Negative experience: Incredibly rude dental receptionist whose response to me mentioning I have ADHD and autism so struggle to keep up with appointments, and usually don’t book them myself, was to respond ‘well anyone can say that” then put the phone down on me. As understandable as it is, if someone has missed an appointment, this type of response and attitude is disgusting, particularly when trying to explain the confusing language in the texts used and the struggle to communicate that comes with the disability which caused this problem to occur. Complete lack of empathy or effort to accommodate or speak without a nasty attitude and a level of impatience that someone whose job it is to speak to patients over the phone should leave at home. Gladly went with another dental practise instead as I would not feel comfortable with such rudeness clearly normal at this practice.

Fantastic experience: The staff including Andreea my dentist, Nina the hygenist, the dental nurses, and receptionists are always very pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional. The reception area and surgeries are spotlessly clean. Andreea and Nina both discuss my current dental health and treatment with me and I feel relaxed and comfortable receiving treatment from them when it is required

Fantastic experience: I've used this dental practice for over 10 years, pre covid it did go through a wobble with mixed results but post covid and Bupa taking over it has been a great source to help with dental care. They find timely appointments, always friendly and sympathetic which when you're in pain is really appreciated. Yes it can be pricey but you forget about that after your pain has gone. I can't fault the current team. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a phobia of the dentist and poor experiences with different dentists in the past cannot recommend this dentist practice enough. They made me feel at ease, comfortable, informed. My dentist ratna was so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My dentist, Marwa, is first rate and all the nurses and reception staff are top class. A couple of years ago when my wife was experiencing issues at the dental practice she used I had no hesitation to recommend she moved to this one. She did and has received the same excellent service I have. Neither of us would consider going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely family practice with the nicest, most helpful reception staff and dentists! I have always received the best service here over the last 10 years including having regular checkups, hygienists appointments, six month smile, teeth composites and whitening. She is also very patient with my 2 year old son, who is still getting used to visits at the dentist and always promotes the benefits of bringing him from an early age. Fantastic experience: Called cannock for an emergency appointment after breaking my tooth late on Friday afternoon. Kelly the receptionist managed to confirm an appointment for me for 9:40 on the Saturday morning. Dentist was fantastic and secured the tooth to arrest the pain to allow me to come back and have the work done that was necessary at a later date. Cannot thank the dentist and the team at Cannock BUPA dental care enough for the fast and efficient service. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here for about 20years now and would highly recommend the practice. All the staff are lovely, so welcoming, and very supportive as I’m quite a nervous patient! I’ve had multiple treatments here including teeth whitening and braces, all of which have given me fantastic results and I continue to come for regular checkups to ensure I keep the results! I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to my teeth and I’m very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I had a scale & polish with Nina the hygienist and Georgina the nurse. They were very kind, Nina was very gentle as she knows I am a nervous patient with sensitive teeth. I am extremely happy with the care I received at Bupa Cannock .

Fantastic experience: I've been using Bupa Dental Cannock for a few years. Transferred over when my local Bupa dentist closed. The service has been excellent and all the staff are friendly. My wife and I have had things like check-ups, dental hygiene, fillings and tooth extractions carried out here. Happy with the results and also happy to recommend Bupa Dental, Cannock.

Fantastic experience: The dentist here is fantastic. Extremely friendly, very accommodating and so bubbly. I’ve had many dentists over the years but this one is by far the best. Nikki on reception remembers my name every visit which is a lovely touch and she’s amazing! Love the personal touch & my dentist Ratna is amazing, personable and such a pleasure to see. Highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Recently new in the past few months or so to Bupa Cannock and one thing I can always say is how efficient Kelly or reception is she’s always helpful even when I phone always in a happy mood and nothing is ever to much to ask from her also really appreciate ratna my dentist due to her level of skill and understanding during appointments I had a quite complex treatment done today due to an old dentist not doing work correctly ratna talked me through everything and made me feel at ease even whilst explaining how big the work actually was to be done the dental nurse who sat with ratna was also really polite and helpful thank you to all of them
