Negative experience: Cannot fault the actual dentist the young Asian lady very polite easy to talk to The Reception HOWEVER Very dismissive rude and totally unprofessional harsh tone everytime I ring get off front desk you clearly are not made to do people !!!!

Fantastic experience: amazing dentist. i’ve always had the biggest fear of the dentist mainly due to the needles but my dentist was great and i didn’t feel a thing only slight sensitivity when filling my tooth but if i felt uneasy she would immediately stop and give me a break to breath, she reassured me every couple of minutes which made me feel more at ease. i couldn’t recommend a better place then this!!

Positive experience: I have been a patient at this dentist for a couple of years. I cannot praise them enough! They were fantastic with me as I'm a very nervous patient. Although I have given the 3 stars due to the receptionist Nicola being very rude! Her attitude stinks & that let's the dentist down as a whole.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a massive fear of the dentist ever since I can recall. I suffer with ADHD and autism, my anxiety and fear has been a major contributor to why I struggle with the dentist. There has only ever been ONE dentist that has made the process so much easier and that's SULLY! He's so patient with me, he's very welcoming and always has a way of putting me at ease and calming me down but most of all he's one great dentist that I have the privilege of calling my dentist I have nothing but respect for this man and would recommend him to anyone. He's the best! I appreciate Sully so much, and wanted to leave this review also as a thanks.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist . I was shown straight up to the dentists surgery and was greeted by a lovely dentist called Rohin and his nurse. Not only was he very professional but was also so friendly and reassuring as was his nurse . I definitely would recommend seeing this dentist if you have any doubt about going . Thank you Rohin for an excellent thorough dental appointment . Five stars all round ✨️

Negative experience: I felt like I was in good hands with this dentist until my usual dentist went on paternity leave. The other one (I forgot the name but it was a woman) briefly checked my teeth and sent me home when I came in with severe TMJ pain. Because my teeth are "fine", I should just keep wearing my retainer even though it's painful. Nobody knows what's causing the jaw pain. I have just been to a different dentist, had x-rays done and been told I have an infected wisdom tooth that urgently needs to be taken out. Thus could've been found out and treated over a month ago during my summer holidays and now I'm about to start work and can't take that time off. When I asked for my usual dentist on the phone I was told he won't be back until next year, I mentioned that the other one hadn't taken me seriously but this was not addressed by the receptionist. Neglectful and dismissive is all I can say. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: What can I say. I called the practice as I had awful toothache. Got me in same day. A course of antibiotics and a quick check up later and all sorted. I've also signed up as an NHS patient here. Yes they are taking NHS patients. Difficult to find these days. Nicola the receptionist is fantastic and extremely helpful and I saw Danial, who put me at ease . Highly recommend the High Street Dental Practice. First class service.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Dr Danial Cahn, he was very patient with me as I am petrified of walking into a dentist room. I was also very impressed because he explained exactly what he was going to do before he performed it. In addition to this when I asked him to stop while he was performing a scan of my mouth, he stopped immediately and straight after asked how I was and reassured me. Furthermore, he also listened to me when I opened up and spoke about the anxiety I have with going to the dentist. He is absolutely amazing, so thank you very much, I would highly recommend to go and see him for people who feel stressed or anxious about going to see a dentist.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, using this dental practice has restored a little more trust in Dental Surgeries. The receptionist was lovely and friendly. My dentist and his nurse get a massive shout out, Danial was aware I was nervous but was so gentle and reassuring and his nurse was just as caring.

He explained everything before he went ahead to remove my tooth & when I went back to check everything was ok he said he was going to give me scrape & polish I told him I didn't like the sharp pointy thing. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, used to be so scared of the dentist and hadnt been in ages but whole team did there best to make me comfortable and relaxed, top service and happy that i found a dentist that puts me at ease!

Negative experience: This dentist surgery should not even receive one star but I had to so I could write a review. I arranged to have my two front teeth removed and a plate fitted. After two weeks of antibiotics to treat gum infection i attended to have teeth removed and before dentist started he showed me my new plate. My plate was not as it should have been. Instead of having two new front teeth on it had one front tooth and the tooth next to it. A mistake had been made by the dentist and he was going to remove a perfectly healthy tooth as he thought the good tooth was infected. I have now cancelled all treatments with this surgery and attended a private dentist where he confirmed yes the dentist at Brownhills was going to remove a perfectly healthy tooth. Please consider very carefully before using this surgery. My treatment will be costing me approximately £2000 with private dentist instead of £319 on NHS , however at least I know I will be receiving the best care. I will be speaking to NHS England regarding my poor experience

Fantastic experience: Leah was brilliant on reception and booked me in straight away for an emergency . Superb service. Then Daniel the dentist was excellent and x-rayed and extracted my back tooth within minutes with zero pain. By for the best total experience I've ever had at a dentists from start to finish. Negative experience: Receptionist very rude,she even lent over myself to look at herself in the mirror behind me. I was early and on time for my appointment when another person came in 20 mins late and has been still seen and has already left. 1 hours 20 minutes in reception, 1 hour late for my appointment now and still not been seen . ? Not very good . The reception area is very untidy with boxes everywhere. Eating while on reception, this is a hygenic area. Go in for an appointment as filling has been lost to have to come back and pay again, not good I'm definitely not happy and not what I was expecting today !!

