Fantastic experience: I hate visiting the dentist to the point of a phobia however since being introduced to MyFace dentist in Cheltenham I have managed to maintain regular visits without too many worries even attending without the support of my partner which was previously a requirement. The team are friendly and considerate and have been very accommodating to my fears putting me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Lost an old gold crown so needed it replacing with a modern ceramic one. Lots of drilling needed asdecay went quite deep under it and was awkward and needed further numbing but as always Sarah was superbly professional and knew exactly what I needed. The replacement crown fitted first time and feels like it's been there forever!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment at MyFace dental practise due to having sudden pain in a back molar, especially when having a cold or hot drink. The team slotted me in on the day of my call for help and were wonderful. The dentist Auria and nurse Nicole both put me at ease and were very caring, kind and reassuring, they explained things to me and gave after care advice. Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Tim now a couple of times to correct a previous doctors mistakes regarding aesthetic work He has been absolutely wonderful , kind and has literally restored my face back to how it was originally which was something my previous doctors mistakes , could not do. I travelled a couple times for two hours to see Tim and would again if I had to. Very pleased with my results.

Negative experience: Impressive looking surgery, and I've assumed very busy. I went in to discuss some treatment two months ago and have called a couple of times to get more details of the plan and despite promises, have heard nothing. I didn't feel valued as a potential new customer. Suggest new clients check on what they have available first.

He gave me anaesthetic without Adrenalin , as this seems to affect me quite drastically . You have to go a long way to beat this care

Negative experience: I usually would never leave feedback as I am a very positive person but the treatment I received here was terrible and I really don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I had tear trough filler which left me with lumps under my eyes which I was so self conscious of and for at least 3 months I had to wear sun glasses as I was embarrassed of how my eyes looked. It has now calmed down but some of the filler migrated and now I have a lump in my cheek which looks very odd. I also had some nasolabial filler which was agony. I have had 2 children naturally so I understand what pain is, but this was unbelievable. It also didn't really do that much so I think the amounts used were not correct. I have since been to harley street dermal who were fantastic. I had the same treatment for a lot less money and a lot of advice and support of where they thought the filler would look best. And I had the nasolabial area done again and because of the anaesthetic it didn't hurt anywhere near as much. It was completely bearable and the results were great. I think dentists are not the right people to carry out facial aesthetics. Its a shame because MyFace isn't cheap. I hope no one else has this experience, as its been awful for me and dealt with really unprofessionally and without any empathy or customer care.

Fantastic experience: I came to MyFACE having been recommended after my move to Cheltenham and I would now pass on this recommendation. Going to a new practice can feel strange but I was made to feel very welcomed and immediately felt comfortable with my choice. Everyone is very professional, friendly, kind and caring. It is a personal experience. My dental care has been excellent by everyone involved. Tim has/is helping me with a bite adjustment which involves implants and bridges including whitening. Time is taken to explain each procedure thoroughly and any concerns I may have dispelled. Going to see them does not hold the usual dread of seeing a dentist!
