 days! Why does the website not say you have to go through 111! My elderly mum has been in so much pain! It’s a shame as I use to think the original service was good here

Fantastic experience: We've only been using this dentist for a few years now, today was our 2nd annual checkup. Very friendly, very welcoming, and Malcolm the Dentist is one the best, if not the best dentist I've ever used. We couldn't be happier with the service provided. It's nice to deal with someone who has a sense of humour.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean practice. Would recommend Dr Kaajal Kooner, I had a tricky root canal done and she was great throughout. Also a shoutout to Dr Malcolm who is also great, both fantastic dentists.

Negative experience: Been twice over the weekend for emergency appointment both times fobbed off when they have told me I'd need root treatment doing but didn't do it. Instead just wanted to fob me off and have left me in lots of pain and nothing else to do apart from put up with it. If the treatment needs to then do it this is not a place to go in an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Went today after not being seen with a dentist for over 10 years so was very nervous, reception was very patient and helpful, and Dr. Kaajal Kooner was polite, helpful and explained everything to me on my x-rays well, put me much more at ease for any future dental work.

Fantastic experience: I’m yet to actually attend my appointment; but I just want to leave a five star review for the lady who handled my call (and query) on the telephone today. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but I must say I am impressed. Update; I have since attended and undertaken a procedure with Dr Iqra Awan. I can confidently recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. During the whole process, my dentist was informative, re assuring and confident. It’s rare to come across a dental clinic this well organised. Thank you Dr Awan, the dental assistant and the staff.

Fantastic experience: It’s been more than a year since I have moved to England as a student! Trust me this is one of the best best dental hospitals I have been to. It’s not the ambience or interiors of the hospital it’s the people! Such kind and empathetic people! Be it the receptionist ( forgot to ask her name) and the doctor Aishvary and his assistant! Soo kind and we’re very amazing! I got my wisdom teeth removed and trust me I didn’t feel any pain. Took the X-ray and told me it’s damaged and needs ti be removed and I trusted him and he was very transparent! And after few minutes it was out and trust me this was my first time having a tooth extraction! Wow I will never be scared again! Also I just wanted to thank the receptionist for booking me on the same day as I was suffering with excruciating pain ( you have no idea) if she hadn’t bookend me in I would have suffered a lot! Rang the clinic at 9:30 am got the appointment at 2:30pm and was out by 3:30pm. So smooth! I would highly recommend this hospital as it’s got the kindest human being I have ever seen! Fantastic experience: My 7 year-old daughter chipped her big tooth and got an emergency appointment. Very efficient and the dentist Sneha was absolutely amazing. Her manner was fantastic - professional while being very child friendly, putting my daughter at ease for her treatment, smiles and no tears whatsoever. My daughter even said she wants to go back again! Thank you so much :-)

Negative experience: Malcum is a lovely dentist whole reception staff ate mini tyrants liking to rule over everyone with no compassion

Negative experience: Any chance of zero stars? This company only seem to know one word - DERIGISTER! Maybe the most accessible NHS dentist but defo the worst - ignorant & do not accept genine reason for the need to cancel - that is when they eventually answer the phone! How the hell they have a 3.6 rating - which is poor anyway - i'm guessing they mite add fake reviews?

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appointment today after days of pain, the lady on the counter was lovely and dentist Ash and his assistant (unfortunately didn't catch her name) were absolutely fantastic, very caring and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Very grateful for their help. Would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Awful. Zero bedside manner from the dentist, no explaination of what was wrong or needed to happen next, no explaination of any interim care prior to the referral appointment, couldn't get me out of the place fast enough. The one star is for the young girl on reception who was polite.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Sunil Patel is brilliant. His work is excellent and he goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best treatment. He also gives excellent advice on how to maintain your teeth. He makes other dentist surgeries look like amateurs. Great Work

Fantastic experience: Emergency dentist appointment on a Sunday. Couldn't fault the service. Very quiet, seen early. Ash the dentist very good. 5 day antibiotics prescribed after. Parking on site.

Negative experience: Found the dentist rude and arrogant, he thinks a lot of himself Will not be coming back here

Fantastic experience: Had to get my daughter an emergency appointment today even though I live over 1 hour away so helpful managed to get her seen dentist and assistant was fantastic and receptionist was lovely thank u so much made me and my daughter feel at ease

Fantastic experience: Excellent i used the emergency dentist Service they offer as an NHS patient. They did exactly what I asked no questions, no doubts, I wanted a tooth gone they took it. The extraction was 100% pain free with only two injections, I was in and out In minutes. And most importantly friendly good natured staff throughout.

