Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment you arrive, you’re made to feel welcome and cared for. Dentists Ghaleb and James are calm, friendly, and reassuring, always explaining everything clearly and in simple terms. Monika, the hygienist, is non-judgemental, thorough, and genuinely cares about your individual needs with a practical and honest approach. Natalie, the head nurse, has an infectious smile and a sunny attitude, nothing is too much trouble. Abby and Hayley on reception are just lovely: efficient, kind, always happy to help, and they never make you feel like a nuisance. Their desk conversations are a real spirit lifter! The rest of the team are just as warm, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. For the first time in my life, I no longer dread going to the dentist. My teeth are straighter and whiter, my gums have stopped receding (and have even grown back), and my mouth has never been in such good condition. Fantastic experience: Do not hesitate when choosing a dental practice. Professional, personal and polished (including the teeth). Ghaleb Karein is so good at putting you at ease. I know most of us hate the dentist visit but the care from receptionists right through the team is magnificent. They are the top dogs (canine pun). I have had full implants for 10 years now and was so scared but was assured everything would be ok and it was brilliant, best decision ever.

Fantastic experience: I used to be quite nervous of the dentist after many bad experiences as a child. But when I discovered Cheltenham Spa Dental and the amazing team there, that all changed. I know from the moment I call up that I’m in safe hands. The team are super friendly and professional. The practice itself doesn’t have that medical vibe to it so is always a calm place to wait. I’ve had lots of work done over the years, including some orthodontics. Even with the scary stuff, I’m fine now as I know I can trust Ghaleb. He’s got so many years experience, his approach is kind and his work is always top class. The costs are reasonable, in fact I usually walk away feeling like I should have paid more! I smile straighter, whiter and healthier thanks to Ghaleb and the team :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Every. Single. Time! We have been seeing Ghaleb for 7 years now and cannot speak more highly of him. His knowledge is outstanding, his care is the best I have experienced in the World (we travel and have used some wonderful dentists in our time) Ghaleb is the best by far. The practise is friendly, professional and personable. We never have to wait too long for an appointment and are looked after with care and attention when we are there. Never rushed during our appointments or made to wait past our appointment time. We have since moved away from Gloucestershire and my husband and I travel 3.5 hours one way just to return for any treatments we need. Having tried other dentists since moving we would rather travel half way across the country to see Ghaleb!

Fantastic experience: James is a skilled dentist with a perfect manner for someone like me with a phobia of needles and dentists. I opted to have one tooth out and one repaired. I am undergoing treatment having recently had an extraction and dental implant , I am a nervous patient , Tom has an incredible ability to put you at ease, he listens and addresses any concerns and talks you through every step of the proceedure.. He made the implant look easy with his calm , confidence. I have also had some composite bonding and the results are incredible, I am absolutely thrilled to bits with my new smile x Tom is an outstanding dentist with vast knowledge and a gentle approach. Negative experience: I call today as my bridge has become loose. I had the work done in turkey. Because brritish dentists over charge in the uk. The lady on the phone was polite. And told me the dentist cannot help because I had them fitted Abroad reason I went there was because a Cheltenham dentist wanted £40.000 These Cheltenham dentists only think of what's in your pocket. Not your health

Fantastic experience: What a team - from Hayle & Abi on the front Desk to the dentists themselves !! I been seeing Chloe and have had the most amazing results with my teeth !! she is like a wonder woman - Then to top it - is just such a lovely, human and explains everything and more from time of my appointment or via email when i was worried outside appointments - 5* for sure !!! If you are a person who is unsure of the dentist - fully recommend - just such a fab team from all sides of the practice. You will be made to feel welcomed and looked after - without question.
