Fantastic experience: Registered as a very nervous patient and at my first appointment had a lovely dentist who was very considerate and took her time to explain things to me. She was very understanding. She had the most lovely assistant with her called Katie, who was just incredibly kind, patient and understanding. She gave me great advice, helped me book my next appointment and made sure it was longer so I wasn't rushed and could ask any questions I needed too. I can honestly say her kindness was the reason I've felt comfortable to return, especially after having a terrible experience at another practice with a particular dentist. I've since been treated by Adam, who again has been incredibly kind, gentle, lovely mannered and not once have I felt judged by anyone. I'm glad to have found a practice that I feel comfortable to attend, and each appointment has felt easier every time. Again huge thanks to the lovely Katie and Adam. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially if your a nervous person. ⭐

Katie explained what treatment I was having, what would happen and put tissues around my neck to catch any excess water and protect my shirt during the cleaning process. Negative experience: Had my first check up with Treeline at the start of the year. The dentist I saw would constantly speak over me and was very condescending and judgemental. Based on this, I decided to sign up at a different practice and called Treeline to be removed from their patient list and detailed exactly why. Since then, I have recieved numerous text messages from Treeline saying I am due a check up despite me not being a patient there any more. I sent an online enquiry in last week asking to no longer be contacted which they replied by calling me daily whilst I was at work but when I called back no one answered. I finally emailed the reception team last night asking again to remove me from the patient list and to stop contacting and got a response to say I have been removed from the patient and communication lists. However, Ive just recieved yet another phone call from them

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and have a real fear of going to the Dentist however all the staff at Treeline in Bolsover have been lovely, kind and patient. At my appointment today, I was seen by Adam and Evie and they couldn't have treated me better. Adam listened to everything I said and explained everything he was doing clearly. I cannot recommend treeline enough.

Fantastic experience: My first time seeing these ladies, I usually have a different dentist, and I must say they are very pleasant. Also Sowmya the dentist checked my mouth, throat, neck etc which is the first time that's been done. She also gave me information that's never been given to me before so I am very pleased and impressed with Sowmya and Louise.

Negative experience: Numerous cancelled appointments for my one year old and his mum. Cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances despite giving two weeks notice! Called to rebook, the receptionist was rude, short tempered and accused me of calling her crazy. I can guarantee that I didn't say anything like this, and their calls are recorded so I hope her manager sees this and has a listen to the call. I'm certainly glad I'm not with Treeline after being a patient with Bupa/Oasis. After asking to speak to a manager I was cut off from the call. The staff up there used to be perfectly friendly when booking but this is the worst experience I've ever had with any customer service advisor ever. I would suggest a career change is probably in order.

Negative experience: Needed an urgent appointment for my son. Called at the open time where I was waiting to speak to someone for over 2 hours. Once got in touch with someone either they hung up or it got disconnected somehow. Which after 2 hours was rather frustrating. I drove down to speak in person where they told me he could be seen 2 days later. Rang around and found another local practice who would see him within the hour. Wish I could say this was my only bad experience with the practice but it isn't. I've turned up for an appointment before where the dentist was no longer working for the practice and no one had rearranged or been in contact to move the appointment. Appointment had to be booked in a few weeks later.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Teddy, and honestly, it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had..! I went in with a very deep cavity that carried a risk of pain and complications, so naturally I was quite anxious. But Dr Teddy has an incredible skill and a very gentle approach — I genuinely did not feel a thing, not even the local anaesthetic. That level of comfort is rare and truly impressive. What stood out even more was how clearly she explained everything. She took the time to go through the risks, the procedure, and what to expect afterwards, which made me feel completely at ease and involved in my own care. Because the filling was deep, there was a chance of post-treatment pain or sensitivity. It has now been a week, and I can honestly say I feel absolutely fine — no pain, no issues, just a perfectly comfortable tooth. I cannot express enough how grateful I am. Dr Teddy combines exceptional clinical skill with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about dental treatment. Negative experience: I wish it had been made clear from the start that I was being treated by a Dental Therapist rather than a Dentist. Had I known, I would have declined and insisted on seeing a Dentist. I left feeling really uncomfortable. Whenever I raised a concern, the clinician was calm but dismissive, treating obvious issues as normal. A filling failed and part of the tooth snapped with it. What should have been one appointment turned into three separate visits. In the end, he filled the gap, but the snapped bit was not rebuilt as expected. A month later, a persistent issue developed between the gum and the new filling, despite good hygiene. I had planned to get it redone while on holiday back home, but had to go back for a fourth visit. It was dealt with in minutes, with no real check. I asked him to at least sand the filling down to make it easier to clean. The main advice was to sleep with normal toothpaste on it, which caused local irritation and did not fix the issue. I am not saying things cannot go wrong; it is how it was handled. Polite on the surface, but I felt brushed off when I came back with a real problem. Overall, it felt like a patch-up job.

