Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental implant and can highly recommend Vivek at Dental Beauty. The service and care I received were excellent. Professional, friendly, efficient and informative. I was quite nervous but Vivek and team put me at ease, explained all the necessary procedures and answered any questions I had. Although not a cheap option I’m so pleased with the result. It’s been a real game changer for me and has made all the difference. Looks exactly like a real tooth and I can actually chew food properly. Overall an excellent experience and I’m really glad I chose Dental Beauty.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice since it’s beginning and with their predecessors before that .I have always had excellent and timely treatment. I have recently seen Dr Amrit Maharwa , she was very caring ,knowledgeable and gentle. Today I saw the dental hygienist Eriko Kajikuri and dental nurse Mathu Bali , again they gave very thorough care and explained what they were doing and why . Again kind and gentle.The reception staff are always helpful and friendly. This is a very good dental surgery.I thoroughly recommend them.

The quality of the internal work/changes is very impressive .. clean and fresh. My appointment was with the hygienist.. Priti and her assistant Danielle .. who were also very pleasant and most welcoming. The level of treatment was of the highest standard as per usual .. which met with my expectations .. so thank you very much. Just one comment .. It would be nice to see the other members of staff added to the “Meet the team” port folio!

Fantastic experience: I came to Dental Beauty Bexleyheath with very little confidence in my smile. I fractured my front tooth badly when I was young and it has worsened over the years. It was time to have this sorted and I came across the clinic through a recommendation from a family member. As soon as I booked in for my consultation, I was impressed with the service. The reception keep you up to date with your upcoming appointments effectively. The real magic began when I met my dentist, Muhammad Mirza. I cannot express enough how understanding, patient and caring Muhammad was throughout the whole process. My first appointment, I had explained the whole traumatic history of my tooth and he listened attentively and carefully. We got started straight away on a front tooth crown (one of the hardest things to do well in dentistry) and I feel like I’ve become a slight expert with the whole process as I was so informed throughout! Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure I understood the next steps and I felt fully in the loop. The process consisted of trial and error, due to the unanimous difficulty of matching an artificial tooth to an existing front tooth. However, Muhammad was determined not to settle on a result - we were going to achieve a great result together. I felt 100% at all times that Muhammad had my best interests at heart. I could not recommend the clinic enough. If anyone has an issue that they would like to fix with their smile, I would really suggest going here. They will look after you and support you throughout. I must mention that the dental nurses were also incredibly kind and friendly throughout. Thanks so much all - I can’t express how much happier I am with my smile, which means the world!

Negative experience: After 30 years at dentist it was sold off to Dental Beauty… I was given a female dentist, I remained there for a few years and experienced a couple of cancelled appointments, a very painful injection for a filling that made me shake uncontrollably and told that all dentists carry out their injections differently, I finally left after this dentist gave me the all clear on my check up appointment which I was concerned about and saw an independent dental clinic 10 days after being given the all clear only to be told I needed 3 wisdom teeth filled plus a filling in a molar tooth!! I returned to Dental Beauty where another dentist checked my teeth again and agreed with these findings … due to cost I stayed at that dentist and got referred to Galleons Reach for 3 wisdom teeth to be removed and the filling done, they were great, once all treatment for this was completed I left!! The hygienist and his assistant at dental beauty were fantastic.

Fantastic experience: The appointment was my 2 year olds first time at the dentist, and the staff, right from front desk to the dentist and his assistant were so lovely. There was no pressure from the dentist, he even checked my son's teddy's teeth first to make him feel comfortable. It was a really good experience and he got a spiderman sticker, which he loved!

Fantastic experience: I found all the staff who cared for me fantastic. The phone was answered immediately by Jade the receptionist who was friendly and efficient. Dr Tunisha Patel my dentist was very friendly, communicative and informative at my check up. When I returned for treatment ( a filling ), on what was the hottest day ever in the UK, she was extremely competent and anxious to put me at ease and to ensure I was comfortable. She carried out the treatment speedily and skillfully and I had no discomfort at all. She was very ably supported by Jane - her dental nurse. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice.

The Dental Assistant who came to escort me was equally friendly and helpful. As for my dentist, Sophie McGery, I have never felt anything but incredibly lucky to have her expertise, compassionate ‘chair-side’ manner and efficient yet friendly and approachable professionalism at my disposal. In my entire life I have never before looked forward to dental appointments. I would never have thought it possible! Sophie is the first dentist I have ever had who has had this effect on me - and, in fact, my whole family. We all feel very grateful to be Sophie’s patients.

Fantastic experience: Sophie is an amazing dentist. She is so friendly and takes great care. She has also been amazing with our 4 year old, who was very worried at first about going to the dentist. She has managed to professional clean his teeth numerous times now. This was needed as he had some build up because he has sometimes struggled with letting us brush his teeth well enough since he was very little. I honestly wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: After having terrible experiences with two dental practices that only took my money but didn’t care about my molar problems , I found this practice, Dr Muhammad, took great care of the situation , explain everything and all the solutions that I could have and gave me appointments the following week to resolve it . Fantastic experience: I was struggling with a molar infection. I registered with Dental Beauty and got quickly diagnosed as to requiring root canal on the tooth. Though initially I was expecting 2 sessions , the infection was too much and Dr. Mirza did a tremendous job to save the tooth, clean up the infection , perform root canal and have a crown fixed . While I was at it I also got a filling done. Very happy with the over all service, quality , punctuality and making me feel at ease through the whole procedure. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have had concerns sorting out my insurance especially the wordings and the kind of treatment and the insurance limits with individual treatments. Sophie and Ouafa has been super helpful in terms of sorting out my treatment plan and insurance breakdown plan as well. Definitely recommend this place as they as prompt in terms of comms and appointments

