Compare non GamStop casinos for UK players in 2026. See offshore casino reviews, slots, bonuses, payments, bookies and UKGC alternatives.
Every non GamStop casino we list is independently reviewed and verified. Our team checks welcome bonuses, slot games, payment methods, and terms directly with each casino not on GamStop.
Non GamStop casinos are offshore gambling sites that sit outside the UK Gambling Commission system and therefore do not participate in the UK-wide GAMSTOP self-exclusion network. For UK readers, that distinction matters more than any welcome bonus. A casino not on GamStop may offer a different game catalogue, higher promotional wagering, crypto payments, bonus-buy slots or a more international sportsbook, but it does not provide the same British regulatory framework, dispute route or mandatory safer-gambling standards as a UKGC-licensed operator.
A site being accessible from the UK does not make it UK licensed. UKGC casinos must appear on the Gambling Commission register and, for online gambling, participate in GAMSTOP. Offshore casinos can be licensed elsewhere, but that is a different regulatory relationship and offers different consumer protections.
Our ranking does not treat offshore licensing as equivalent to UKGC regulation. The order reflects product usefulness, transparency and breadth rather than a claim that every operator offers the same level of consumer protection. Availability can also change by country, payment method and verification status, so players should always read the operator terms before opening or funding an account.
Avoid choosing a casino purely because it advertises the biggest percentage bonus. Offshore offers can carry high wagering requirements, maximum-bet rules, game restrictions, withdrawal caps or different treatment of bonus and cash balances. A smaller offer with clearer terms can be more useful than a headline package that is difficult to convert into withdrawable funds.
GoldenBet is included for its casino and sportsbook variety profile. It is an offshore operator rather than a UK Gambling Commission casino, so UKGC protections and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply. Always confirm the current licence, country eligibility, bonus rules and withdrawal conditions on the operator site before depositing.
GoldenBet is one of the more complete hybrid sites in this comparison. The main navigation covers sports, in-play betting, racing, virtual sports, esports, casino, live casino and instant-win content. That makes it relevant to people who would otherwise maintain separate accounts for a casino and a bookmaker. The benefit is convenience; the trade-off is that players must read two sets of rules carefully because sportsbook settlement terms and casino bonus rules operate differently.
The bonus area is active, with casino and sports promotions running alongside cashback and loyalty features. Our preference is to compare the effective cost of an offer rather than the banner amount. Check wagering, expiry, eligible games, maximum stake during wagering and any maximum withdrawal tied to free spins or no-deposit rewards. Those details determine whether a promotion has practical value.
MyStake is included for its large game and sports coverage profile. It is an offshore operator rather than a UK Gambling Commission casino, so UKGC protections and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply. Always confirm the current licence, country eligibility, bonus rules and withdrawal conditions on the operator site before depositing.
MyStake appeals to players who like a dense lobby rather than a stripped-back casino. Its navigation separates slots, live casino, sports, racing, esports, originals and mini-games, while the slot area itself is broken into useful discovery categories. For SEO queries such as online slots not on GamStop, Megaways slots not on GamStop or casino games not on GamStop, this breadth explains why the brand is frequently compared with other offshore hybrids.
The most important practical point is verification. Offshore casino marketing sometimes uses phrases such as no verification casino or no KYC casino, yet a responsible comparison should explain that operators can request identity, address, source-of-funds or payment ownership evidence. MyStake publishes a KYC/AML section, so players should prepare for checks rather than assuming a withdrawal will always be anonymous.
MyStake also runs a wide promotional calendar. The presence of a large offer does not automatically improve value. Our scoring gives more weight to transparent wagering, reasonable expiry periods and clear withdrawal rules than to the maximum advertised percentage. Players should also confirm whether a promotion applies to cash deposits, cryptocurrency, sports bets or casino play because each product can have different conditions.
Vave is included for its crypto-first casino and betting profile. It is an offshore operator rather than a UK Gambling Commission casino, so UKGC protections and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply. Always confirm the current licence, country eligibility, bonus rules and withdrawal conditions on the operator site before depositing.
Vave is most relevant to readers searching for a crypto casino not on GamStop rather than a conventional card-first UK experience. The account system supports several digital currencies, and the help centre lists crypto-specific minimum deposits and withdrawal guidance. That can reduce friction for experienced wallet users, but it adds responsibilities that do not exist with a normal debit-card deposit. Players need to confirm the token, chain, destination address and network fee before sending funds.
The game catalogue is broad enough to compete with general non GamStop casino sites. Vave describes a library of more than 5,000 slots in addition to live games and game shows. The operator also runs sports betting, so one balance can cover both casino and sportsbook activity. As with any hybrid, read the sportsbook rules separately from casino rules because void bets, abandoned events, settlement timing and maximum payouts are distinct from slot wagering conditions.
