Fantastic experience: I am so thankful that I found Ben when I was searching for someone to undertake my dental implants. I was already in shock that I had to have implants, and I was overwhelmed with finding an expert in this field … but someone on FB recommended White of Winchester and from the very first phone call, I knew I had luckily stumbled across the exact person I needed. Very few can say they ‘enjoy’ a visit to the dentist, but in this instance my experience has always been immensely positive with Ben and his amazing team. The comfortable surroundings, the cheery interactions … and their ‘therapy dog’ welcome instantly put you at ease. Ben is so patient and knowledgeable that you know you are in good hands. Not only is the treatment second to none, he goes the extra mile to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with ALL aspects of your treatment. I travelled an hour each way for my visits, and the mileage was absolutely worth it. There are many dentists out there, and there are many ‘implant specialists’, but I cannot over emphasise how relieved I feel to have found White of Winchester. If I require any new treatment in the future, I’ll be making those 1-hour trips with confidence. I can highly recommend Ben and his team for your simple or complex dentistry needs.

My teeth look amazing after 18 months of braces. He even fixed my tooth after I chipped it! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if you want first class service :)

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient for many years when Bens practice was at Hamble. The new practice at Owslebury continues to give 5star Treatment from Ben and the Staff. You are so overblown by the ambience you forget you have toothache. I had my implants done by Ben quite a few years ago and they are still in excellent condition. I had a fall and chipped a piece of porcelain but that was soon remedied by Dr Ben in his usual efficient manner. Thank you to lovely staff who made me feel so welcome. Fantastic experience: I have had such an amazing experience with Ben and all the team at White whilst getting my braces. From my first consultation to the removal and all the follow up appointments. The process has been so easy , professional and comfortable. I had no major pain or any issues with the braces. Once a bracket came off and Ben reassured me quickly. I am so very pleased with the results from only a year of treatment. The price included 4 weekly check up appointments at the stunning practice set in beautiful countryside. Fantastic experience: Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Ben and his team for a very long time. Today i received my treatment from a new member of the team - Paris. The care and attention i received was amazing. The team at Whites are so consistently professional. Everything is explained, time is allocated so that the treatment is not rushed. I always feel relaxed and fully confident in their care and today was no exception . i cannot fault the service i received .

Fantastic experience: I decided it was time to completely replace all my upper teeth using implants. After much research and recommendations I contacted Whites Winchester and an appointment was made, all options were given to me. After a full scan a treatment plan was formulated and dates arranged to take this forward. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently with no pain, fuss or discomfort, I now have a beautiful set of teeth.

Fantastic experience: Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. Fantastic experience: I came to White Winchester as my bridge fitted many years ago had broken one of the supporting teeth had broken which was non repairable, I had a consultation with Ben who advised me the only option was to replace the bridge with 3 teeth implants bridge. Ben took a lot of time over my appointments with a lot of care in explaining all of treatment and procedures he was undertaken. From the very first appointment until when everything was completed not once was, I left not knowing what was happening from teeth removal to post's being fitted and finally new teeth being fitted, over a number of appointment Ben and the amazing team at the practise made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything. Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Ben's since 2019. I came to Ben following having a really bad experience with having an implant fitted. Ben worked his magic and fixed it all and now I can smile without being conscious. I get a lot of compliments on my teeth which is a boost following a rocky road. I have a fear of dentists but know I am in safe hands when I come to Whites. All the staff are warm and welcoming and it has a personal feel. Appointments are always completed on time and I never feel rushed. I recently had my wisdom tooth out and I was terrified. Ben was extremely patient with me when my stress levels were getting high. I knew all would be OK as I trust Ben fully. The staff genuinely care which was a nice feeling after the procedure as I wasn't rushed out the door and all after care instructions were clearly given. I come to Whites every 6 months for a clean. Again thorough checks are done on all areas of my mouth and I leave very happy. This is how my wisdom tooth needing extracting came about. Overall I would highly recommend Whites as you will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Whites for looking about my pegs!

Fantastic experience: A very professional and friendly service. It was a big decision for a significant amount of work. Although the new facilities seem to have the latest equipment, everything has a relaxed atmosphere about it which makes undergoing major treatment much more comfortable. The environment is what all dental surgeries would like to be. After having all top and bottom teeth replaced I am delighted with the results! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team.

The attention to detail that Ben & Claire have in the last 10 years, for everything I need & would like them to do (check, give advice, repair every tiny chip etc), to improve & ensure my teeth are always healthy, strong, incredibly clean, straight & shining natural tooth white is absolutely admirable. Negative experience: I initially received a filling from one of Ben White's dentists, which was done satisfactorily. However, when I returned to have a high spot on the filling adjusted, Ben White himself worked on my tooth and ended up grinding down the entire side of my actual tooth. Since then, I've experienced numerous issues, and now my tooth might need to be extracted. When I reached out to Ben White about this, he denied responsibility and claimed that my tooth was already in bad condition, which is not true.

Fantastic experience: For some 30 years I struggled with ill fitting dentures. Until I was introduced to "White Winchester". I nervously made an appointment. From my first consultation, I felt at ease and confident I had made the right decision. I underwent the journey of having full implants. Now after many years I once again have the confidence to smile, I may even lose my reuctance and have a photograph taken. I can fully recommend Ben and his lovely team. If like me you are nervous, do have a consultation, I can assure you will be in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: A principle of marketing is that every point of contact with the company should be positive. White's surgery is the only company I know ever to have lived up to this. Not only have I had excellent, thorough treatment, but every interaction with Whites has been positive. The reception is always warm and friendly, as are all the staff. They set high standards in everything, including decor and equipment. I have always had very up to date treatment and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My two teenage sons had Invisalign fitted with Ben and haven’t looked back. From start to finish their treatment was very personal and Ben and his team were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Fantastic experience: I got “teeth in a day” on my upper jaw with Ben White about 4 years ago. So impressed was I with the work that I recently had the same procedure done on my lower jaw at the new state of the art boutique dental practise near Winchester. I was met at the door by Emma who immediately put me at ease with her big beaming smile and we got chatting away like old friends. I completely forgot why I was there for a while, it was like popping round to a friends house to get your teeth done. The atmosphere is very relaxed but extremely professional and I felt totally at ease. The procedure itself was pain free after a lot of local anaesthetic. I had my remaining seven teeth removed and then my four implants inserted. A wire framework was welded to the implant posts to provide a structure for the temporary implants to rest on and after four hours I left with a new set of teeth. I experienced only mild discomfort throughout the whole procedure and was able to have a couple of breaks as well. I cannot recommend Ben and his team highly enough. He is a leader in his field and is involved with training the future generation of implant dentists across the UK and indeed Europe. I go back in six weeks time to start the process of getting my final implants made. I’m really excited, thanks Ben; Emma; Georgia, Kate and Pierre for all your expertise, skill, passion and making what is a huge moment in my life as pain free and comfortable as possible. Simply amazing xxx

They did an amazing scan of my teeth and shortly afterwards I had a treatment plan and picture of what my teeth will look like.