Fantastic experience: High Street Dental have been amazing over the last few months. They were very easy to deal with in registration and we quickly and easily set up a treatment plan. Nicola is always really helpful on reception and they ALWAYS phone the day before to check all is still ok for the appointment. Dr. Rohan has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He clearly explains everything and has really encouraged to practice better dental hygiene. After a few appointments, I’m really proud of my teeth now and would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to the dentist for numerous years neglected my teeth rang this morning at 9 am to be told £80 emergency fee to be seen which was well worth it, appointment at 11 seen and out pain free in 30 mins now have a plan and a dentist who knew exactly what was causing the problem, together we’ve worked out a treatment plan and can now say I have a dentist who I will attend regularly saw Dr Yasser and nurse seema would highly recommend to anyone looking got a nhs dentist

Fantastic experience: Came today for an appointment efficient staff across the whole practice, friendly smile by the receptionist and booked back in tor treatment that the receptionist got me for a time to suit my schedule, first appointment with dr Daniel who I believe is new to the practice what can I say bonus to the practice caring nurse Leah.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service today on a Saturday with Dr Danial, highly recommend and very reasonable too. Great advice given and I have mentioned to other businesses in the area so he can be kept busy on a Saturday.

Negative experience: Be careful if you have gold filling or gold crowns ,. I call the dentist down stairs the gold collector . He gives you a scale and polish and loosens your gold then when they fall out you go back to have them put back on and he says he can’t put them on and he keeps them and replaces with a metal filling . He’s now taken two of mine . I wouldn’t go back so he could have my last one ,I’ve had them for years , and never had any trouble till he decided to steal them ,so beware !!!!

Negative experience: Grotty little place... covered the whole of brownhills so they could get there cousin brothers to build extension on practice... refused to pay for skip... the mess is still all In the street now six months later as I write this

Negative experience: I am so disappointed with the reception staff at the dentist. I have been with this dentist for over 6years. In the last 2 years due to a bereavement , I have not been to the dentist for check up, as you can imagine that wasn’t high on my priority list.I called in to book an appointment and she told me due to not keeping up with these recommended 6 months check up, I am now considered a new patient and will have to pay 80 pounds as I have not been for recommended check ups then concludes to tell me I have an out standing debt on my account which would have been from when I was in maternity which doesn’t add but when I asked for more information she then changed the date of the outstanding amount which was just a bit confusing. What’s disappointing is my dentist is great and always has been but the poor staff at the reception made me cancel my appointment. The funny thing is I do not mind paying the 80 pounds but I will not spend my money where am not appreciated and spoke to in that manner. So thank you but I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. To think I was just willing to pay the 23 pounds and just leave it and the next payment but to make me a new patient without every taking into consideration why one has not been for a check up it feels like you are trying to make up the money for the 4 check ups in the 2 missed years in one appointment. Which might I add has never happened there is shocking. Just a heads up to those that might find themselves in my shoes.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a fantastic service, i am going through cancer treatment at the moment, and i am having so much trouble with my teeth, but they can't do anything intrusive, so they are trying to sort my pain out with other treatments, temporary fillings and special pain free varnishes, which has thankfully worked, and to top it all they did it for free and were so sympathetic towards my problems, Dr Rohin is a fantastic doctor and i highly recommend him and his trusty assistant Nicola Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Left my previous dentist due to no care or consideration. I have joined the high street dental practise and I can say at my first appointment there I was treated fantastically. I had been going to a family dentist for 20 years and had a bit of trouble with a tooth that needed extracted. Dr Sully is levels above the other dentist! Negative experience: Doctor Deepak Gogna doesn’t know where to inject anaesthetic and caused me pain when drilling, for a simple filling. Then takes offence when you ask questions, such as why didn’t you inject by the tooth he was working on? (I didn’t know I had teeth in my cheek) Terrible atmosphere and attitude of dentist. Have found a new professional service. That have made it apparent that this dentist is out to extort.

Fantastic experience: Been today Im a nervous patient was made at ease from the moment I entered 2 friendly receptionist saw the dentist upstairs explained what he was doing and what follow up treatment was needed very efficient along with the dental nurse highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Only dentist in the area to help after ringing round many dentists I rang high street dental practice was advised by the helpful receptionist that there would be a £80 emergency fee to be seen that day and receive treatment (this was a lot cheaper than other dentists) I was seen within a couple of hours of my initial phone call and treated by a very professional dentist mr khan and caring nurse Leah as I’m very nervous of the dentist. I’m now registered at this practice and so are other family members highly recommend
