Fantastic experience: Both myself and my two children use this dental practice. My son has had braces through a private scheme which was really easy and flexible payments were available. He only had to have the braces on for 18 months in total and his teeth look great now! Appointments were always easy to book and convenient time slots on Saturdays meaning he didn’t have to miss any school.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental place to visit young girl working there busy talking with other staff member while treatment messed up my gums she was telling other member of staff about her brother working from home in jaguars and didn’t concentrate on my teeth my gums have shrink she treat me like that she treating animals teeth and charge me a lot of money if there is 0 star I would give that so please avoid

Fantastic experience: After having a damaged front tooth for a number of years and gradually smiling less and less due to being more self conscious about the look. I finally decided ( with a push from my wife) to do something about it. After a couple of trips to sort out a couple of fillings. Resham got to work on a composite for my front tooth. I am absolutely over the moon with the results. Resham you are an amazing dentist thank you and thanks also to Emma the assistant.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with all my experiences at this practice over the past few years. Its easy to book an appointment and all the staff are friendly. The visits don’t feel rushed but also not unnecessary prolonged or focused on selling extras. Dentists provide all necessary information, follow up care and answer questions. Great overall!

Negative experience: I would not recommend visiting this clinic for dental procedures. My experience felt rushed, and there was little effort made to communicate effectively or build a patient–provider relationship. I had a filling done in January that continues to cause discomfort to this day despite returning twice for check up visits, during which only minimal work was done. When I raised my concerns, the staff blamed my orthodontist and suggested that my braces were the reason for the pain, rather than addressing the issue directly. The numbing injection used for the filling was also administered without any prior notice, which was quite unsettling and again rushed. I found the staff to be unprofessional and dismissive, and I felt pressured to leave quickly after my appointment. Overall, the service appeared more focused on profit than patient care. Despite my dissatisfaction, I continue to receive messages encouraging me to schedule additional checkups, which I do not intend to do.

Fantastic experience: This morning I had three extractions and a crown fitting. Im an extremely nervous patient, however my dentist Shilpa and her nurse Emma were amazing. They put me at ease reassuring me all the way. Before I knew it the teeth were out and the crown in place. Absolutely spot on service . Thank you so much Emma and Shilpa.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Shilpa Shrivastava and the whole experience was surprisingly smooth and pain-free. Apart from the initial pinch of the anesthetic, I didn’t feel a thing. She was calm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: First visit and last ever visit My appointment was at 2:10 p.m. by 2:40 pm I still had not been seen and no one had even bothered to tell me that they were running late. What an absolute joke. I'm running a business which is why I pay for private health insurance and I also had to do the school run hence why my appointment needed to be adhered too. I would have had plenty of time to do if these people were doing their job and running on time I Wonder if private health insurance is even worth it. I will be taking this up with the powers tha be.

Fantastic experience: My first time of attending this dental practice but I found it to be very professional very clean. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Appointment times you're not kept waiting. My dentist was very professional but at the same time understanding and explained what I needed to know or what questions I asked. It's a well run practice from start to finish. I would have no hesitation to recommend to family and friends. Dental nurse Callum was pleasant and helpful along with the other nurse I had but who's name I forget sorry.

Fantastic experience: My son had two teeth removed in his top teeth so he could have braces fitted. I think the ladies' names were Nish and Sania; we were so nervous that we forgot. Sorry, ladies. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed warmly. In the dental room, the dentist showed us exactly what she planned to do. I stayed with my son the whole time, which was nice. The teeth were out in seconds, which was a relief. They let him keep his teeth, which my son loved. The experience was so positive that my son wants to go back and ask if they have work experience. He loves the idea of being a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Friendly reception and management staff, nice clean environment, fantastic dentist and dental team.

Negative experience: It was as if the women was trying to talk me out of having the procedure. Was saying that she doesn’t think she will do a good job. And she’s not sure what’s the best thing to do. Gave me no confidence in her at all. Also the price for a bridge was 1900 but said they couldn’t show me anything of how it will potentially look. Basically cross your fingers and hope for the best

Fantastic experience: Impressed by the warm welcome . Staff were wonderful with my son in a wheelchair . Sorted out a problem with registration very professionally. Dentist herself was excellent. Calm and explained every thing with treatment which was carried out smoothly and professionally. Assisting staff were equally proficient. Clean and bright surroundings . Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentist by far, never had any issues since I registered at this practice, the service they offer is outstanding. All the receptionists, dentist nurses and dentists are so polite and friendly and go through everything very thorough before and after treatment. The practice is very clean and welcoming. I recently registered my son there too which was a quick and easy procedure to do with an appointment given straight away where dentist Shilpa and nurse Emma made him feel comfortable for his first visit. Fantastic experience: Phoned up asking for some advice really as my son had got toothache, I'd previously rang around a few dentists and they all said the same that they were not taking on new patients even though I explained it was for my 5 year old child. I spoken to a lovely receptionist, I think her name was Danielle who was very polite and extremely helpful. She registered my son whilst I was on the phone and even managed to get him an appointment just over an hour later. So first point of call very helpful. When I got to my appointment the lady that was on reception was very polite and asked me to fill a form in. Midway through filling the form in my soon was called through which was very good as I'd only been in the surgery 5 minutes obvious I don't expect this everytime as we all know how busy the nhs can be. The dentist and dentist nurse were very professional and very good with my son. Overall a very positive experience and all the staff I encountered today are a absolute credit to the service. Once again, thank you very much.

