I recently visited for first time, having a deep seated fear of dental procedures and needing tooth extraction under sedation. From initial consultations to actual treatment I was welcomed and supported by ‘everyone’ I met with kindness and reassurance to help allay my anxieties. (Particularly dental nurses Rome & Pauletta). Highly skilled Dentist professional Steve Larcombe was informative, kind and so understanding, always helping to put me at ease. The actual extraction under sedation was a quick, comfortable and totally painless procedure from start to finish.! I cannot thank you all enough for providing me with such a positive experience - each one of you us to be congratulated!

From the moment I sat down, Preet, the dentist, and Paulina, the nurse, made me feel completely at ease. All of the staff who attended to me today were friendly, professional and welcoming. Having spent too much time in the dentist chair as a child I find going to the dentist triggers anxiety. Steve has experience of working with sensitive individuals and always puts me at ease. I highly recommend him. The practice itself is clean and comfortable and has parking outside.

Mahdiya and Husanara did my clean and polish, and Preet and Paulina carried out my new patient appointment and check-up. I came away with really valuable information about my teeth and gum health that I’d never been told before. Everyone I met, including the receptionist (sorry didn’t get your name) was warm, friendly, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and pleasant. Preet talked through each aspect of the check up as he went along and both were friendly and compassionate throughout. Fantastic experience: Have had four dental implants put in by Steve Larcombe. The procedure was explained before hand. Took me through where the implants were going to go by use of the X-rays. Procedure painless and excellent after care. Well looked after by Paulina both when assistive and at the desk for booking appointments. I would recommend this practice highly.

Steve was very professional and kind and the nurses were supportive and kind too. I look forward to going back in a few months for several implants. I cannot praise Steve and his team highly enough. Fantastic experience: My 14 month old son attended as a new patient this month. The organisation and registering process was simple. Waiting room had books and tv to keep him entertained and he felt very comfortable being there and exploring. The nurse immediately got a smile out of him, which is rare from him when strangers are involved. They were soft spoken and gentle. There’s not much you can do with a 14month olds first dental visit, but it was a positive experience for him. Afterwards I was also called by the reception team as our plan included a check up at 6 months and I’d only booked for a year. It was good of them to check and help build that relationship for him to have regular contact with dentists.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a lower molar extracted. I was apprehensive going in, fearing the procedure could be painful and brutal. I was put at my ease by the calm manner of the dentist's assistant Mahdiya. Then after some jabbing to anesthetise my jaw, the dentist, Mr Larcombe, said he would proceed to "loosen the tooth". After only five minutes I was told to bite on a swab for a while. I wondered how much longer the procedure would take. It had already finished! I was allowed to keep the tooth as a trophy. I was given some helpful instructions for after-care, and there was a slight pain or ache for the rest of that day. But I slept very well, and when I woke up this morning there was no pain. During the morning I received a call from the practice to ask how I was, and the answer was "very well". All in all, the procedure was almost totally pain-free and much gentler than I imagined.

I've always been looked after by Steve Larcombe, ably assisted by Humayra, I guess that as with many people, a trip to the Dentist is never a favourite pastime, certainly isn't mine. However, with every appointment I can honestly say that both Steve and Humayra are absolutely brilliant at putting you at ease, Steve has a fantastic sense of humor, explains every step of the way the work involved and the standard of work is always exceptional. Fantastic experience: I arrived as a new patient to see Steve Larcombe who came highly recommended by my husband who had some recent implants done . My previous dentist whom I’d been with for 35years recently retired. I felt a little nervous but soon felt at ease with the lovely staff they have onboard. A front tooth next to a crown that I’ve had for a number of years was rather discolored and Steve managed to match a composite filling to the tooth and I came away from my first session at the practice over the moon with my treatment.

Mina was super, very thorough but gentle and explained things in a way easy to understand. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended if you are looking for an alternative to the increasingly long wait for dental care in the UK. I was able to book a new patient appointment easily and within 10 days. Upon arrival I was promptly welcomed by the friendly reception team then guided to the comfortable and warm waiting room. The quality of care when in the chair was far better than I've experienced with the NHS, my session with Steve Larcombe was relaxed yet highly professional and without any discomfort. I was able to book my follow up appointments the following month. Overall very impressed with my visit.

Negative experience: I had the appointment at 2 pm on Tuesday . I was running late and I called the practices times but no one answered. After 15 minutes I had a call back asking where I was and I apologize for being late and let them know I would be there in next 5 minutes. When I arrived I apologized for turning up late and the receptionist told me that was ok. At the end appointment with hygenist told me , " well I can't do much about the cleaning as you are 15 minutes late and your session is only 30 minutes. " My teeth was not cleaned properly , infant only 3 or 4 tooth was given attention to and been told you might need more sessions for complete cleaning. I was charged £78 to clean my 4 tooth and I felt completely ripped off with the unprofessional behaviour if the hygenist I can't recommend, unfortunately it wasn't transparent and fair.

The results are everything I expected and more, from the post procedural comfort, the colour matching of the implants, to the complete professionalism of Mr Larcombe and his team. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently completed extensive dental implant and all associated work with Steve Larcombe. Right from the initial consultation I was made to feel relaxed and everything was clearly explained to me and I felt able to ask any questions. Sally and the supporting team always put me at my ease throughout surgery appointments and follow up telephone calls. I am extremely happy with the results and for the first time since I had an accident forty years ago and knocked out all my front teeth I forget that I have a bridge. Negative experience: £115 for your first check up. 1 star as there was no mention of price on phone or arrival. Normal cost per visit here is £50. They apologised a number of times for the surprise surcharge. Probably because they knew they were not being 100% open and honest. The actual checkup seemed Ok and fine though. No work done expect basic x-ray.