1Red is included for its slots and recurring casino promotions profile. It is an offshore operator rather than a UK Gambling Commission casino, so UKGC protections and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply. Always confirm the current licence, country eligibility, bonus rules and withdrawal conditions on the operator site before depositing.
The casino lobby is geared towards slot players, with new releases, popular games and familiar provider categories supported by live and table content. The promotional model is also more aggressive than the current UKGC market. That can look attractive to bonus-focused players, yet a high percentage match only has value when wagering, maximum stake, excluded games, expiry and withdrawal conditions are acceptable.
For readers comparing casinos not blocked by GamStop, our main advice is to assess the account as a whole. Look beyond registration speed. Test live chat before depositing, review the cashier, identify the operator company, locate the licence number, read KYC terms and understand how long the operator says withdrawals may remain pending. Those checks are more important than the number of free spins shown in a banner.
BC.GAME is included for its crypto originals and sportsbook profile. It is an offshore operator rather than a UK Gambling Commission casino, so UKGC protections and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply. Always confirm the current licence, country eligibility, bonus rules and withdrawal conditions on the operator site before depositing.
BC.GAME is also relevant to people searching for betting sites without GamStop. Casino and sports use the same broader wallet environment, which is convenient for crypto users. The sportsbook should still be assessed on its own rules: market settlement, postponed fixtures, cashout, maximum wins and voiding policies can matter more than headline odds on a single event.
Mega Dice is included for its crypto casino and sports in one wallet profile. It is an offshore operator rather than a UK Gambling Commission casino, so UKGC protections and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply. Always confirm the current licence, country eligibility, bonus rules and withdrawal conditions on the operator site before depositing.
Mega Dice rounds out the main list because it treats casino and sportsbook as equal parts of the product. The operator licence page identifies Igloo Ventures SRL and an Anjouan licence. As with BC.GAME, that means the site belongs in the offshore comparison rather than the UKGC section. The practical question is not whether the licence logo looks familiar; it is what the regulator and operator terms actually provide when there is a dispute.
The crypto-first account is convenient for players who already understand wallets. Deposits can move quickly once network confirmations complete, and withdrawals avoid the card-processing flow used by many traditional casinos. However, blockchain payments introduce irreversible-address risk and possible network congestion. A test transaction is sensible when using a new coin, chain or withdrawal address.
Non GamStop casinos are online gambling sites that are not connected to the UK self-exclusion system because they are not operating under a UK Gambling Commission remote licence. They may hold licences from Curaçao, Anjouan or another jurisdiction, and some combine casino, live dealer, sports betting, esports, bingo, lottery-style games and crypto products. Search phrases such as casino without GamStop, casinos not using GamStop, sites not registered with GamStop and gambling sites not covered by GamStop generally refer to this same offshore category.
The important distinction is regulatory, not technical. GAMSTOP is a multi-operator self-exclusion system used by British online licensees. A non-GamStop operator may have its own cooling-off or self-exclusion tool, but that site-level block does not automatically extend across every offshore casino. Likewise, an offshore licence can impose rules on the operator without giving a UK player access to the same Gambling Commission standards or British alternative dispute resolution route.
This is why we avoid phrases such as UK licensed non GamStop casino. For ordinary remote casino gambling, those concepts conflict: UKGC-licensed online gambling businesses are required to participate in GAMSTOP. A site can accept GBP or market itself to an international audience, yet that does not make it a UKGC casino.
2. Read the withdrawal and KYC rules before depositing. Check pending periods, document requirements, maximum cashout rules and whether the payment method used for deposit affects withdrawal.
3. Open the responsible-gambling page. Look for deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off and self-exclusion rather than a one-line statement about responsible play.
4. Check the complaint process. A useful operator explains where to complain, expected response stages and any external escalation route that applies.
The UKGC market is stricter by design. The online slot stake limits came into force in 2025: £5 for players aged 25 and over and £2 for ages 18 to 24. From 19 January 2026, UKGC licensees also face a 10x cap on wagering requirements attached to incentives and cannot combine multiple gambling product types inside one incentive. Those changes make current UK bonus comparisons very different from older pages that still describe 30x, 40x or 50x UK wagering as normal.
The following brands are included for comparison because they are high-visibility UK gambling names, not because we are claiming an exact proprietary Google search-volume ranking. Each appears in the current Gambling Commission business register. These are GamStop casinos: if a player is self-excluded through GAMSTOP, they should not use this section as a route back into gambling.
The Gambling Commission register lists Hillside UK entities trading as bet365, with bet365.com attached to the gaming and sports accounts. The main strength is integration: slots, live casino and one of the best-known UK sportsbooks share a polished account ecosystem. For casino-only players, the benefit is reliability and a familiar interface rather than unusually large promotions. Current UKGC slot limits and bonus rules apply.
