Bupa Dental Care Cranbrook

Fantastic experience: I had neglected my teeth for nearly a decade. Finally, I decided to get myself an appointment with the dentist and I am so glad I chose Bupa dental care in Cranbrook. Every member of their team I’ve spoken to has been friendly, polite and willing to help answer my questions. I have had three fillings (due to not flossing for many years) and each filling was painless! I won’t be hesitating to return when I need to / when I am due to next!

Fantastic experience: Lovely receptionists, chatty and friendly welcome. Currently undergoing a makeover in the business so as not finished it's a little mixed on furnishings however still pleasant and comfortable waiting area. All staff very friendly and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault this dental clinic, my dentist Saqib Qureshi was so kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Despite being worried going to the dentist, he made me feel comfortable! The reception staff were super helpful and lovely too. All in all a great experience and would 100% recommend. Thank you all!

Negative experience: I called this dentist twice they never called back. So I physically went into the office. I had a specialist question. I told the lady at the desk nobody ever called me back. She said she was so sorry that happened and would talk to the dentist and promised to call me the back the next day. Surprise Surprise nobody called me back. Totally unprofessional. This was a terrible start. I would never use this surgery now. I guess Ill have to look in another town. Big Red flag.

Fantastic experience: Always helpful and lovely staff. Priyanka our dentist is amazing - also fantastic with one of my children who’s is neurodiverse. I tried teeth whitening for the first time - Boutique -and really pleased with the result. Gone several shades lighter - mouthguard fits well and gel is easy to use. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My son had Invisalign first treatment with Lyndsey, she has done an incredible job with his teeth, they look fabulous. He started treatment at the age of 9 years old and everyone looked after him very well, so there were no nerves or pain, it was a very straightforward process. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lindsey has done an amazing job with my Invisalign treatment. I’m delighted with the results and the journey which Lindsey and her team took me through. The transformation is better than I hoped for.

Positive experience: Really lovely staff and trustworthy treatment, without any pressure to commit! The clinic is clean, tidy and warm. My only criticism is I wish they would provide/offer a pick-up point to recycle used aligners as some other clinics do in the UK. That is why I could not give it five stars.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a shout out to the Team at Bupa Cranbrook. Had emergency treatment today, the Team at front of desk are amazing and really helped us, thank you. The Dentist and Dental Nurse I saw were both fantastic. It has got to be one of the friendliest, caring Dentists that I have been to. I will have no doubts about recommending people to this branch.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and professional team. I had my filling redone for the 3rd time, and so clearly it is time to lay off the crunchy snacks. I met with Murielle. First she asked about my routine, then had 3 scans, and took some pictures as well. She was very thorough, and gave me some advice as well. I wasn't aware, and never been told, that I grind my teeth in my sleep. And so I got a Night guard. She also advised, if I have any issues afterwards, just to give a call. Very happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday evening whilst snacking on my favourite treat (a Cadbury crème egg .. it is almost Easter) one of my teeth decided enough was enough and broke (I do like to keep chocolate in the fridge). I’m off on holiday on Friday and whilst I want in any pain I was eagerly waiting Bupa opening the following morning to plead for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was lovely and very understanding (no judgement on my eating habits) and fitted me in that day. On arrival the reception was clean and welcoming, the staff were talking with me and informing me the dentist won’t be long, it put me at ease. Then I met Priyanka Patel and what a delightful woman/dentist, honestly I can’t recommend her enough. Priyanka was gentle, calm and kind, Priyanka explained everything clearly, took some (not so lovely) photos to slow me and I was amazed at how she had rebuilt my tooth to look genuinely like I’d never had a filling at all.. I will be rebooking to have all my fillings redone and I’m no longer worried or scared about regular checkups. Can’t recommend this team enough. Also the dental nurses were fabulous, you can tell they are a great team by the way the dental nurse knew what Priyanka’s next move was going to be and what she would need.. truly amazing.

Fantastic experience: Always a warm and professional welcome from the reception team. They remember who you are and help to make you feel calm and at ease before your appointment. Both hygienist and dentist are excellent, thorough questions and checks before physical checks/treatments occur. Always explain what they are going to do and make regular checks during the appointment to check you are okay. Actually enjoy visiting the dentist now! I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Negative experience: I recently had a heart attack which the dentist knew about and have some serious pain in my teeth and was quoted £2317 by the surgery which is fine but they needed the hospital acceptance to go ahead with procedure and was told by the reception team they would get on that for me. So I waited for 4 days and had no contact from the bupa dentist in Cranbrook so I decided to call them myself, I was put on hold by reception obviously clear now because they was trying to come up with a lie because they had not contacted the hospital so after waiting 5 mins I was then told they tried to contact hospital and could not get through so they decided to send a letter to the hospital which is utter nonsense and lies as no one would send a letter and when I said can you email them as I’m serious pain they refused and said we’ve sent a letter and that was it and the worse thing of it all I was asked can I contact the hospital! The reception team had no sympathy and then to lie aswell just put the cherry on the cake. Do not use this surgery and awful customer service by the reception team at bupa dental Cranbrook

Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth and Bupa dental practice at Cranbrook found me a slot very quickly, even though they were very busy. Mohammed did a brilliant job fixing it and colour matching it. The guy’s a genius.

Fantastic experience: after the team on reception managed the get me an emergency appointment, i told Mohammed (the dentist) how nervous i was, both he and his assistant put me totally at ease, i had two teeth removed totally pain free, i can not recommend the team at Bupa Cranbrook enough, thank you everyone.