Fantastic experience: Had an appt with Ranul today. Without doubt the most polite, gentle Dentist I've ever had (I'm 55). He introduced himself, shook my hand and made my feel very relaxed. The young ladies in Reception were polite, courteous and greeted me with a smile. How refreshing!

Positive experience: I chipped my front tooth. The two gentleman took the time to fix me up with a filling there and then. I have two names. Rahul and Louise. Both of the men, the dentist, and the man assisting him, were both very efficient. They did not rush the process. They did a bang up job. Money well spent. Was very satisfied. Negative experience: Not for people on benefits, they keep you at the back of the waiting list and accept you to pay £70 every 6 months to have your teeth cleaned. Money making business no customer care, taking advantage of the elderly and of people who are underprivileged

Negative experience: Nurses and dentist were rude in my experience, it made me feel uncomfortable, judged and ridiculed. I moved to a different dentist who are lovely, non judgemental and helpful, by far one of the best decisions made this year, Edit: Well that is strange as me and my children were all registered so im afraid your records are also inaccurate....And nope, my reviews are verified and I review based on my experience so that is also incorrect. I still stand by my original review and this only further reinforces it.

The reception staff were very polite and efficient and squeezed me an appointment in. Dr Sowmya greeted me with a smile and filled my tooth perfectly matching the others. Fantastic experience: My husband called today at 15.30pm to get registered and seen as he was aware that he needed a filling, he got offered an appointment today at 16.25pm He was seen by Sowmya, he said the practice is run very efficiently and clean He got his intial check up and is booked in for his treatment for in a couple of weeks time. Can't fault their service today.

Negative experience: I saw an add on Facebook with Treeline offering free consultation for invisalign. I booked a free consultation and received a message afterwards. I was asked to pay £30 which would be refunded after the appointment and it turned out that it was a deception. I was asked to pay £20 after the appointment which I refused and Treeline has refused to refund me the £30. Please don't fall for Treeline deception.

All the staff are amazing and friendly and Rahul the dentist i seen was absolutely amazing as I had a deep clean and he absolutely surprised me with the results when he finished. Fantastic experience: We have been lucky enough to be registered at this dentists for about 6 months now. Appointments run more or less on time, the reception staff are helpful and friendly and the clinical staff are very good. I always feel they have time to listen to me and discuss my issues. I chipped a tooth today, popped in on the off chance, they had just had a cancellation and got me in an hour later, tooth repaired to a very high standard. Excellent experience.

Negative experience: Went in for a scale and polish a couple months ago and the dentist ended up drilling into my tooth I therefore had to get it filled a month later the filling came out whilst brushing my teeth,, every since having it re done my teeth have shifted because I cannot get my retainers in anymore she knew I had them,, I’ve had to book an appointment for that,, the re done filling is bulky and overlaps onto my tooth next to it,, my tooth and the tooth the filling overlaps is sensitive even when I’m not eating or drinking anything it’s painful apart of my gum is trapped between the filling,, this has caused me so much stress over the past month and so much discomfort,, I’m an anxious patient as it is and I’m terrified to go back for them to cause more issues that I cannot afford.

Fantastic experience: i spent today and yesterday trying to get an urgent appoint for the pain i was in. The receptionist Lucy advised me to call 111 as they were struggling with appointments. i called 111 but they still couldn't help me. when i called Lucy back even though she was run off her feet and had a cue out the door she made me feel listened to and went above and beyond to help me get an appointment. lovely manner and caring nature. Even when i went in she greeting everyone with a happy hello and a smile, even knowing how busy her day had been. WELL DONE LUCY!. Keep up the good work it does make a huge difference :)

Fantastic experience: What can I say, the first time I have come across such a professional, light hearted, caring and considerate dentist. Dr Rajeev made getting my horrifically done fillings (by a TERRIBLE dentist) removed and replaced such a painless task. You can tell he takes an enormous amount of pride in his work and I would recommend anyone to attend this practice. The reception team are lovely, warm and friendly and so very helpful! The national call centre is horrific- I actually go in to see the team at bolsover to make an appointment- but don’t let that put you off, that doesn’t reflect the 5 star service you get within the practice itself. Dr Rajeev, what can I say, superstar!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous at first, however after meeting the staff and my dentist Dr.R Rajeev I felt calm and relaxed by their excellent communication and friendly attitude, they explained every step they were doing, to help settle any nerves and kept on checking in on me giving regular breaks. Fantastic experience: Had my first ever NHS dentist appointment yesterday at Treeline Bolsover. Was always apprehensive about moving away from private dentistry, but Chinju was amazing. She was very thorough and spoke to me about the extensive options they offer at the practice. The nurse Charlie was also really helpful, she made me feel at ease and was a very lovely person.