Steph always sees my girls and can’t fault her she is so lovely and kind and Lydia is amazing so helpful and with a friendly smile. Wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Visited this practice a few weeks ago with my son for the first time. My son had a difficult tooth hurting his gum, dentist taran and all the staff were so good with him and explained everything. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Bupa dental clinic is fabulous, I can say that all the dental practitioners are amazing and treat patients very well, especially Dr Shilpa Srivastav and her assistant Emma, being my doctors, who were very supportive, phenomenal and expertise in their field! She treats my children as well. She did amazing filling in my daughter’s tooth and it last for long time without any pain. My daughter keep asking once her dentist appointment finish with Dr Shilpa Shrivastav that when will be next appointment? She love to see her and Emma. Fantastic experience: I recently joined the practice and signed up to their bupa smile plan which is amazing value for money. Receptionist Raman was very helpful and talked me through the process of signing up and booked me an appointment at my earliest convenience. When attending my appointment, I saw dentist Maria who thoroughly talked me through my treatment plan. I can’t recommend her enough. I look forward to returning soon for my hygiene appointment. Fantastic experience: Recently visited after another dentist elsewhere told me I needed multiple teeth out , I saw Steph & she was absolutely brilliant . She explained exactly what needed to be done in full detail , her assistant Chloe was very polite & Helpful too . Overall I was very pleased & left with all the teeth I went in with , with a set plan in place for my next visit . I was seen a few minutes before my appointment time too

Fantastic experience: Lovely, friendly and professional staff. I’ve been going there for years and so have my 3 children. My 12 year old is very nervous but our dentist Steph was very patient with her and put her at ease more or less straight away. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of going there.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this dentist practice . My 3 year old twins had their first appointment here and they were made to feel very comfortable . The team put on a fun day for the children which included , fancy dress , raffles , colouring competitions and put little goodie bags together for them . My children now will know the dentist Is a lovely place to go and won’t be hesitant to going . This is my dentist too and I have always had a good experience. Five stars for you all ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had my second visit here today and will try to keep my dentist, Kulvinder Dhillon, for as long as I possible! He is a great dentist and always explains everything to me in detail. He makes me feel at ease and I feel like he cares about my dental health. Receptionists and dental health assistant are lovely and friendly also. Best dentist I’ve ever had to be honest. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist and staff.

Negative experience: Came for an appointment u had and was told it was at 12.30pm, I even had the receptionist write it down for me. When I turned up on time for my appointment I was told it was at 12.20pm and so it had to be rearranged because I was late. I was told that it was the receptionist fault because she wrote the wrong time but yet I am the one who has to suffer with the pain longer due to someone being incompetent and writing the wrong time. If she wrote it 10 minutes earlier it wouldn't have been so bad.

Negative experience: As for dental treatment, it's spot on'and pleasent reception staff. As for dentists having time off and you having to wate weeks for another appointment its appalling .It has taken nearly 5 weeks for me to have a crown fitted .and told again this morning I must wate again..for another two weeks ...as no other Dentists or appointments available.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient here since it opened. Maria is my dentist and have always had excellent treatment. The girls have always looked after me and the receptionist has been there for many years. I get called by telephone when I’m due in and I like that personal touch. I have NHS treatment and have had some private work done. Mr Singh is also a good dentist and I see him when Maria is off. Stephanie is great too. I always get an appointment and the place always puts me at ease with the friendly staff and cleanliness 5* for me!

Negative experience: Booked a month ago but they have cancelled the appointment 3hrs before the schedule. Next time, have a better excuse than the dentist being sick.

Negative experience: Not sure what has happened but it’s really gone down the pan, they keep cancelling mine and my children’s appointments, now they say we need to reregister as we no longer qualify for nhs dental care, what a joke.

My mom had some treatment at the dentist and they refused to correct mistake even though she been told by 3rd party that the treatment she had was done very bad this left my mom.very distressed and upset by this Appealing Would not recommend anyone to use

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough went above and beyond for me today and yesterday. Receptionist Cathy went above and beyond. Dr Stephanie took my horrible akward wisdom tooth out no pain. Seriously phone saying I'm in pain and they made it go away. God send. Thankyou so much

Helpfulness and friendliness I have visited many dentists but never met any as outstanding as this lady. If you are looking for a good experienced helpful and friendly dentist Stephanie is your lady.

Negative experience: If I could give a minus I would!! the whole practice is ran by amateurs!! The odd dentist is actually good!! From the manager to dentists the service is appalling!! They upsell you passing work to their hygienist what a dentist should be able to do!! They authorise work that's not necessary at all!! Now I've complained to the CQC AND DENTAL COMPLAINTS!! AVOID THIS PRACTICE as that's they ate doing..PRACTICING!!
