Finest Dental Winchester

Negative experience: I had implants 6 years ago and he messed them up. What should have taken 6 months took almost a year and a half I had so many problems with the dentist, he was arrogant and rude. Dentists I’ve been to since as I would have never returned, can’t believe the mess of my teeth. I did write on here before but just want to say nothing surprises me as to what they have done by leaving patients high and dry. One morning I was the first patient, the door was open and I just went in and sat down when I heard the dentist shouting at the dental assistant, ‘time is money, time is money’ I’m so sorry for all of you, I saved up for years to have implants and was left with lots of problems.

Negative experience: It took 2 years to get my implants to look normal. However, i didn't get my final impressions to backup treatment. Without these and with finest dental closi⁰ng down with little knowledge, so ive had no time to confront finest dental. I've lost bottom tooth. It broke within 4weeks. I travelled to Winchester as often as once or maybe twice a month. That is over 2 hr drive there and back., without my final fiting. This was a comple y e let doey 5ft þ

Negative experience: I am so disappointed that the clinic has closed without telling anything to the clients and leaving me personally with my Invisalign treatment unfished after nearly 3 years and all the treatment paid. How unfair and unprofessional, so disappointed.

Negative experience: I have paid in full (finance agreement) for implants treatment (just above 6000 pouds) they done a cleaning treatment and they suppose to ring me back to book my next appointment, I've been waiting for it for more then a month and nothing, i try to call them but can't rich them, I've made a search and find out they close the doors, now I'm paying a finance for 5 years without the implants, can anyone help me and advise me what do i can do to get my money back, thank you verry much.

Negative experience: I have been going to Finest dental Winchester for 2.5 years now, coming to the end of my Invisalign braces. I had an appointment this evening to have my atachments removed and to be given my retainers only to find out that you have now closed. I am really disappointed that I have paid all that money out for the Invisalign Smile treatment with you and for you as a practice not have the curtesy to contact me as one of your clients to let me know you were going to close. I am now left with the problem of finding another Orthodontist to help me complete my treatment.

Negative experience: I 've paid full amounts of invisalign treatment. I had an appointment with them bu the clinic was closed when i was there so then i visited their website it looks like they completely closed the clinic. I can't reach them.

Negative experience: Closed down without any notice half way through my orthodontic treatment. Didn’t even bother to cancel my appointment or let the patients know. Furious

Negative experience: Been undergoing treatment for invisualine since September 2018 knowing it was a 2 year treatment. I finished paying the instalments in July 2019. In November I went back to complain they no longer fitted properly, to which new ones would be made... over 3 months with no braces my teeth are visibly moving back to where they started. After repeated cancellations they had made me an appointment to which I turned up to find they had locked the door and disconnected the phone line! AFTER RECEIVING £3000 THEY HAVE GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION!! not acceptable. They new and lied to their customers anyway, I'm stuck with glue and nobbles attached to my teeth for which I have to have privately removed and am 3000 grand out of pocket.

Negative experience: Eight grand out of pocket where have they gone one of the practitioners Stavroz is working out of practitioner in Totton Southampton They’ve closed down and taking everyone’s money

Negative experience: I went to Finest Dental in Winchester on December 19th 2019 for a £50 consultation for implants, luckily for me I paid the deposit by credit card and the balance was 12 months interest free credit so I can reclaim it. I went for a second appointment 23rd January 2020 for moulds of my teeth to be taken, my next appointment for the implants was 8th February 2020. I received a text on the 6th February informing me that the appointment had to be cancelled because their systems had gone down and I should call the following week to rearrange my appointment. I phoned on the following Monday and Tuesday but after selecting existing patient option the phone cuts off, I have also left text message and sent an email but I have had no replies. I just wish these people would be honest and tell their clients what is happening and not hide away.