The register lists Sky Vegas under Bonne Terre Gaming Limited with skyvegas.com domains. Sky Vegas is a casino-first brand rather than a sportsbook page with casino added on. Its appeal is a clean UK-regulated experience, broad slot choice and straightforward mobile navigation. It is part of the UK licensed environment and therefore not an alternative for anyone trying to bypass GAMSTOP.
LeoVegas Gaming PLC appears on the Commission register with leovegas.co.uk and leovegas.com domains. The brand built much of its reputation around mobile casino design, so navigation and live-casino discovery are core strengths. UK users get the protections and restrictions that come with UKGC regulation, including GAMSTOP participation and the current online slot stake framework.
The Commission register lists Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited trading as betfred.com alongside other Betfred entities. Betfred remains a recognisable bridge between high-street betting culture and online casino/sports products. The casino is useful for customers who want one account for slots, live games and sports, while the regulatory trade-off versus offshore sites is tighter promotional and payment rules.
Coral is listed on the current register under LC International Limited for coral.co.uk. Like Betfred, it combines a long-established betting brand with slots and live casino. Players who prioritise British licensing, established complaints procedures and GAMSTOP integration may prefer this model to a non GamStop casino even if offshore sites advertise larger bonuses.
The two markets serve different preferences. UKGC casinos emphasise a standardised British regulatory framework, integrated self-exclusion, tighter slot design rules, controlled promotional structures and a recognised complaint path. Casinos outside GamStop may provide crypto funding, bonus-buy mechanics, different stake limits, larger promotional packages or providers not commonly shown in the UK lobby. Those freedoms also move more responsibility onto the player to investigate licence quality, terms and dispute procedures.
For users who simply want a licensed UK casino, a mainstream UKGC operator is usually easier to evaluate. For users researching an offshore casino, the comparison should be approached as a different regulatory product, not a better version of the same thing. The absence of GAMSTOP should never be presented as a benefit to someone who has chosen self-exclusion.
Non GamStop casino bonuses are one of the largest keyword clusters in this market: free spins not on GamStop, no deposit bonus casino not on GamStop, non GamStop free spins, casino no deposit bonus and cashback searches all attract interest. Offshore operators can advertise more flexible or larger promotions because they are not bound by the UKGC's 2026 10x wagering cap. That does not automatically make an offshore offer better.
A 200% match with 40x wagering can require far more turnover than a smaller UK bonus capped at 10x. The correct calculation depends on whether wagering applies to the bonus only or deposit plus bonus, whether slot contributions vary, the maximum bet allowed during wagering, the expiry date and any maximum withdrawal from free spins or no-deposit rewards. Players should also check whether withdrawing cash cancels an active bonus or whether cash and bonus funds are tracked separately.
For UKGC licensees, wagering requirements attached to incentives cannot exceed 10x and an incentive cannot combine more than one gambling product type, such as casino plus betting. Those rules took effect on 19 January 2026. Offshore casinos follow the rules of their own jurisdiction and terms instead.
Slots not on GamStop are a major reason players encounter offshore casino pages. International lobbies can include standard video slots, Megaways titles, cluster games, jackpots, bonus-buy releases, crash games and studios that are restricted or presented differently in Great Britain. A bigger library is useful only when the casino clearly identifies providers and games load reliably on the player's device and region.
Live casino sections usually include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker-style table games and streamed game shows. Check provider names, table limits, language options and whether a particular table is excluded from bonus wagering. Live games can have much lower bonus contribution than slots, so a welcome offer that looks flexible may be impractical for a live-dealer player.
Crypto-heavy non GamStop sites often feature crash games, Mines, Dice, Plinko and proprietary originals. Provably fair systems can let users verify certain game outcomes using cryptographic seeds, but that concept should not be stretched into a claim that the entire casino is independently guaranteed. Third-party slots and live games use their own certification and game-provider systems.
Betting sites not on GamStop and non GamStop bookies overlap heavily with offshore casino brands because many operators run both products. For sports, our evaluation changes. We look at football and racing depth, in-play markets, cashout, bet builders, esports, virtual sports, settlement timing, maximum payout rules and what happens to postponed or abandoned events. A strong slot lobby does not prove the sportsbook rules are equally competitive.
Golf betting sites not on GamStop feature detailed markets for full tournaments and individual rounds. Outright winners, top finishes, player matchups.
The market range at cycling betting sites not on GamStop includes Grand Tour winners, individual stage victories, jersey competitions, podiums, top-10s, and head-to-head riders.
The best greyhound betting sites not on GamStop offer regular coverage of UK, Irish, Australian, and overseas tracks. Win, place, each-way, forecast, tricast, winning distance, and trap-based bets are widely available.
