Fantastic experience: I Came in for a consultation in April shortly after I had my teeth removed and my old set of dentures no longer fitted properly. Emilia took time to understand the nature of my anatomy and came up with a design which doesnt feel like I'm wearing dentures at all. No more adhesive needed, I can even enjoy some long forgotten snacks. From the bottom of my heart - Thank you. I highly recommend Emilia and her services to anyone looking for a new beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: This was an excellent experience for me, from start to finish, with great telephone communications. I had a need for a new upper partial denture and the initial telephone contact call was handled very professionally, followed by a first consultation with Dean, helped throughout by Emily, where Dean made suggestions about which type of denture would suit my needs best (a metal one) in a very open understandable manner. The process from start to finish then took 3 visits and was completed far quicker than I had expected I am delighted with the denture, and I am enjoying eating food again, comfortably. I needn't have worried, Dean immediately put me at ease. My new dentures were ready after four visits and then one return visit for a slight adjustment . Negative experience: Booked into Chesterfield practice by the Doncaster main dealership for a 9:00am appointment, expected to take an hour to repair denture. The technician checked the denture and told me it would be at least 3 hours as'he was very busy' He was very unhelpful and off hand and it was obvious he just wanted me to go away.... Which I did and will never return!
