Fantastic experience: This is for dr Laurashe s the best dentist and the only one I can trust. She is soo calm, all the experience was amazing, she had calming music on the background and she is so gentle. She is the best.

Fantastic experience: My little one had his first dentist appointment today, he was a bit anxious. All staff were very friendly. Laura has a magic calming voice and my son enjoyed his experience a lot.

Fantastic experience: Newish to the area, I was looking for a good dental care offering. Bupa Bognor is very good indeed. My dentist Laura is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her warm gentle manner really puts you at ease. She is knowledgeable, informative and talks you through it. Molly who assists Laura is also very good. I look forward to my visits to the dentist now unlike never before in 50+ years. Nazar the hygienist was superb as always. His polite, clear communication and excellent manner is great. He guides you, gives good advice re what you should maintain between visits to him. Nazar is a real joy to have as a hygienist. Thank you. Marcus.

Negative experience: The Dentists and Hygenists are nice enough and appear skilled enough but the reception and admin is beyond dire. Chances are you’ll have your appointments cancelled rebooked and moved around multiple times. You may or may not get a text message but the reception will tell you that you did. If they mess up your appointment or cancel on you same day you will pay a fee and rather than being helpful and trying to re arrange an appointment they’ll be rude and attempt to charge you more.

Fantastic experience: Both Laura and Molly were very courteous. The injections prior to my dental work were totally painless and throughout the procedure Laura and Molly were very professional and kind. This is the best dental work I have ever experienced.

Negative experience: Had crown fitted in twice. First one was very uncomfortable and fitted poorly, second front tooth crown was wrong size and shape. Look awful, will not come back .

Fantastic experience: Going to the hygienist is not usually something to look forward to, unless you are going to see Nazar. He is a really nice guy, always does a 1st class job and ensures you are comfortable and pain free while he does his work.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to visit the emergency out of hours dentist as my cheek was swollen and I was in a lot of pain. It was an infected tooth & needed antibiotics before it could be extracted. The infection needed a 2nd dose of antibiotics from my dentist. After a bit of a misunderstanding when I phoned, Sam stepped in and sorted everything out for me. Sam is a credit to the practice, always smiling & always helpful which is much needed when a patient is struggling

Fantastic experience: When it comes to dentistry it is the people who make a practice and the team at Bupa Bognor Regis are great. Special shout out to Nazar, my hygienist, who gives top level service every time. His excellent calm demeanour and professionalism, extensive knowledge and expertise and kind nature make him a great asset to the team. He makes me feel at ease during a not so pleasant procedure and does exceptional work. I've lived abroad in Europe and experienced many dentists, orthodontists and hygienists from all different nationalities and in my experience and personal opinion Europe has better dentistry standards than the UK but Bupa does a good job at matching it because the staff they have are incredibly skilled, have good people skills and are highly educated in their field. I can trust I'm in good hands. Thank you!

Negative experience: I had been with this dentist for several years. During my last course of treatment , I was unfortunately a few minutes late to my appointment. They discharged me from their NHS service and told me that I had missed a previous appointment (2016!!!!!!) And that it was their policy, they were not willing to compromise or consider my disability/ offer me another appointment They told me I could stay as a private patient but not NHS anymore I feel this was incredibly unfair and just another way to make money from vulnerable people not take on nhs patients

Fantastic experience: Having been going to the practice for over 20 years there have been a few changes since I first went however the team maintains the same high standards of professionalism, friendliness, and patient care that have kept me as a patient. Razvan in particular is someone I have complete confidence in to give me best advice on treatments. He is always willing to explain what he is seeing and discuss options and you never feel rushed out the door. I highly recomend as a practice. My only gripe would be the lack of an out of hours emergency service arrangement which you would expect Bupa to have in place.
