Fantastic experience: The Dentists here are lovely and very efficient and thorough. Dr Fahmina Mridha has a wonderful patient manner. I've been fortunate to meet some great dentists but the way she interacts with both patients and staff is delightful. She is a great asset to the Langold practice.

Negative experience: Called today to try and register as a new patient. The receptionist told me no as she was too busy and then put the phone down without saying anything else. Not a very good first impression at all.

Negative experience: My friend has been told they don't have the equipment for a root canal at langold my dentist and they will have to pay just under a grand for this treatment privately which is ridiculous and they are on the NHS I'm going higher with this

Fantastic experience: I have always had the biggest fear of dentists and I’m still working on this fear in my 30s! I work myself up and get so nervous but then every-time I come into the practice, the care and compassion I receive is second to none! Every member of staff is so lovely and nobody makes me feel silly for getting nervous, they reassure me, they help me and I always feel taken care of! I’ve had the pleasure of having Fahmina Mridha and her amazing dental assistant a few times now and both are just the absolute best!! I honestly cannot thank them enough for putting me at ease, explaining dental processes as they go and just genuinely making me feel okay throughout the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend the dental practice to anybody! Thank you again Fahmina and the lovely dental lady!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at mydentist Langold has always been excellent. Arranging a consultation with the dentist is very easy and the receptionists are always very helpful and friendly. My dentist Noor Al-ani is the best dentist I have ever seen always keeping me informed and reassured. I wouldn’t hesitate in giving her a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this dental practice for several years. While the dentists do seem to change from time to time, the care has always been good. Last week I saw Fahmina Mridha, and she was absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. I truly hope she stays with the practice for a long time. I also want to recognise the dental assistants and reception team. They have the patience of saints, especially fielding the busy morning phone calls. They are consistently efficient, polite, helpful, and calm under pressure. They all deserve a pay rise for the fantastic work they do.

Fantastic experience: Previously I haven’t had good experiences at dentist and it caused me a lot of anxiety but today I went and was greeted by the lovely Fahmina and she completely made me feel comfortable, she explained everything so well anything she was going to do she showed me first so I wasn’t scared and I had an absolutely amazing experience, absolutely no need to be scared when you have a brilliant dentist like her.

Fantastic experience: My son has a fear of needles and also has sensory issues so things touching him can really upset him. Noor & Sophie were so understanding of him and talked to him the whole way through, explaining step by step what is happening. Sophie gave him a stress toy to squeeze. Both Noor & Sophie gave him the respect and understanding of his fear and treat him like he was the only patient they had on the day. They didn’t rush him with any questions he had, they answered each question with knowledge and understanding towards how he was feeling. They both shown empathy towards him and I truly believe because of that, he will continue to visit the dentist now and in his adult life with no fear. Absolutely fantastic team! My husband has Noor and also speaks so highly of her. Very highly recommended! Thanks to Noor & Sophie at Langold. The lady on reception was also so lovely and accommodating as I work in a school she managed to get appointments after school time, so thank you for that! I Think her name was Debbie. Nothing seems too much trouble for her and she always has a lovely welcoming smile each time we visit.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say thankyou so much Noor & Sophie, my fear of dentists was well and truly put in the past today had to have an extraction I was informed every step of the way of what was coming next was given a stress ball to ease my fears and now I can say what fear I didn't feel a thing I was made to feel so relaxed comfortable and completely at ease I wish I found this practice years ago. Here's to the beginning of getting a smile I love and deserve ✨️ highly recommend especially those with real phobias AMAZING, Also a massive thankyou to whole team at my dentist everyone is so friendly a place that actually cares ❤️

Negative experience: My son had been going to this dentist for years. And when he was due for his appointment we phoned to make one and was informed that there were no HNS dentists and had to wait. Still waiting after nearly a year. And trying to find somewhere else isn't the best since hardly any are taking on.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Anupa and Gemma on my first visit yesterday. Am always nervous going to the dentist but Anupa put me at ease and fully explained the services/options on offer (as I need an implant and a denture). I felt very relaxed and welcomed and am so glad I chose to come here. Reception staff friendly and professional too. I have a few more appointments booked with Anupa and feel sure my anxiety will diminish each time I come. Thanks to everyone for a great service

Negative experience: I've been a registered patient with this surgery for approximately 10 years. I am an NHS patient who pays for my treatment. I have complied with the dental '2yr rule' and have maintained yearly check ups without any issues. Towards the end of last year I called to book my check up, only to be told that the NHS Dentist had left and that I was unable to book an appointment unless I was willing to 'go private'. Whilst I am able to pay for my dental treatment I'm not fortunate enough to afford private dental treatment. The NHS states that every NHS patient has the right to NHS dental treatment, I recognise that there are issues with securing a position on an NHS waiting list, but I am already registered. I think it's absolutely appalling that patients are being turned away for routine check ups, and being advised to seek private treatment instead. I appreciate that the Covid-19 epidemic and subsequent 'financial squeezes' have impacted dental services in the UK, but this is undoubtedly having a negative impact on primary and secondary health care service, resulting in patients being forced to seek emergency dental treatment at their GP practice or hospital. My husband was told today that you have still not been able to recruit a replacement for the NHS Dentist who left last year, and that even if he was experiencing pain he would need to 'go private '. This is wholly unacceptable and I will be writing to our local MP to raise my concerns.

Fantastic experience: I moved several years ago to continue with NHS dental treatment. I cannot fault the practice and especially "Teddy" and her support team. I sincerely hope NHS dentistry will continue to be available and properly funded to keep such positive and professional people available to us all.

Positive experience: Teddy is very friendly and a great dentist. The constant messages and phone call to remind you of an upcoming appointment is a bit of a pain. And when I had to cancel an appointment as it clashed with one of my cancer related hospital visits. I got a very condescending, patronising letter from the practice manager.

Negative experience: Never answer the phone can never get a appointment and when you do they always cancel at last minute. They don’t care about your teeth only about the money from your wallet avoid.

Fantastic experience: Well organised, safety dividers at counter, hand sanitser. They take your temperature before you go in to see dentist. Dont allow more than three in at a time. Wasn't kept waiting long for my appointment.

Negative experience: Not happy so far paid for an emergency appointment which they said will take 3 days then they rang day before my appointment and said i have ti wait another 5 days after taking my money been suffering for weeks not happy