Players should also compare how bonus funds are separated. Offshore sites may offer combined or cross-product promotions that UKGC operators can no longer structure in the same way. Read whether free bets return the stake, whether boosted odds have maximum winnings and whether a casino withdrawal can be delayed by an unresolved sportsbook bet.
Banking is another large search cluster. Players look for PayPal casinos not on GamStop, Boku casinos not on GamStop, Skrill, Neteller, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and crypto. Availability is not universal. Payment providers can restrict gambling transactions by merchant, country or regulatory status, so an affiliate page should never promise a method simply because another casino in the same category accepts it.
Visa casinos not on GamStop provide a familiar banking experience for players who prefer traditional payment cards. Fast deposits, secure withdrawals, and global acceptance help make Visa one of the leading payment options available at offshore casinos.
Players searching for fast e-wallet banking often choose Skrill casinos not on GamStop. Skrill provides quick transfers, flexible currency support, and convenient account management across a wide selection of offshore casinos.
Mastercard casinos not on GamStop provide a familiar payment experience backed by advanced fraud protection and worldwide acceptance. Many offshore casinos support instant deposits using Mastercard.
Using Apple Pay casinos not on GamStop allows players to fund casino accounts quickly through compatible Apple devices. Secure authentication and encrypted payments provide both convenience and protection.
Players looking for prepaid banking often search for Paysafe casinos not on GamStop. Paysafecard vouchers allow secure deposits without requiring a bank account or payment card, offering both convenience and spending control.
Neteller casinos not on GamStop remain a popular option for players who appreciate fast e-wallet transfers and flexible banking. Neteller supports secure online payments together with efficient account management.
Many offshore operators now support Google Pay casinos not on GamStop, allowing Android users to make quick deposits using secure mobile payment technology and simple authentication.
UKGC operators are subject to the Gambling Commission credit-card prohibition for online betting, casino and bingo. The Commission also expects operators to prevent credit-card-funded e-wallet money from being used to gamble. Offshore operators may have different card rules, but a player should not confuse payment availability with financial protection.
Crypto is one of the clearest differences between the offshore and mainstream UK markets. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, XRP, TRX and stablecoins such as USDT are common on crypto casinos not on GamStop. Benefits can include faster settlement and fewer intermediary banking steps, but users must manage wallet security, token volatility, network choice and transaction records.
A crypto casino can still require KYC. Licensing, AML obligations, fraud controls and source-of-funds checks do not disappear because the deposit came from a blockchain wallet. Players searching for non GamStop casino no verification should assume that verification may be requested and should avoid any operator that promises guaranteed anonymous withdrawals regardless of circumstances.
Before depositing, read the withdrawal section for minimum cashout, maximum daily or weekly limits, pending periods, fees, account verification and whether the operator requires withdrawal through the original deposit method. Crypto withdrawals may be processed quickly, but network confirmation time is separate from the casino's internal approval time. Card and bank withdrawals can add payment-provider processing after the casino marks the request as completed.
New non GamStop casinos can be attractive because they launch with modern interfaces, aggressive promotions and newer software integrations. They also have shorter operating histories. Our preference is to give a new brand time to establish a payment record, publish clear terms and demonstrate responsive support before ranking it above operators with a longer track record. A launch bonus is not evidence of reliability.
Most non GamStop online casinos use responsive websites rather than requiring an app. A strong mobile site should expose the full cashier, KYC upload, responsible-gambling tools, live chat, search and game filters without forcing a desktop session. For downloadable Android files or non-store apps, users should be cautious about permissions and only use files linked from the operator's official domain.
Non GamStop does not mean responsible-gambling controls are unnecessary. In fact, the absence of the UK-wide scheme makes personal controls more important. Use deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off and operator self-exclusion where available. Third-party blocking software and bank gambling blocks can add another layer of friction.
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. Never chase losses, borrow to gamble or increase stakes to recover previous losses. If gambling is affecting your finances, mood, work or relationships, stop and seek support.
The best non GamStop casinos are not simply the sites with the largest welcome offers. The stronger operators make their company and licence visible, publish detailed terms, explain KYC and withdrawals, provide meaningful responsible-gambling tools and offer a game or sportsbook product that justifies using an offshore account. GoldenBet and MyStake stand out for broad hybrid coverage, Vave and BC.GAME for crypto-led use, 1Red for a casino-focused experience and Mega Dice for a balanced crypto casino/sports model.
For many UK players, a UKGC casino remains the easier choice because regulation, GAMSTOP, complaints and current bonus/slot rules are clearly standardised. High-visibility brands such as bet365, Sky Vegas, LeoVegas, Betfred, Coral and 888casino demonstrate what that market looks like. Offshore sites offer different features, but they also require more due diligence. Compare the rules you will actually use - licence, payment method, KYC, withdrawals, games and safer-gambling controls - before you compare the bonus banner.
