Fantastic experience: I used to be extremely anxious every time I thought about the dentist due to previous poor experiences. I now visit the dentist every 6 months with very little anxiety. The team at reception are always very welcoming. The dentist is very friendly and polite. I am always nervous that I will be "called out" because of my teeth but it never feels that way, the dentists approach you with care rather than blame. I will continue to be an NHS patient here as long as I can. They also generally seem to run on time which is helpful!

Fantastic experience: Always receive excellent care, from reception to dentist . So friendly, and helpful ,with my mobility issues this is so important.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't fault the staff and service at the dentist practice. I suffer from severe anxiety and some how I managed to work through getting 3 fillings done in one go. I couldn't have done this without the incredible patience and support from the dentist Fatima and her assistant who kept me calm and allowed me to time when I needed it, her words and kindness helped me a lot and I got through it.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to our dentist Fatima and her colleague who were both excellent today and helped my eldest son with his fillings. They were both so kind, compassionate and caring throughout. I would recommend them both as they made everything go smoothly and helped my son manage his anxiety throughout.

Fantastic experience: Gone are the days of dreading the dentist; all of the staff at Chelsea road are warm, compassionate and highly competent. I’ve always had excellent experiences at this dentist over the years but last week especially when Fatima sorted out my teeth putting me completely at ease, the reception team helped keep my little ones occupied. with so much warmth and kindness. My 3 year old cannot wait to go back for his checkup! Absolutely lovely dental practice full of the positive culture you want. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Great practice, had an infected wisdom tooth and was able to get a same day emergency appointment for antibiotics. When they didn't work I was able to get another same day appointment the next day for some stronger ones. When it returned later they were able to do, yet another, same day appointment for an X-ray and a referral to get it taken out. Quick treatment, kind staff, and all around great service. Would recommend for anyone local, or even less local if travelling isn't an issue.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Chelsea Road for a while and have always been very happy with the check ups. They reception team are always very friendly and helpful. I have always tried to look after my teeth because I'm generally quite scared of the dentist (usual childhood experiences and I have very sensitive teeth!). I had my first filling today and I was nervous. Archana was understanding and kind, made me feel comfortable and talked me through each step. I'm very happy with the result. Definitely the best dentist I've been to.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this dental practice highly enough. I saw Ash and he diagnosed problems with my teeth l knew very little and nothing about in one case. He explained and drew up a treatment plan and was extremely helpful and understanding. I then was in terrible pain at the weekend and Ash went out of his way to see me and extract the offending molar . He was very kind and gentle and l was so grateful and the Reception team are also wonderful with grateful thanks to Chloe.

Fantastic experience: Sandhya is wonderful. She’s so gentle, patient, empathetic and very thorough. She is really lovely with my 2 year old daughter. It’s so important to me that my daughter doesn’t fear the dentist as I know fear can be a result of a bad experience. There is no chance is this happening with Sandhya!

Fantastic experience: I'm ashamed to say I didn't know the name of my dentist I saw today but the dental nurse was Lorinda and I cannot thank them enough (as a nervous patient) for making the whole experience more than bearable and painless..... i needed 3 fillings and lot's of drilling beforehand and it was painless (no anaesthetic needed) fast and fabulous. I was eventually extremely relaxed and comfortable and left feeling happy, informed and relieved. Thankyou guys so much.

Positive experience: I've never seen so much judgement from a dentist today. There's no need for that. Specially to someone who suffers with mental health. Honestly ever since two of the dentist left who I got along quite well. Things has gone downhill since. Just hope I don't come across this dentist ever again. Maybe someone else.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to having this kind of appointment and the hygienist made me feel very comfortable about the situation and put me at ease throughout the process. She talked throughout and gave me very good tips on how to keep my teeth clean. The end result was amazing with photos of before and after which I had a hygienist appointment today with Sheetal Shasana (sorry if misspelt!). I am a very nervous person when it comes to having this kind of appointment and the hygienist made me feel very comfortable about the situation and put me at ease throughout the process. She talked throughout and gave me very good tips on how to keep my teeth clean. The end result was amazing with photos of before and after which showed a massive difference. Overall I am very pleased with the appointment and cannot recommend her service enough.

Fantastic experience: In all my years I have been totally terrified of dentists due to my childhood experiences. Everyone at Chelsea Road are very kind and understanding, from Lorna on the reception who is very calming and makes you feel really relaxed to everyone else. A real joy to visit, not a dental practice that just want to pull everything out! I'm so happy I have found them.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist due to traumatic childhood experiences I can not recommended Chelsea Road Dental enough! As soon as I was brought into the examination room I was instantly put at ease by the nurse and dentist. Everything was explained to me very clearly and all procedures were carried out in a caring and professional manner. I am absolutely thrilled to have found a dentist that I no longer dread going to. The ladies looking after me today explained everything prior to treatment while working in difficult conditions with extensive PPE. Fantastic experience: I've been here a few times now and had a very good experience each time. The dentist was very friendly and patient, outlining what was involved with each procedure beforehand which was very reassuring. I haven't been to any other dentists in Bath to compare but I would highly recommend them