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that the way I was treated by Amrit and Jane was amazing. I had to have a tooth removed and I have a phobia of needles. Not only did Amrit and Jane explain everything to me but they were so supportive and kind when I got myself in an emotional mess. Holding my hand and reassuring me the whole time. I needed a small filling also done so Amrit offered to do this for my whilst my face was still numb so that I didn’t have to go through the whole injection thing again on a different day. Can honestly say they were both amazing and cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Had root canal treatment and a crown put on a cracked and very sensitive tooth. Flawless treatment from Dr. Muhammad Mirza with state of the art modelling equipment (3D Laser scanner), so no messy and choking moulds to fit in the mouth and no need for filing the crown down to fit the bite. Was impressed with Dr Mirza's professionalism and bedside manner. Would recommend this practice to everyone !!

Fantastic experience: 5 STAR TREATMENT!! I was recommended by a friend to go to dental beauty as I am a very nervous patient and have always put off the dentist for years! I had to have teeth out and was very anxious about it all. Dr Sophie has been looking after me and is making my whole experience of coming back to the dentist a breeze, she has been kind, patient, understanding and explaining everything step by step, what is going on! The anaesthetist Dr ravalia was also amazing kept me calm through the whole thing also explaining in detail! I would go back tomorrow if I needed anymore more teeth out! Fantastic experience: I visited the surgery for a filling and saw Tunisha and Jane for the first time for treatment. I can only say how kind they were. Tunisha knows I really don't like the sounds of the drills etc., and was so calming. She talked me through everything she was doing. Afterwards we were all chatting and it was a very informal visit; this, to my mind, made my visit even better. Many thanks to both Tunisia and Jane. I would more than recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sophie is my dentist and she is absolutely brilliant, so understanding and listens to any concerns, answers all questions clearly and has done the most amazing job on my smile, I had composite bonding to close up some gaps and give me the look of straighter and aligned teeth and they have boosted my confidence so much, I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist. Such a lovely pleasant dentist to have, 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Muhammad is always polite, helpful and supportive. He has excellent communication skills and uses them to the full. Of course, he’s a very good dentist too. The nurse, Chris is equally polite and the service she provides is brisk and professional. They make a great team. Supporting all of this is an excellent team of receptionists. Today was Anita and Tia. I know from experience good dentist receptionists are hard to find but Anita is pretty much perfect. She doesn’t talk down to me, is quick to confirm bookings AND laughs at my jokes. Doesn’t get better than that. Keep up the good work and I’ll see you again soon.

Positive experience: The dentist I have Tunisia Patel is amazing. Her nurse is also first class. Anita who was on reception this time is always efficient friendly and welcoming. My only reason for giving four stars and not five is the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment which I do not expect when I have Denplan. Getting through on the phone is often an issue and I have found that leaving a message does not guarantee a call back.

Dental hygienist (Eriko) and her assistant nurse were thorough and very professional, and took the time to give me some very useful dental hygiene advice. Reception staff (Anita) were friendly, courteous and professional as always.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dental service I have ever experienced. Friendly and knowledgable staff, and the results are great. I actually enjoy my visits!

Negative experience: Negative feedback from me. Months ago they took my daughter's details over the phone telling me that booking an appointment was not needed as she was too young still. They assured she was then registered with the practice and we could book an appointment whenever needed. Now we need one, they are saying that she's not a registered patient even though her details are on the system, offering to put her on a waiting list that would be reviewed in January. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Positive experience: Receptionist chewing gum will answering the phone . My last 3 visits I have had to wait between 10 and 15 minutes as dentist and Hygenist were running late which happens but no apology was given when I entered the room . I was called this week saying I needed to book my dentist appointment as it had been more then 6 months I said I had seen the dentist in July she just hung up on me .

Fantastic experience: Unreal place! I was in the worst pain ever all night and they slotted me in an emergency appointment 9:30am which I was so grateful for as urgent care and 4 other dentists turned me away. I am terrified of the dentist but they are so so reassuring and friendly. Sorted out my tooth problem completely. The dentist Sophie and her nurse Jaya are the dream team. Really made me feel at ease. I will now make this my regular dentist I’m registered to. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to have a stubborn baby tooth removed and she was so nervous, but the dentist and nurse (Amrit & Jane) were wonderful and spoke to her at every step and made the whole process as easy as possible, she never even felt the injection!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at this dentist and at a dentist overall for a while. I was quite anxious even though I just had a scale and polish. Dr Pratibha Sharma was amazing, she calmed me right down, unfortunately I didn't get the 2nd ladys name, but she also was amazing, talked me through the process and calmed my nerves down, my teeth look the best they ever have and I got my smile back thanks to them both! Tia is also lovely and I feel very comfortable with both Sophie and Tia. I recently met with Roberto for the second time, who again took a lot of trouble and time to explain the options of treatment available to me. I would also like to mention Anita an old face from the Practice who again makes me feel comfortable, and ?jane who I met today. I was worried when Dental Beauty took over the Practice but didn’t need to be. Well done one and all.
