Fantastic experience: Great dental surgery. From receptionists to dentists and dental nurses, all without exception first class. Communication is fantastic and when requesting an emergency appointment seen very quickly (same day when an accident resulted in a broken tooth!) . Without doubt the best dental surgery my husband and I have ever used.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this surgery for many years and would highly recommend it. From Wendy on reception to the nurses and of course the dentists, everyone very friendly, helpful and professional. My check up this morning with Manisha was so thorough including checking soft tissue in facial area for any abnormalities that might indicate cancer, to explaining very thoroughly about the various treatments she recommended and why. Have never had such a good check up.

Fantastic experience: Incredible service. Everyone who works there is kind, and professional. I've always been able to see someone when I need them in an emergency, and get any work done there and then. Can't rate them highly enough. Outstanding!

Fantastic experience: They fitted me in as an emergency as I’d broken a tooth. Wendy on reception was vary helpful, quickly finding an appointment for me. The dentist Pouria was so kind and gentle with me, explaining my options and filling the tooth so well that my small cosmetic denture now fits even better than it has ever done. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with another (very famous) dental surgery in Basingstoke, I was registered as a patient with Beggarwood dental surgery and I can't be happier. The staff are friendly and professional, you get a great treatment from all the staff which makes you feel comfortable. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: My wife & l travel from Southampton to Basingstoke but it's worth every mile because the staff are so friendly and kind and immediately put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I've been registered here since it opened and although I dread any dental work, even check-ups, I can't fault the practice.

Negative experience: Horrible owner. Forgets the original customers that have been there from the start. Broke teeth in my mouth and was too weak to pull it out, had to go to hospital to have it removed. I later found out it should of never been removed. Caused lots of damage and fitted cheap and badly made dentures, refused to do crowns even if I paid and laughed when I asked about implants saying I couldn't afford them. David was the only professional person to of ever worked there(R.I.P) Now im kicked off the list without warning and they refused to fix their mistakes because I missed 1 appointment during covid, Nasty little place with horrible staff and poor workmanship.

Negative experience: Appointment rescheduled last minute and I was then turned away on being a few minutes late for my appointment. Receptionist was unapologetic and the whole customer experience was awful. I had rescheduled my diary to work around their issues and new appointment time and driven 45 minutes to get to them. Appalled. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the lovely staff at Beggarwood Dental, from the warm greeting you get from Wendy or Ziggy, to the dentists themselves, I am completely at ease when I have treatment and they go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I had a previous bad experience with blood tests at the hospital, but Charlotte was so great! She was so quick to do the test and was understanding and made the whole process really smooth. I was in and out within 10 mins. Thank you Charlotte!!!

Fantastic experience: I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and have had some awful experiences. From the 1st day I walked into this surgery things changed. Everyone is so friendly, Wendy on reception greets you by name and always with a smile and I can't praise Anusha and the team enough for their calm and gentle reassuring manner.

Anusha, David and the team are excellent dentists, even with the most nervous of patients. My family have been under there since they opened and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Pretty bowled over to be honest. I have only had two appointments with Glendale so far and she has completely transformed both my understanding of my teeth and how I look after them. She explains things brilliantly so that I actually understand why I have to use certain tools and exactly what they do and therefore I am much better at using them. And I have gone from actively avoiding visiting the dental hygienist to looking forward to it. What a star! Thanks Glendale!

Fantastic experience: At a time when things are very difficult in the NHS and in fact to compound this you have Dentist's on maternity or away through illness, you need a wonderful person like Mrs Anusha Singh to come to the rescue! My elderly mother had an emergency and was in a terrible emotional state. The earliest she could get seen was April 2023. Mrs Anusha Singh contacted me personally and went out of her way to help in this situation and has made a wonderful mum very happy. Thankyou so much for being a wonderful person and caring for my Mum xxx

Fantastic experience: As always, my family and I receive excellent service. From calling to making the appointment to the courtesy call the day before the appointment. When arriving you are greeted by the wonderful receptionist, Wendy who is warm and welcoming. Then when seeing Anusha and Nicola, the care they give is amazing and very thorough.

Fantastic experience: Anusha and her team have given exceptional care for our family’s teeth and overall dental health for 17 years - annual checks, different types of dental work (planned and urgent), along with advice and always with gentle kindness. Despite so many challenges in the last few years, they’ve maintained a first-class service and been so friendly. Anusha has an almost photographic recall of our wider history, family circumstances and makes us feel so special every time - we literally could not recommend them any more highly, very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for 12 years I think and this whole time the dentists and nurses have been amazing. My son has asd and my daughter is a nervous patient but Emily and David have always been amazing with them. The reception staff remembers your name and it’s like going to see people that care. Nothing but price for all the staff at the practice. I’ve always had issues with my teeth from childhood so it is amazing to find somewhere that really care and will put your situations first. Thank you to all the staff at the practice for always being there for me s as no my family especially when we need you the most.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this dentist since they 1st opened and wouldn't go anywhere else, always very friendly and professional. I had a problem with a tooth over lockdown, I was only able to speak to a dentist who gave me advice on the best thing to do and was informed as soon as they were allowed to see patients again they would let me know. True to their word they called me and saw me the following day. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been here for over 10 year，although i am still scared everytime i visit them i never had a bad experience. Reception staff is great, if you have a genuine emergency they will always try to fit you in but ofcourse you have to call very early. They always call a day before to confirm the appointment and they're always polite. They do look after a big area and if you don't book in advance then they cannot help if they have no routine appointments.

Negative experience: As Dentists go, I give them a 5. Small/nice dental surgery, dentists friendly although my daughter hated them and had to go elsewhere for treatment where they weren't so rushed for time so it didn't scare her as much. I do however find that they are oversubscribed and yet they hard push for regular appointments twice a year. Everytime I tried to book an appointment it was a few months away. I stopped booking 5 years ago and so I was taken off their NHS register. I only found out when I tried to book an emergency appointment today!! No call, no email - so overall a case of bad customer service. Their receptionist said: 'we're the NHS - so it's down to you to make regular appointments and we don't have to let you know if we take you off the list'. Lovely! Luckily my daughter has still not been pushed off the waiting list - so booked her in for an appointment for after school. Booked today 10th Jan and earliest they could see her was 4th April but they wouldn't book an appointment to have her teeth coated with protection, that would have to be booked AFTER they saw her in April meaning another long delay...so sometime in July then?! If this was any other business I would take my business elsewhere but since it's an NHS dentist who are in short supply, it's rather difficult. As I say, nice place but demanding. They want your money twice a year or you'll eventually be out, without a bye or leave.

Positive experience: Small but cosy. Friendly staff and pretty much run to time.
