Fantastic experience: My daughter started her brace treatment in February 2025 and had her braces removed today March 2026 we can not thank peak smile enough for there fantastic care they have shown my daughter i would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone requiring a brace the care the staff have shown at each visit as been amazing also very friendly and happy to help especially Keri Milner

Negative experience: I had an appointment booked at this practice Peak Smile Studio claycross on January 9th, 2026. Due to bad weather, I received a voicemail asking me to reschedule my appointment. I then tried numerous times to contact the practice to rearrange, but each time I was unable to get through and had to leave voicemails explaining my situation and concerns. Unfortunately, I never received a response to any of the messages I left. After waiting for three months without any contact from the practice, I decided to register with another dental practice on March 10th, where I was given an appointment straight away. Based on my experience, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up. Sadly, I would not recommend Peak Smile Studio due to the difficulty in reaching them and the absence of any returned calls after multiple attempts to get in touch.

Fantastic experience: Got a brace for my top teeth, everything went flawlessly. The people are lovely as well as very thorough and professional.

They went that extra mile to get my smile perfect and each member of staff are so lovely and welcoming. You really feel looked after. We have both been really happy with the excellent care and treatment she has received, and her teeth look amazing after her fixed brace was removed today (retainer to be fitted next week). The staff are very friendly, approachable and have given good advice for the duration of the treatment. We would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking at orthodontic treatment. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: After a disastrous accident on a hoverboard, resulting in my daughter’s teeth being severely damaged, the staff at Peak Smile have been amazing. Nearly 2 years on, and her teeth are now looking amazing. Fixed brace is off & retainer is fitted. We can see light at the end of the tunnel. The staff are amazing; friendly; professional and caring. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and happy receptionist. The dentist was very friendly and went through everything very clearly, he looked at my 4 year olds teeth and he was excellent with him and make him very relaxed. He also looked at my 6 months old 2 teeth which was very nice of him. Wouldn’t go else where. 5 stars!

From the initial consultation back in 2019, teeth extraction, zoom consultations during lockdown, fixed brace fitting and adjustments through to today where we had the retainer fitted, has been excellent. It's been a long road but the results are fantastic. Thank you to Becky and Ashish for their amazing work. Harvey has the best smile and the straightest teeth. I would highly recommend Peak Smiles

Negative experience: Initial referral was Feb 2020, some contact during Covid but everything I sent was 'lost' and i was not contacted. Finally a face to face consultation as my daughter needs braces (Dec 2022) to be met with a very condescending Dr of orthodontics who spoke to me like I am a moron. Despite my daughter's teeth having descended in a twisted orientation he advised she was not suitable for NHS treatment but offered no alternative treatment at the clinic. He showed photographs of teeth which, in no way, represented my daughter's dental issues for comparison and said she didn't qualify for 'free' treatment. I will seek, and pay for, quality treatment for my daughter which will not be at this practise. Going forward, please do not assume everyone that walks through the door is subservient. Dr N Green.

Negative experience: They keeping changing my sons appointment. I explained the urgency to them, receptionist put the phone on speaker and started to laugh with her other colleagues. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an exam and a filling done by Dr Tewary and I just wanted to say how comfortable I felt during my appointment. I am usually a little apprehensive going to the dentist but I felt completely at ease. He took time to explain where the cavity was and showed me on my X-ray. Very happy with my treatment

All staff at this practice are friendly and personable but above all professional in the service they provide. Reception staff have happily rearranged appointments, sometimes with little notice and always been mindful of the distance we have to travel by offering suitable appointment times. Negative experience: Impolite and inflexible staff. Need to work on customer service skills. New male ortho replacing Annette needs better bedside manner! He talks down to you and is very aloof. It's my daughter's care and I'm entitled to ask questions and seek clarification, without feeling like I'm being a nuisance.

Fantastic experience: Came to peak smile studio a year and a half ago completely pertrified of dentists having panic attacks just sitting in the chair! Well what a difference a year makes my teeth were completely crooked are now unbelievably straight i have a few more months to go but my only regret is not doing it sooner if it wasnt for annette and her lovely team putting me at ease everytime i couldn't have done it even down to the friendly chat from the receptionist it makes a huge difference and im so glad i finally went if your thinking of doing it go for it! The Flexible payments are really good too allows you to pay over the course of treatment worth every penny.

Negative experience: Poor quality work that comes off within a couple of hours causing further medical complications, and an attitude that suggests they dont care.
