Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist since COVID. Dentist and nurse were really friendly and welcoming. I have never been a fan of the dentist, but the whole team were great

Fantastic experience: I had been moved to private with my previous dental practice and the work was too expensive. Fairfield noticed my pain and brought be in for an immediate consultation. Kani is my dentist and her nurse was Caitlin, they were both very professional and I’m looking forward to coming back. Abi the receptionist is super helpful. Anyone suffering with teeth in the Bromsgrove area, this is your place to be!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at this practise this week .. What can I say other than I am over the moon .. A little apprehensive at first as I had been at my previous dental practise from a little girl .. I am now 67 but it has changed over the years .. My two daughters and my little 8 month old granddaughter Clementine have just had their first appointments at Fairfield too .. We are all so delighted and know that we are in safe hands .. My dentist is wonderful .. Natalie the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming .. and so are all the other ladies who work there .. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment in June .. So that says everything doesn't it .. Lynn

Fantastic experience: To be honest I had far too much fun at my dental appointment, staff are lovely and super friendly, you can really have a good laugh and a chat with them and you always leave with a good experience and a big smile on your face! Thanks guys, I've been terrified of the dentist for years but I can honestly say this practice has changed that for me now so thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment and long story short I needed a lot doing. I had a bad experience a long time ago and this has put me off dentists hence why I ended up needed ALOT. Anyways I decided to choose this dentist as 1) they was taking on nhs patients at the time of my emergency and 2) it was close to my house. But after two appointments there one with the dentist and one with the hygienist I felt I had to write a review. The service here is 10/10, I explained that I was nervous and they treated me with compassion and talked me through everything before they did it. The hygienist is also so welcoming, she thoroughly explained to me the home care and broke down what was happening with my teeth with examples and this really helped me to understand how to treat it. I am so grateful I’ve managed to become a patient at this practice and if anyone is nervous about going to the dentist choose this one, they will welcome you in and treat you with compassion and kindness. 10/10 service will be recommending to all my family and friends

Fantastic experience: My first visit and I'm counting myself lucky to be a new patient here. Dentist and dental nurse were extremely kind, knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. The receptionist was fantastic and managed to organise a next day appointment for me. I have left my appointment feeling educated about my dental health and feeling confident that I'm in safe hands. Best experience I've had at a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great little dental practice. Was in agony with a loose tooth and also very anxious after covid and first time back in the chair in a while. Managed to get in very quickly and on the NHS. problems solved within 20 mins. Very professional and friendly, see you ladies in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient and went originally as a dental emergency .I was seen really quickly and put at my ease by the dentist Annika and her nurse . I was treated with dignity and respect . They were very sensitive to my needs and anxiety. I have since been back for routine treatment. I had a filling , X-rays and a scale and polish . Again all staff in the lovely surgery were welcoming and friendly . My treatment was painless and I was thrilled with the results of my filling . I have booked in for my 6 month check up and am so pleased to have found such a professional practice with amazing facilities and staff. The surgery was immaculately clean and staff clearly well trained , I would have no problem recommending them to anyone . Thank you . Visit 10.9.24

Fantastic experience: The staff and receptionist was so kind and lovely they booked me for an emergency appointment straight away and I'm not even registered to there dentist 100% recommend i have 2 loose teeth and they gave me a full clean

On Arrival You Are Spoken To In Such A Wonderful Manner And Dr Prab Cholia.. Absolutely Amazing.. The Service Tone Professioalism Is Out Of This World.. I Was Dealt In A Very Kind Polite And Excellent Way.. The Problem That I Had Was Expalined Properly And What I Must Do Going Forward.. My Other Dental Practices Do Not Come No Where Near FAIRFIELD DENTAL PRACTICE.. I Would Highly Reccommend To All Without A Doubt.. Well Done DR Prab Cholia & Team..

Fantastic experience: I used to get very anxious at the thought of going to the dentist and then I found these lovely ladies who just make you feel safe and comfortable straight away (and even help entertain my little one when I am in the chair)! I have recently had some cosmetic work done on my front teeth and the results are amazing, it has really boosted my confidence! Couldn't recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a front crown which I was very self-conscious of and stopped me smiling & showing my teeth. (Too big & not a colour match done at a different surgery over I discussed the treatment which was fully explained to have the crown replaced, including approximate timescales and costs. OMG what a complete difference - thank you so much for the transformation and I am showing my toothy smile wherever I go. Treatment was pain free, and I was reassured throughout. All the staff are excellent receptionist /hygienist/dentist. Thank you so much highly recommend.