A non GamStop casino is an online gambling site that is not connected to the UK GAMSTOP self-exclusion network, normally because it is licensed outside Great Britain rather than by the UK Gambling Commission.
No. For normal online casino gambling, a UKGC-licensed operator must participate in GAMSTOP. A site can accept UK players or GBP while still being licensed offshore.
Our current comparison highlights GoldenBet, MyStake, Vave, 1Red, BC.GAME and Mega Dice for different use cases. The best choice depends on licence transparency, payment method, games, KYC rules and withdrawal terms.
No gambling site can be described as risk-free. Look for a current licence, transparent ownership, clear withdrawals, responsible-gambling tools and a documented complaints process. Offshore protection is different from UKGC protection.
Offshore casinos can offer slots outside the UKGC system, including international releases and sometimes bonus-buy mechanics. Eligibility depends on the operator terms and your location.
Many do. Free spins can carry wagering, expiry, eligible-game, maximum-bet and maximum-withdrawal conditions, so the number of spins alone does not show the offer value.
Some offshore brands run no-deposit or free-spin promotions, but availability changes frequently. These offers often have tight maximum cashout and wagering rules.
PayPal is less common among offshore casinos than at mainstream regulated sites. Always check the live cashier rather than relying on an old affiliate list.
Mobile-billing options are uncommon in the offshore market and can be deposit-only. Confirm actual support and withdrawal options before registering specifically for Boku.
Yes, many offshore sites support Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins and other cryptocurrencies. Check supported networks, minimums, fees and KYC requirements.
Some allow quick signup, but reputable operators can still request KYC before withdrawals or when risk controls are triggered. Do not assume anonymous cashouts are guaranteed.
They are offshore sportsbooks that are not part of the UK GAMSTOP network. Many share an account with casino, esports, racing and virtual-sports products.
Non GamStop bookies is another phrase for offshore bookmakers outside the UKGC/GAMSTOP system. Compare settlement rules, limits, in-play markets and withdrawal policies as well as odds.
GAMSTOP is the UK online multi-operator self-exclusion scheme. The Gambling Commission requires online gambling businesses in its licensed market to participate.
Not in the normal sense used by casino affiliates. UKGC online gambling licensees are required to participate in GAMSTOP, so a genuine non GamStop casino sits outside that licensing system.
From 19 January 2026, UKGC licensees cannot apply wagering requirements over 10x to incentives. They also cannot mix more than one gambling product type in the same incentive.
High-visibility UKGC examples include bet365, Sky Vegas, LeoVegas, Betfred, Coral and 888casino. They are regulated UK alternatives, not non GamStop casinos.
Confirm KYC status, minimum and maximum cashout, pending time, fees, payment-method rules, bonus completion and any source-of-funds request. Keep copies of relevant terms and support messages if a dispute develops.
Use device-level blocking software, bank gambling blocks, operator self-exclusion and other filtering tools. If you are using GAMSTOP, do not deliberately seek ways around the exclusion.
Individual gambling winnings are generally not taxed as income for ordinary UK recreational gamblers, but tax treatment can depend on circumstances. For personal tax advice, use HMRC guidance or a qualified adviser.
The main risk is assuming offshore regulation provides the same complaint, safer-gambling and consumer-protection framework as the UKGC. Terms, payment access and dispute options vary by operator and jurisdiction.

Staplehurst Health Centre: Reviews
Reviews are the opinions of their authors. We do not verify that the author was a customer.
Negative experience: Avoid Avoid Avoid this GP surgery practice like a plague. Google would not let me publish the review without giving at least one star, but the honest truth is I'd like to give a minus five star here if I can!! I'm not sure where I should begin. A GP appointment is booked one month away; (when you are either self healed or dead) Nobody is at the reception desk when you go there in the afternoon, although their so called open hours are until 6:30pm; There's radio music playing, for the benefit of your mental health; When you call them at 8am, you'll have to wait for 30 mins before anybody answers your phone call. When you go there for blood test, they'll stab you several times and then still manage to miss one item, and you'll have book another appointment to be stabbed for another time; then the nurse had the audacity to ask the patient to pay for the blood test after they had serious failure on their patient care; Most horrendously is that they could never remember what has been promised to their patient, and the patient has to peal their scars and remind them again and again every time they make an appointment. The list could go on. I have not seen any substantive change since Mote takes over from the Malling Health 4. Like an ancient idiom say: a dead pig is not afraid of boiling water. That's what Staplehurst Health Centre is - a dead pig. They need some revolutionary changes or simply ass kicking. Wake up - How can a GP work from home?!?!?!?! What do the rest of doctors on this planet do?Utterly utterly utterly joke. I'm pleading here for some of the previous viewers, could you please tell me where I could change the GP surgery? I'm aware that Marden doesn't take any Staplehurst residents anymore. I'd be very grateful to know if I could change surgery.
