Fantastic experience: My 12 year old daughter was given removable braces 8 weeks ago, she's not made great progress on wearing them as she should and with weeks of me being frustrated. She made her second visit today, all I can say is that the orthodontist was excellent and very patient, adjusted her braces so they were more comfortable, and they always talk directly to my daughter too rather than through me. Hopefully she will improve this time, but thank you for your patience.

Fantastic experience: Both my daughters were treated here and both received A* treatment. I really, really can not recommend highly enough how absolutely fantastic the team at Newport Orthodontics are. Always greeted with a smile from the young lady at reception to a warm welcome from Adam and Co. Always put at ease, never rushed and any questions you have are answered. Every step of treatment is explained and attention to care is of the highest standard. My youngest daughter has just completed her treatment (22 months) and the result is outstanding, a perfect smile! I would not hesitate to contact Newport Orthodontics to help with your smile. Simply brilliant!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her braces fitted today. The appointment went very smoothly. Great orthodontist, he was very calm and explained everything to her throughout the appointment. Process only took around 30 minutes and we were given a full explanation on what she needs to do to look after them/cleaning regime/what not to eat & drink whilst braces are on. Very happy with this service given and would recommend to anyone

They got a terrific correction on my daughter’s teeth, without needing any extractions for space, And in far less time than it was estimated, she would need. Everyone was always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Text message reminders were sent out two days before each appointment, and Staff worked with us to accommodate needs. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: We had a few hiccups to start but overall we are extremely satisfied with the treatment my son received. All the staff were very friendly and approachable. I have to say a big thank you to Adam who went above and beyond to make sure my son got the treatment he needed and would see him at short notice when a problem occurred. Fantastic experience: My child has a brace fitted and over the course of a year had many appointments back and forth, a couple of breakages on the beginning which were always dealt with straight away, rails and calls always responded to and advice given. Appointment for retainers dealt with quickly and smoothly . Very happy with the result of the brace and service received.

Negative experience: Overall experience has been ok apart from yesterday’s appointment which my 13 year old daughter attended with her grandparent. She had been given block braces to wear for 9 months! She has used them for 6 months for as much time as possible but these are uncomfortable and she wasn’t willing to wear to school as we all know kids can be cruel! So because the brace hasn’t worked and my daughter hasn’t worn them as much as she could have, the dentist was abrupt and told her to just put them in the bin. Now she will no longer be seen. Whilst i understand its frustrating, time and cost consuming, would have appreciated a little understanding from the dentist.