Negative experience: I’ve only been once and they rescheduled my appointment but didn’t inform me. I found out when I showed up to the original appointment. When I did eventually have my cleaning, they were incredibly rough with the scraping and it was very uncomfortable. I’ve not been back since COVID but I’ve been trying to book in for weeks now but no one ever seems to answer the phone or respond to emails.

Fantastic experience: Wow what can i say other than 100% satisfaction each member of staff were so professional .I suffer with Dentist phobia for over 49 years and I tell you now the Dentist Dr Ricky Patel was fantastic with putting me at ease . Needed a tooth extraction and I can tell you he was brilliant ,took his time and coaxed me through all the time brilliantly ,all i can say is thank you so much for such a wonderful service. Yourself and your staff are a credit to the dentist industry ,thank you once again .

Negative experience: If I can give more than one star I would give that for customer service and for answering phone calls to this dental care i rang on Friday I was on phone for half n hour they answered phone and told me ring back ok morning at 8 I woke up before 8 try to ring them I was on fn for one and half hour they cut me off 4 times and never answered my phone call it’s like they choosing not to answer I had to give up and my father still in pain because they just not answering phone I would suggest never go to JDRM dental or don’t try to phone them because it’s waste of your time and energy

Negative experience: So after a weekend of excruciating tooth pain 111 refer me to JDRM. What a rude receptionist. "Can't help today" and hung up

Negative experience: It was rubbish, although it was good at first few appointments but then for 1 of our appointment we were 10 minutes late and the lady with the scarf didn't allow us, she also said that if we were 5 minutes late she would allow but the next time that same lady didn't allow us for 2 minutes late. Today we were deregistered from their practice as the last two appointments were in vain the staff booked it mistakenly still we had to travel for 1 hour. Don't go to Nelson street they don't stick to their rules and even once if we broken any rule they threaten us to deregister from the system.

Negative experience: They are "Butchers" not dentists!!! Only use them if you have no other option than your kitchen knife. Worst service I "EVER" received. They use sand not composites to make huge profits from you or the NHS. Was referred by NHS for temporary filling. Filling was out after flushing tooth with water. They placed second filling and few hours later filling was out again. In pain rung surgery and no one picked the call for over 30 minutes. Rung their other surgery in Coalville and asked if they could request the surgery in Leicester to ring me back. They rung back and I was told... "Some fillings can last few minutes, others few hours ... What? Really? Why bother to be injected, and pay dentists high fees to last minutes? With all the pain and anxiety all the process naturally takes. After a week they still haven't made contact to provided customer care or apologise. Had to place a temporary filling from the pharmacy and organising another dentist appointment. But, deep down still scared and my trust in dentists has been destroyed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, had me in on a Sunday for an emergency appointment. Was seen immediately and out within 20 minutes with the problem resolved and the dentist was very kind and caring and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about coming here but actually they were ok. Dr Patel and his assistant Sophie was very helpful as was the receptionist

Negative experience: I would give 0 rating it's a shame the minimum is 1. I spoke to what seems like the receptionist. Had no sort of empathy when describing my 5 year daughter's pain and cut the phone off when still talking to her. Did not even bother to try resolving the issue just felt like she was palming me off. YOU might of had a bad day but that doesn't mean you can't talk to us properly. Not sure why you're working in health care if you're not going to care!!

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency and they managed to see me quickly and provide complete treatment. I had no issues and the service was quick. I only needed a consult. Had an x-ray as well and a prescription for abx. Nothing too complicated.

Negative experience: I wouldn't even bother... I have been up at 7:40 ready to call in for 8 to get an emergency appointment after been referred by 111. No one answers the phone. It just rings till the call gets dropped. Today I was ringing constantly for 2 hours.

Positive experience: The guy and assistant we had was amazing with my 6 year old he was lovely and made my daughter feel reassured and at ease as it was her first filling, she was even laughing . he and the assistant was fantastic . My daughters normal dentist didn’t want to help and told me she had to wait 3 months before getting a filling wich is terrible (I am changing dentists ASAP) so when I rung JDRM they got her in on the same day as an emergency appointment and helped my daughter who was in pain and even prescribed her antibiotics just incase as the hole was quit deep , wich is fab :) . The only thing that let them down was the receptionist on arrival , her customer service wasn’t great she seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was quit rude , even my 11 year old said she was rude . Other than that the dentist itself were great :)