Negative experience: I’ve been through a lot of surgeries due to moving around and this is now my permanent surgery and it’s the best I’ve used. The 2.4 stars doesn’t do it justice. They try their hardest in there. *** update*** since Mote medical have taken over the practice despite politeness the service is nosediving. I’m trying to find another practice as I’d like to live longer than the next 6 months. Mote have decided I can’t have medication that is on nhs as they want to argue about money! Saving a life shouldn’t be measured on £300 per month. Not following the Hippocratic oath in my views. With a heavy heart I post. If you have any problems or are a part of a minority group you will be judged !
Positive experience: Seen promptly & Modern clean
Negative experience: Closes a half 6 and just been told they don’t do any appointments after 3pm so how are you have a job how are you ment to get a appointment with out losing a days money
Positive experience: Relaxed local health centre.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff
Fantastic experience: Had a blood test with Tracey King today - fantastic, got 5 vials in under 2 minutes and in and out so quickly painless. Also have found the drs including locum drs very nice, listening and helpful. Very happy with being at this practice.
Negative experience: Run down and dirty
Fantastic experience: The receptionist are always amazing here. Always try their best to help and help me sort things out. I've had to ring and go in a lot recently and they are brilliant every time. Clair especially has been so helpful.
Fantastic experience: Always found them all to be polite and helpful from reception staff. Had more dealings with the nurse doing my dressing changed every week but she's been great, sorted any problems I've had, great advice and help, cant fault anyone there.
Negative experience: Positive = Alison, Kevin and one particular lady on Reception are helpful, kind and use their common sense. Negative = The common theme with most of these reviews is the rudeness of the Reception team which I agree. Such a shame because they represent this Practice and doesn't give you alot of confidence. The telephone system is abysmal. When dealing with a Doctor's error (so rather important) I asked for the Practice Manager to call me, but was told they can't guarantee she will. Surprise surprise she didn't! A Doctor had caused internal bleeding (needing a hospital stay) due to prescribing incorrect medication for a family member. Also medication was still being prescribed even though they had documentation by a Consultant to stop immediately. Errors have occurred over the years which has been detrimental to our health. This has now forced my family to move to another Medical Practice.
Negative experience: Once again another fantastic service! Called Monday 22/12/25 to be told it’s not something they would deal with and nothing to worry about just go to the pharmacy and speak with a pharmacist who wouldn’t actually look at problem issue just gave something to buy for what she suspected it could be! Now I have had to spend the last 2 nights in a&e and have an emergency operation! Great job you guys! What a way to look after your patients! 2021-2025 we’ve been taking our daughter here about a constant throat and nose issue to be always told infections and other Christ knows what, have antibiotics, use inhalers and other unnecessary medications! After 4 years and constant arguments in person and via phone saw a paramedic who thankfully happened to be there as a one off that day they finally decided to refer her to the hospital and within minutes off attending the ENT specialist discovered her tonsils are enlarged which has been the cause! Thanks great looking after infants! Get yourself sorted! 4 years this has gone on for! Now have a preop for her when this could have been done years ago if you had actually checked properly! - I can keep other issues going such as not having gps to actually sign off repeats and using whoever is available who has no knowledge of any of your patients and not signing the correct essential medication
Fantastic experience: Excellent gp. Heard it changed hands recently before I joined. Well I’m getting old (32!!!!) and have had to have about 5 appointments recently and I can’t fault them on anything and they’ve all been super nice. Everything on time and done right and properly. They do their own bloods in surgery whereas some send you to clinics now.
Negative experience: Diabolical!! Incompetent, unprofessional and rude receptionist’s. How this practice has not been closed down is beyond me. The front desk is the most shocking level of unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. They are very quick to tell people they do not accept verbal abuse and then they themselves abuse patients. Patients who have come to that surgery for help. I have removed myself from this surgery because of all of the above and much more. I wish I’d done it sooner!!
Negative experience: I have requested to have my list of health conditions, that appear within the NHS APP, to show all of my conditions so that I can present it is evidence of these conditions when needed. This was not completed and I was instead issued with two informal warnings (1 via email) for saying the word "bloody" once.
Negative experience: I posted a repeat prescription in the letter box ,on a Tuesday , the chemist bid not receive it , so I went back to the surgery and was told they had stopped using the letter box over a month ago , there was no sign or any indication that it had been moved , it is on the side in reception , I noticed would have been helpful , or block the letter box up ,
Negative experience: Receptionists couldn’t do less for you, can’t believe how rude they are every single time!!
Fantastic experience: Reading the reviews made me quite apprehensive about joining this surgery, but unfortunately, there aren't any other options. I must say that my experience over the last three months has been amazing. The staff is helpful and pleasant, and I am able to get an appointment when needed.
