Fantastic experience: I have been with Ben ans his team for years and wouldn't trust anyone else. The team are welcoming, comforting and professional. The standard of work Ben does is second to none. As someone with an extreme fear of having work done he and the team are so efficient that before you realise the treatment is finished! Highly recommend

Negative experience: Awful place. They moan at you and then take you off the list for missing and appointment because of child care and illness. But it’s okay for them to cancel multiple appointments that I have known about in my family. Who do they think they are. What happened to serving the public and treating people with due care

Fantastic experience: Had a visit to Malvern Hills dental practice today. Truly lovely team at this practice, from the very kind and polite receptionists, to Dr Silviana and Oliwia. Dr Silviana made me feel very comfortable, helped fix my broken filling and provided me with information on how I can improve my teeth and gum health and what products will help. Very greatful for the team and will definitely be keeping on top of my visits from now on!

Fantastic experience: Very grateful to have been seen on Christmas Eve at such short notice for my daughter who was in a lot of pain. Dentist Ryan and nurse Hollie delivered amazing treatment and service for us and we left very impressed and relieved. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say my first visit to the dentist in years as I am a very nervous patient who had a bad experience in the past but I was made to feel at ease by the reception team at the beginning until the very end and on going appointments, the dental nurses was very comforting and made me feel calm and expecially caitlin she went above and beyond but most of all a really big thank you to Dr Sushanto Chanda he was kind and patient with me as he understood how nervous I was and carried out the work that needed to be done in a very caring professional way waiting for me to be ready there was no rushing from him. Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist, never did like going to the dentist, think a lot of people feel the same. But what I can say is it always a pleasure going here they also put you at ease and talk you through what they are doing and if you need them to stop they will and wait for you. If you need help with your teeth this is the place to go.

I've been trying to sort the same problem for many years in different private clinics and always had some issues left. Brilliant job. He is the best adult dentist! Many thanks to all clinic staff by the way, all are very kind and helpful. My 10 years old daughter's doctor Aaron Odedra is brilliant as well, very caring.

He explained everything clearly and carried out the treatment with great care. From reception to the dental chair, everyone was truly amazing. They went out of their way to put me at ease and checked in on me while the anesthetic was taking effect. The extraction itself was quick—less than 30 seconds—and I felt instant relief from the pain. Thank you so much to the whole team for being so kind, supportive, and professional. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday to have my first ever root canal! All I have heard from friends and family were horror stories of how painful it was going to be. So I booked the next day off work and stocked up on soup for my recovery. Doctor Chanda completed the procedure and it went really well! Later that evening I could even eat and now its the next day and I have no pain at all, just a dull ache which is more from holding my mouth open for an hour while he scraped my tooth! I'll take that! Absolutely amazing service and I can't thank Doctor Chanda enough! Absolute legend!

After he took over the care of my youngest daughter after some horrible experiences with other dentists in different practices some years ago now and turned her entire dental experience around; forever grateful and will always be loyal to him. Fantastic experience: I had the best dental care experience under Dr Nandra. He has transformed me as a person as I was very embarrassed of my chipped tooth. In three simple appointments my teeth are healthy, whiter and I have had composite bonding. I needed three fillings all of which were painless and Dr Nandra takes time care and effort into his work. Many thanks to the administration team and dental assistants who made me feel valued and I didn’t feel embarrassed talking with them before my treatments. Fantastic experience: I've just been in to Mavern Hills Dental practice for an emergency appointment. Everyone I came in to contact with was very polite and helpful. I was seen promptly and Dr Nandra is a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He explained every part of my proceedure in great detail. I am very grateful to everyone.

Negative experience: I’ve only cancelled 3 times ever and they told me I had to be kicked out,my dentist has cancelled on me over 5 times now,so I don’t see how that is fair at all.

Fantastic experience: I just had a filling done at this practice (by Dr Chanda). I was treated with understanding and care throughout because I'm a silly nervous patient. Luckily, everyone I came across - the receptionist, the nurse and the dentist, was friendly and kind, and completely understanding of nervousness. The treatment was painfree and comfortable, and the filling I ended up with is absolutely perfect!

Malvern 7 years ago, decided it was time to change and I can say I have no regrets. My husband and I were very impressed when We first went in to make inquiries about moving and were very impressed how friendly and welcoming we were made that We had no hesitation about joining. I have since had a check up and hygiene appointments and again staff very friendly and helpful. Explaining everything they were doing and giving very good advice. Again friendly receptionist that told us our next appointments with dentist and hygienist was booked in. No hesitation on recommending this dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: I attended an hygienist appointment earlier this week. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and I was seen on time. Niama Noor carried out the work and she was so approachable she soon put me at ease. Both her and her assistant (sorry can't remember her name) were so upbeat ....it was a breath of fresh air. That aside, Niama was thorough in her initial examination and in the process of descaling my teeth. Thank you for such a first class service.