Negative experience: An absolute shambles and broken promises from the Winchester branch. I am getting married in a couple of months and I am now stranded mid treatment having paid all of the money up front. There are rumours the company has gone bust but there is zero communication. PAIGE RUSKIN the 'customer service manager' is an embarrassment, attempting to bribe with free teeth whitening to remove bad reviews. Negative experience: I supposed to see my dentist tomorrow at 10:30 on 10/02/2020. I paid already over £6000 for my implants and invisalign treatment. They did the implants and of course one failed and THEY DID IT AGAIN and was fine after but from JUNE 2019 I STARTED THE INVISALIGN TREATMENT AND TOMORROW i SUPPOSED TO SEE THE DENTIST TO CHECK AND DO A FULL SCAN TO ORDER THE NEW INVISALIGN AND I JUST RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THE DOOR. WHAT TO DO NEXT I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR WHAT ? THEY DIDN'T FINISHED THE TREATMENT AND LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE BANKRUPT.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS INCOMPETENT UNCARING UNPROFFESIONAL Terrible service, disgusting customer service, failed in their duty of care to me and I am out of pocket to the tune of £17.000 With implants not fit for purpose failed to supply me with any medication, for infections!! DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID - If you are thinking about going for Invisalign through this company, please change your mind. They will take your money and immediately stop all contact with you. They ignore all emails, don't answer the phone or return calls. I can't believe they are still in business when this is the way they treat their customers.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous service! I have a great dentist there who is both honest and friendly. Really friendly members of staff and timely service, thoroughly recommend.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible treatment and service for braces. I would not go here under any circumstances. I was told when I first started here that my braces would be on for a year, 3 years later and I still have braces and no dentist to see! Everytime I phone I get put on hold or am kept in a queue that never gets answered! Please be aware before you go here, I am having to now pay to go and see someone at a different practice with finest dental just choosing to ignore me!

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with my experience today at Finest Dental. the practice itself was really clean, presentable, up to date and modern. I found the staff, especially the receptionist and the dental nurse to be extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. i was seen to immediately and was in and out within a few moments. Can't recommended enough and would use again for my dental needs

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service from the reception team. The dentist was really great for my boyfriend first visit however the receptionist was extremely arrogant. I think you guys should do some research on why customer relationship is important for your business. Maybe try to avoid making so clear that all you want to do is profit. You offer health services at the end of the day. Good luck! Hopefully you learn some basic skills of client communications and manners.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy i chose Finest dental to have my invisalign treatment with, although i live in Portsmouth it was well worth the trip to Winchester The staff are friendly and they know what they're doing.

Negative experience: Just had my second appointment with the absolutely delightful MANOS. I have never felt so belittled and degraded visiting a dentist before. I left the first appointment feeling pretty low after sitting in the chair watching him shake his head at my teeth the whole time (which aren’t even that bad, I’m sure he’s had worse)....so now we move onto the second appointment, where I have just left in tears after some more real encouraging words from such a friendly dentist (for those of you who don’t know, this is sarcasm) I also didn’t understand how I was suppose to have a 40 minute appointment, but was rushed out after 15 minutes to then find out that he had another appointment waiting for him at the same time as mine. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth ... excuse the punt. YOU HAVE JUST LOST YOURSELVES A PAYING CUSTOMER DUE TO SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON’T BE FOOLED BY THESE GOOD REVIEWS AS THEY ARE GIVING OUT FREE TEETH WHITENING FOR 5* REVIEWS!

Fantastic experience: Invisalign Treatment - I have been having treatment with Finest Dental for orthodontics - i.e. having my teeth straightened. I had an accident when I was very young and they have always been slightly crooked. I finally decided to do something about them as I was getting married. I wanted to use Invisalign as the teeth can be straightened almost invisibly. I have worn my aligners for quite some time now and I don't think anyone has even noticed. After seeing three dentists I chose Finest Dental in Winchester for the treatment as they seemed very knowledgeable and professional whilst also having a very competitive price for the treatment. I would happily recommend anyone to use them for Invisalign treatment. The service is excellent and everyone there is very friendly. Once my treatment was paid for, they essentially carry on with the treatment until the customer is happy with the result. I still have a little way to go to get perfect teeth but I am most of the way there and the end is in sight! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Avoid like the plague! They have ruined my teeth! I am in constant pain and have been left with a massive gap at the front of my teeth. This cost me £3000 for invisalign. The over filing was included in my treatment. I am now left with a gap like Madonna. All because I wanted 1 tooth straightened. They have made me not want to smile and I am left in constant pain and will have to pay another orthodontist £4000 to rectify the damage FINEST dental have done!! They are NOT orthodontist's and do NOT admit when they are in the wrong!! Disgusting company!!!!