Positive experience: Okay, just very busy and I understand but is very annoying
Fantastic experience: Brilliant rockstar team! Absolute saints
Negative experience: Worst doctors there is. Refused to send my sister for tests or even a blood test when she has heart problems. Messed her medication up for 2 years. Avoid this surgery at all costs. I'd I could gice 0 starts I would!
Negative experience: Go to see the doctor about your heart to get more test done because they have to refer me and they refused and said if you get any pains just go to the hospital because we can’t do anything that was Dr Verma, I tried explaining that I went to A&E the night time after coming to see Dr Rumfeld for something I thought was just indigestion and he told me to just take painkillers without even examining me, A&E found a new heart condition but need the doctor to refer me for more test at a specialist but yet again the system is failing and letting people down until right at the last minute when it’s potentially to late STAPLEHURST HEALTH CENTRE IS THE WORST Doctors I’ve ever been to. If I could rate no stars I really would
Fantastic experience: Have used this facility for over 18 years and have never had a problem. On the contrary, I find the staff very efficient, polite and competent.
Negative experience: Useless
Negative experience: Shambles of a surgery, cant even comment about the inside of it as it’s impossible to get an appointment. Waste of time.
Negative experience: Unbelievably rude reception staff, came here as an outpatient from another surgery booked in on ‘patient access’ as was the lady in front of me. Waited in line and the lady in front tried to check in and was crossly told she should just take a seat and ‘should have read the text message that told her to do so’ when the lady turned to take her seat the receptionist rolled her eyes and angrily tutted. I explained I think I am in the same situation but if she could just check as my text message doesn’t tell me to do as she is saying… she started pointing crossly at notices on the wall (which weren’t even related to what I was trying to ask) told me the patient access has absolutely nothing to do with them and I should just sit down and wait to be called by the doctor. The attitude is absolutely horrendous and I was very taken aback about how rude both women on the desk were for no reason whatsoever. They need retraining or to simply leave if they hate their job this much. Such a shame as the Dr I saw was probably one of the best GPs I’d seen in a very long time.
Negative experience: Receptionist is so rude! Unbelievable !
Negative experience: Some of the receptionists are pleasant to deal with. But some of them need a major attitude adjustment. Nothing short of abusive to patients. Otherwise can't complain about the GPs and nurses
Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Staplehurst. We have had no problem booking appointment. The staff are polite and friendly and always helpful. It is a complete positive change compared to our previous surgery. My family always manage to get an appointment on the day. I can't thank you enough.
Positive experience: Doctors and nurses here are generally really lovely. However a couple of the reception staff (not all) are unbelievably rude and patronising. I actually came off the phone and cried today because of how rude the receptionist was. I am unsure of why this happens. When I've been in person I have usually only seen lovely people. Not a reflection of the majority of staff. But this one woman is bringing the place down. Edit: Jan 2024 - i have noticed a real change in the reception staff recently and I cannot fault their keeness to help. Things aren't perfect but it's a public service and won't ever be. But some really lovely additions to the team and all appreciated.
Fantastic experience: Has NHS dentist upstairs.
Fantastic experience: Seen promptly, and the doctor who saw me was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Would recommend
Negative experience: So let down by SHC. I had to move surgeries due to their care. I would honestly have moved out of area for better care as I have long-term health conditions. The level of care was shocking.
Negative experience: NHS want you to leave reviews on their site but nobody sees them. They don’t want you to put reviews on the big public platforms, so here goes! This surgery do not respond and doctors working from home using withheld phone numbers that no sensible person answers!! Get back to work the rest of the universe have!!
Negative experience: The worst welcome, a couple of the reception staff "NOT ALL" are unbelievably rude and irreverent.
Fantastic experience: Rang surgery after receiving a text that Doctor needed to speak with me about my results. Contacted the surgery at 8.30am in the morning and was told that the doctor would call me that morning to discuss my results and yes Doctor called early afternoon as promised and was lovely and supported me as needed. Fantastic results from surgery, and receptionist to doctor.
Fantastic experience: When we moved to Staplehurst 4 years ago we were not impressed with the surgery however now it is completely different. As soon as they were allowed to after the pandemic restrictions , the surgery opened up for face to face appointments . It has for some time been possible to see one of the excellent nurses for treatment or a doctor. There are now, I believe three GP’s . Over the last 3 weeks I have been able to see a nurse, the paramedic and a locum GP on the day by going to the surgery at 8am. All have been sympathetic and helpful. I never felt rushed. Without exception whether face to face or on the telephone I have found the reception staff very helpful, polite, and courteous. I find it abhorrent how some members of the public speak to the reception staff who are only doing their job under difficult circumstances. Too many people and not enough doctors is hardly the fault of the receptionist!
Positive experience: Had an appointment today, and they were very helpful.
Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH I had a horrible experience here a year or two ago while, the thought of writing a review has just come to me, I now avoid going to my GP. I went here to try and get help for my anxiety and depression which I’m now diagnosed with, I believe my story was completely dismissed because I am a teenage girl. Although I was displaying all the symptoms I was told that I couldn’t possibly have depression because I was wearing mascara and didn’t smell, I was then asked to take my trousers off and show my self harm scars and the doctor touched them. I don’t believe this is part of a depression and anxiety assessment as I didn’t have to take clothes off to get my current diagnosis. I was dismissed as hormonal and my advice was just to drink more water and think about tigers, I had been showing symptoms for almost 7 years and had multiple attempts at taking my own life. After I had gotten my diagnosis with another organisation I tried to get a letter for extra time in exams through here and again had to rely on the other organisation.
Fantastic experience: I visited the health centre as an emergency whilst visiting my daughter and the couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. I was seen by a doctor the following day and they even arranged for me to have my flu jab. Parking is easy and the pharmacy is just around the corner. Amazing!! My thanks go to the team there.
Fantastic experience: Despite the often bad feedback they get, the Staplehurst health centre has been amazing every time I've been there and they went well over and beyond to care for our 5 week old son who we called in just before closing time and they stayed in longer just to help us out. Fantastic service and I'd like to personally thank the team.
Negative experience: Staplehurst Medical Centre. I have waited in all morning for a phone call from a doctor to discuss some test results. This call was booked 10 days ago to take place on my day off, as I cannot take private phone calls at work. I do not think it is beyond the bounds of possibility to be given some idea as to exactly when in a day I can expect to get a phone call, especially since the Health Centre had told me that the doctor needed to speak to me, rather than the other way round.
Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to Staplehurst and so far my experience with the Health Centre has been great. The receptionists are polite and helpful. I was in and out from my last appointment within 10-mins. Both nurses I have spoken to have been friendly and informative.
Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would the place is a joke the doctors make things up about you and misdiagnose you then refuse to change records, you sit on the phone for 30 mins walk round while calling them and they have turned the phone down and just leave it to ring absolute failure of a place it's an absolute disgrace.
Negative experience: Truly horrendous
Negative experience: Absolutely useless. They miss appointments consistently, ring for about 3 seconds and end the call forcing u to make another appointment which wont be available. Leave voicemails instead of actually calling you. By far the worst surgery i have ever had the displeasure of being associated with
Negative experience: Tried repeatedly to call to book an appointment for a vaccination as a key worker. After listening to such a long message Four times it kept cutting out. There is literally no way to contact your surgery which is shocking
Negative experience: Don't get ill. Awful place. Good luck getting through without being cut off after nearly getting to reception
Negative experience: Awful. I only wanted to pick up one form so phoned multiple times and the line cuts out after 2 minutes of automated messages. Stood outside the surgery for half hour with no response on the intercom despite people chatting away on the other side of the glass door. Better off registering further away with another surgery.
Negative experience: Routinely rude reception staff. Dangerous advice given without authority - a blow to my head leading to severe and consistent headaches is not something that should be dismissed. Avoid if you can.
Fantastic experience: Went for routine NHS Aortic Aneurysm screening - conducted by Jenny (I think), arrived on time at 11am was seen a couple of minutes later, with results seconds after the completion of the screening. Ive seen several complaints but thought it worthwhile reporting my very positive experience.
Negative experience: Incredibly rude staff members and very unhelpful, when you are able to get an appointment which is rarely the doctors seem to have no clue what their talking about and have told me in the past to look up my symptoms online.
Negative experience: Need to improving
Negative experience: I would give them 0 stars but app won't let me. Impossible to get appointments then when yet through reception staff are so rude. Needs sorting out!!!
Negative experience: Rude and very unhelpful and then told me I can go else where and hung up on me
Negative experience: Struggle to get through in the mornings and when I do get through I get the phone put down on me. Finally get through to someone who tends to be rude and not helpful at all. I just wanted a doctor to call me about my daughter then told they can't do that. I then said I've had a doctor to call me before the women on the phone finally listened. I've changed my address several times with them and they never change no matter how many times I've filled in forms. I've never had troubles with the doctors it's always the receptionists!
Negative experience: Appointments are impossible to get.
Fantastic experience: Very good service considering I’m not registered to them and was in need of a asthma due to leaving mine back in London at home got temporary reg and waited bout 20 minutes for them to contact the right people to then be given a prescription to get my meds
Negative experience: Have had multiple issues with the health centre, appointments are impossible to get & when you do get to see the doctors they rarely listen! One example of a worrying /unhelpful comment made to me by one of the doctors was that I should pray that I get better!!
Fantastic experience: Nice friendly and professional staff
Negative experience: When Dr asks you to make a follow up appointment told you can't pre-book and have to phone on the day by the time you have got through all appointments have gone
