Positive experience: Had lots of dental care at MyDentist at Harrington Street Peartree and has been fantastic from both Mariana and Chidimma. Both excellent and have never left me in pain. Paid for a private appointment with another dentist here though and it wasn't particularly good. 20 minutes late seeing me, when I entered there was a child there (he claimed it was someone on work experience when I eventually asked why they were here and if so they had zero interest in what was going on. He then failed to provide any clear answers on my pain situation and knew nothing about the prescription he was writing me. Left feeling like I'd been mugged off. Disappointing and unprofessional after such good care previously.

Fantastic experience: I liked the Egyptian dentist there Dr Nahla.She is clever and amazing. She helped me a lot with my gum disease.. She did a deep cleaning sessions for me which relieved my gum a lot. She gave me some guidance to help me taking care of my gum and my teeth. She is caring, professional and lovely person. Also .. I'd like to thank the nurse Sylvia as she is so polite and helpful as well..Can't agree anymore.I Recommend her

Negative experience: Had to come in on 4 separate occasions to get my scans done each time there was an error with the scans leading me to have to return over and and over again. I was reassured each time it was the last time I had to have them done. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: After years of neglecting my teeth and feeling ashamed and embarrassed I finally decided to seek help. My dentist, Safa, was incredibly kind, considerate and never judgemental. She made a treatment plan and explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment was carried out professionally and gently. For the first time in years I feel confident about my smile. I can't recommend Safa and her assistants Aisha and Nayla enough especially for anyone who has been avoiding the dentist out of fear or embarrassment.

Fantastic experience: You will not get a better dentist than Dr Mariyana Goranova. I have been her patient for around 10 years and she is the best dentist I have had. Kind, takes the time to explain her findings and listens to and answers your questions. She is patient and puts you at ease and makes sure you are ok with any procedure being performed. She is a talented dentist, I have had check ups, fillings, a root canal and a crown and very happy with her work. Talented dentist and excellent patient care.

Fantastic experience: I had a front tooth extraction this morning by Marianne. The tooth was shattered inside the gum. She was extremely gentle and the extraction was done professionally with no problem. She has been my dentist for a number of years and I would not change. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Nahala and nurse Sylvia to fix my broken front tooth, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Nahala was incredibly professional and kind, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Nurse Sylvia was equally lovely reassuring, gentle, and attentive the whole way through. The work they did on my tooth was amazing it looks natural and feels great. But more than that, it’s given me a bit of confidence back that I didn’t even realize I was missing. I can smile again without thinking twice, and that means the world to me. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. They’re not just skilled at what they do they truly go above and beyond.

Negative experience: Me and my child have 6 monthly check ups 6 months ago our appointments were cancelled and then it’s now another 6 months down the line and they have cancelled us again absolutely ridiculous I explained my daughter needs to be seen due to pain with her teeth and they said they cannot see her unfortunately won’t be going back

Totally understanding of my wishes and explained various things. I did explain it was all my fault And I was not even told I should of done more either unlike some who normally go yeah. Fantastic experience: I have always been very anxious about visiting a dentist for a scale and polish after a previous experience elsewhere. I have to say, although having work done on your teeth is never a relaxed and enjoyable experience, this was far from an ordeal. Both Chidimma & Hapi were very welcoming and reassuring throughout and took time and care to do a great job. I'm very pleased with the outcome and thankful. Even the welcome on arrival from reception staff was a great touch.

Refreshing to see everyone happy to be at work! The dentist is seen was Alaha, she was thorough and also very friendly keeping me calm, the nurse Nayla was also just as lovely, friendly with a lovely smile. I would highly recommend. Very modern consulting rooms and amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: I went to an appointment at MyDentist on Harrington Street Derby on the 14th of July 2023, for a checkup. I have been going to this dentist for many years and have always been very happy with the treatment I received. My previous dentist was the best dentist I have had, so I was slightly uncertain about how I would be received. I needn't have worried. Maneeb Hussain made me feel at ease, explained what he was going to do and what I needed to know. He allowed me to choose a comfortable position in the dentists chair, one which allowed me to feel I had a degree of comfort yet facilitated the necessary access for his examination. The dental technician was skillful and supportive also. The treatment at this stage consisted of an initial assessment, two X-rays and a deep clean, followed by advice for my future self care. My queries were all answered, though I have since thought up some further questions. The reception staff also are very prompt and helpful. I would recommend this dentist and the practice as a whole, to anyone. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My family have been with this practice for the past 25 years and have always found the staff to be very friendly, polite and efficient. Mr Abed in particular has looked after us for most of those years and is so gentle with his examination, gives excellent advice and is himself very friendly. We could not recommend him and his dental nurses highly enough, especially if you are a bit anxious about your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Attended an appointment with Zara Din and Ria today. As always from the second I walk in, the reception team are super friendly and welcoming. The surgery is airy and bright which help’s massively for all the nervous patients. I have a phobia of needles and generally all “dentist tools”!!! However, Zara makes me feel calm and comfortable. She takes her time, listens to my concerns and talks me through the process. She is very thorough making sure I receive the BEST treatment. Her detail to attention is phenomenal. She is super professional and gives out such positive energy that I forget I am at the dentist! Ria was also super efficient and helpful, listening and attending to my needs. I left feeling very happy and super confident. Every nervous patient deserves a dentist like Zara! It makes a huge difference for people like us. Cannot praise her enough, she is something else. Fantastic experience: I don't like Dentists as I have a phobia of things scraping against my teeth. So I held off for an INCREDIBLY long time to go to the Dentist. And I was VERY lucky for my Hygienist and Nurse to be Chidimma and Ria. I told them about my phobia and they kept me calm throughout the entire cleaning process. And thanks to them, I no longer have a phobia of Dentists going through my teeth. And I very happily booked another appointment with them 6 months from now. HIGHLY recommended this Dentist. Especially if you can get Chidimma and Ria as your Hygienist and Nurse as I did! 5/5!

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dental practice for years and have had no problems. Both the Dentist Safa and the Dental Hygienist Chidimma have been straight and up front with my strengths and weaknesses with my dental health. Basically my teeth / gums are ok but they both offered constructive chriticism on how to improve my oral health i.e. flossing between teeth. Many people do not realise that bad oral health can affect whole body health and can contribute to heart disease. I always get lots of reminders for any forthcoming appointments. All the staff are friendly. 5 Stars!

They have toilets which were clean and a spacious waiting area. Wheelchair accesability. All it is missing is a decent car park but that is all
