Negative experience: Worst place You can go to, I went to my dentist with another infection, pain, and discomfort, which I'd been reporting since the crown was placed. It was too high and was interfering with my daily life. I asked her to remove the crown. The dentist was outraged by my complaint, saying I should go privately because she wouldn't help me, and that she is removing me from her patient list. She couldn't admit her mistake and left me with the infection, pain, and problems without a dental practice

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists I have been a patient with. They are friendly, accommodating, and always provide the best treatment. They’re that good that I’ve told my friends—when they’re worried about visiting the dentist—that they should go there. Fantastic experience: One just knows when their dentist or hygienist is experienced and know their profession. On both appointments I found this to be the case, both were gentle and careful around my mouth and informative regarding prevention.

Negative experience: Sorry about the 1 star review but your answering machine says your open till 5pm but when I finish work at 4.30pm and call to get an appointment changed no one answers the phone. If this was for my dentist it would be 5 stars but reception staff don't answer after 4.30 ? Why ?

Positive experience: I was in for the 1st part of root canal treatment, I had the area around my tooth frozen, all is well at this time but a little time later the freeze started to ease off, that’s when the pain started to kick in, for the next 2 hrs the pain was very bad. I was taking pain killers, they were no where near strong enough. I feel that a prescription for strong medication should be offered by the dentist. Not the dentists fault but what a help it would be to their patients. I don’t know if all root canal patients would suffer the same, I had an infection in my tooth for which I had to take antibiotics. This may have made the gum more susceptible to pain.

Negative experience: Terrible dentist absolutely a joke i went to beam for braces and they took me off there list and told me when i phoned back if it was only bean i went to they would bring me back then told me today i cant come back like the place is a joke dropping customers because they feel like it and making excuses about it just very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Despite being 65 , I had my last " Baby Tooth " starting to work it's way free . The staff arranged an appointment the next day for an extraction that was done in 20 minutes . Nice staff and great service thanks .

Negative experience: I’m honestly surprised at the good reviews for this practice. Dr Neil Patterson is abrasive, rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I always feel sorry for people who clearly dislike their job but it’s absolutely no reason to take it out on patients. Clearly this type of behaviour is acceptable in this practice as similar behaviour can be found in the receptionists who are just as dismissive and mocking when you get in contact with them. I wouldn’t waste my time here.

He keeps you informed of the steps throughout any procedure and is very skilled. I would highly recommend him. My family also use Dr Patterson and they would all highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I have always been afraid of the dentist, usually because of the Individual Dentist which sometimes makes me suffer in pain. However, I had a Dental Emergency and had to wait on a Cancellation. I managed to get an appointment the next day. At my Appointment, I met a new Dentist (new to me as I had not been there in about 5 year). Dr Luke Devine was friendly from the outset, listened to and dealt with my pain issue before doing a full checkup. Dr Devine put me at ease and explained what the issue was with my tooth. He agreed with me to remove the tooth and guaranteed I would have a great sleep that night, which I did. I am now looking forward to my follow up appointments with Dr Devine.