Positive experience: Edited from 1 star review: It was with some surprise that I received a very prompt response, within hours from the management team to my one star review. The personal phone call to myself from the management team was fully appreciated. The manager was apologetic, listened and promised that the issues would be resolved. For that a 5 star review would be worthy and deserved. I give a 4 star due to the fact that better communication from the start could of saved a lot of misunderstanding and ill feelings.

Fantastic experience: I joined treeline when they were taking on NHS patients. I'm extremely nervous about the dentist and ive never felt like I had anybody listen to my concerns in the past. But I was so so lucky to be Rahul's patient. He is the most attentive and gentle dentist I've ever come across. If you're thinking about joining this dentist I definitely would.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling with Adam today and WOW! I am a very nervous person at the dentist so not an easy person to have in the chair. Both he and the technician assisting put me at my ease, explained what they were doing and made it clear I could tap out if I needed to. The atmosphere was positive and the procedure was honestly painless! I cannot praise them enough. Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. I left early to get on time for my appointment. Waited 25 minutes and no one called me so I went home. All other people in the room had their appointments on time. Then they called me two days later asking why I didn’t have my appointment. Like seriously ? They said their scanner was broken (whatever it is). Then if there are issues with the practice why not inform the patient beforehand or call to reschedule. It is just an excuse. No one informed me of any delays. No one gave me any updates about the appointment. Very unprofessional. They call you to make excuses and have the courage to ask you if you want another appointment. Avoid .

Fantastic experience: I have had three recent appointments with Rahul, not only did he put me at ease instantly, he was reassuring, calm, friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions and provide demonstrations for anything I felt unsure about. Rahul has shown me that coming to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary, he’s been truly amazing.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dentist if your NHS. I signed my son up last year. The first appointment in oct/nov was good and I found the dentist friendly but that is the last contact we have had with a dentist. We had an appointment booked for 6 months on the 18th March 2025 at 17:15. We received a call on the 17th March at 17:30 - which is less than 24hrs notice as per their own policy, stating that our appointment was cancelled due to sickness (fair enough) but they were only able to give us an appointment on the 17th April. After some back and forth we accepted the appointment. Fast forward to the appointment we arrived in plenty of time, to be told whilst at the reception that our appointment had been again cancelled due to annual leave!! This appointment was booked with 4 weeks notice so surely I should have been given notice. This time I had not been sent any texts or been called to state it had been cancelled and when I raised this I was met with “oh I can see we’ve sent a sent but it’s not come through” even though the details were correct. Really unprofessional, no apologies, clearly not bothered about NHS patients/children and overall they are very hypocritical. Today due to emergency we had to cancel our 3rd appointment and we have been told that it will be put down as a late cancellation even though they have cancelled on me twice, 1 time with less than 24hrs notice and the other without any notice only finding out when I arrived. We’ve have found and registered at an alternative dentist!

I have alot of anxiety through previous dentists which made me not go.My mouth was a train wreck. However i plucked up the courage and went to the practice and im so glad i did. They were all polite and pleasant and my dentist was so patient, spent time getting to know me and was calm when i experienced a moment of anxiety. He gave advice and listened to what i wanted. I now sport a smile that everyone has noticed and myself confidence is back. So glad i got the chance to experience a good dentist

Negative experience: Not a dentist I would recommend. I first received a call sometime last year (after being with the original dentist in Bolsover) to ask if I wanted to register my daughter here. I politely declined as I had already got my daughter in somewhere else and said I was looking for one. At first I was told no and that they couldn’t register anyone there but after a fight they all of a sudden found an nhs space. During my first and only visit I found the dentist very rude. I have two chipped front teeth and apparently they were the worst set of teeth he had ever seen. The two chipped teeth aren’t noticeable and have caused me no issues, if anything it’s a cosmetic issue. He didn’t bother looking or asking about the history of my teeth either. All he offered me was a cost of £20,000 to get them all fixed and asked me my opinion on this. I said out right absolutely not, who has twenty grand spare just lying around. Makes me wonder if the only interest is trying to get people to put their hands in their pocket and pay that stupid price or go private. Safe to say I left with a complex and wondering ‘wow is my next visit going to be like that’. Luckily I have now managed to register elsewhere and I hope their manners are better than this dentist.

Negative experience: was on the phone trying to book a appointment then got to number 1 on the queue twice and they cut me off how do u expect people to make appointments when they cut u off wasting peoples credit
