Fantastic experience: Been using Kate at woodham dental surgery now for over a year! I can honestly say it’s a pleasure to be booked in with her! I’m petrified of the dentist but now after using Kate I don’t mind going! I’m made to feel at ease and my nerves settle instantly, which for anyone of the same phobia will understand. From beginning to end she’s gentle and takes real pride in what she does. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental work / cosmetic dentistry. Anyone who’s took the time to read this I can assure you’ll be in safe hands. 10/10 for me. Don’t delay get booked in & you will be thankful you did! Highly recommended to all!

Fantastic experience: I have attended this dentist for many years and have found them to be very warm and welcoming. The receptionist is always polite and the lady dentist who has given me a filling, tooth extraction and route canal work over the years has been professional and reassuring. All my family go here and if the NHS continue to exist I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

She was able to fit me in promptly, and the quality of her work was exceptional – the restoration is seamless, and it is impossible to tell there was ever any damage. Negative experience: Absolutely shocking! Kids dental checkups cancelled twice by the practice and told they will contact to rearrange which they haven’t and when I call there is no answer. This is absolutely not acceptable whatsoever, disgraceful

Fantastic experience: Brought my son here and he was seen by Kate who was so patient and kind , James has always been terrified of the dentist but since seeing Kate she really helped him overcome his fear! He had a filling and felt no pain , very professional and caring lady and will be retuning with James for any further work he may need :) thank you

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency tooth extraction today and the lady dentist was lovely made me feel at ease and very professional I think it is lovely that this practice offers emergency treatment on a Saturday and highly recommended them

Negative experience: Tried many times to cancel my appointment no one answering the phone eventually got through only to be told my file has been blocked due to missed appointments which is very strange as iv had one missed appointment on two occasions I had a call to inform me they had to cancel my appointment due to Mr Basra was going to a funeral,another was he wasn’t well I really can’t get my head around it feel that iv been treated unfairly I will be taking it further. On the other hand maybe for the best as I feel there’s something untoward going on had the same procedure done twice for a palate which never happened when I first had it made .

Negative experience: Today marks a week since I’ve had an emergency dental appointment for my back tooth taken out. I’ve got nothing nice to say as the woman that took my tooth out didn’t have a clue about pain and telling me to be quiet when I was in a lot of pain. I did not have any antiseptic mouth wash in my mouth before or after I had the tooth removed I’ve been in a lot of pain since to say it was to “get me out of pain” would never go here again the dental nurse was so unprofessional and rude towards me. Don’t use this dentist for an emergency appointment, I sure will not be going back really disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend. I had severe toothache and was seen to very quickly. The dentist talked through the issue with me and got the problem sorted making sure I understood everything she was doing and what was going on. All of the staff were lovely, especially Kate.

Negative experience: The dentist is Eastern European and I found it very difficult to converse with her. She was replacing a filling in my back tooth and was drilling so hard that she split my tooth completely in 2. Also the fillings she had replaced earlier have gaps in them through which I can feel my tooth. I did not return to her as I've never before had a problem with a dentist and I've always gone every 6 months since I was 3, I'm now 64. AVOID WOODHAM DENTAL PRACTICE AT ALL COST

Fantastic experience: Tina at reception has been absolutely brilliant. She was extremely helpful when I needed emergency treatment and other dentist have sent me away without any advice. Tina has went out of her way to book me an appointment very quickly and then helped to explain what to do next! Will be using this dental practice regularly from now on!

Negative experience: Awful staff totally unprofessional, tried to make an appointment they just sit staring out of the window! Stay away go to Faulkner road instead

Positive experience: The dentist and receptionist are very professional and lovely people. However, the dental assistant on the other hand... I've never met someone so rude and sour faced. If you don't wanna be there then don't be ‍♀️ brings down the whole experience which would be fantastic if she was a little nicer! Not difficult really

Negative experience: Apparently an NHS dental surgery, which currently does’nt have a dentist! Been waiting 6 months for a regular appointment, with still no avail. I’d give it no stars if could. The place is a joke.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist nothing they can't do 100% reccomended. Came back up north to live after 7 yrs away found this dentist. I hate dentist well I did now I enjoy going thanks to Dr Basra and nurse Shelley they are great. Thank you.
