Fantastic experience: The quality welcome I get soon as I walk in the door from the reception team always settles me into the right frame of mind for my appointment. Next the actual dentist who in my case was Robert comes out to meet and greet me and lead me through to his surgery all the time being so friendly and chatty that I forgot this was fairly major dentistry I was getting namely bridge work done to my upper front teeth - those two teeth that make or break a smile for my next many long years. During my three appointments to get this done Robert couldn't have been nicer throughout and there was absolutely no pain or even worry of pain experienced. I knew both him and his dental nurse Lorraine were looking after me 100%. The bridge work is now complete, my two new front teeth look absolutely amazing, they fit perfectly and I honestly can't remember feeling so pleased after having dental work done and at 64 years of age there has been more than a few dental procedures. Very big thanks to Robert and his staff at Broomhill Dental and good luck with the updating and increasing of the building size work just ready to start - I am looking forward to seeing the changes at my next routine check up. You are definately a 5 star operation

Fantastic experience: Last February, Broomhill Dental fitted a partial denture for my lower jaw and it's excellent. Thanks for a brilliant piece of dentistry, which has helped me to eat better and enjoy life more. After my recent visit to Broomhill Dental I am pleased to reportr that the practice has gone to a whole new level. The adjacent building has been integrated into the existing dental surgery and the result is a top class conversion. Robert the dentist was great and so was the hygienist. I am very pleased with the level of service and facilities that are on offer. I was very pleased with the service provided today. Mairi the dentist listened to my problem, an abcess in the gum, and she prescribed antibiotics and painkillers which I can collect from the local pharmacy in 30 minutes. Excellent service, thank you. Update 18.09.2025 Yesterday I had a check up with Robert after a couple of years without visiting a dentist, because I have found it difficult to register as an NHS patient locally. He was brilliant as ever: friendly, communicative, skilful, and thorough. He inspires confidence and trust. The visit to Broomhill Dental was a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I had root canal treatment today with Adam, I was very anxious about it but really needn't have been. Adam is an amazing dentist and took the time to explain everything that would happen and made me feel totally at ease, as did his nurse Cherrelle who was so lovely. Both made sure I was totally comfortable throughout my appointment. I felt absolutely nothing through my treatment and was actually quite relaxed and chilled. I would highly recommend Broomhill Dental, all the staff within the practice are lovely. The practice is lovely and modern and the waiting lounge is beautiful, it's the perfect place to relax before your appointment. Again, can't speak highly enough about Adam, he really is outstanding.

He explained potential outcomes and left it to me as the customer to decide without any pressure. He ensured I was comfortable and pain free for my procedure and Lorraine who was assisting was also efficient, helpful snd reassuring throughout the session. All staff at Broomhill are very professional and welcoming and I cannot fault any of the top quality dental work I have received over the years.

Fantastic experience: I was recently referred to Adam for his specialist endodontic input after difficulty completing root canal at my own practice. I immediately felt in good hands with Adam’s thorough approach and appreciated his clear explanation of what was going on and the different options available, allowing me to make an informed-choice regarding treatment. Appointments were easy to get meaning I was seen within the week of being referred from my dentist. I was feeling quite nervous for the treatments, but again made to feel really at ease throughout by Adam and Lorraine - thanks so much! Can’t recommend enough.

Dr Adam Watt and all the staff were very welcoming , kind and caring . Every step explained well and all my questions answered. I felt comfortable during each session and was reassured often throughout . I really appreciate all the help , care and aftercare I received and would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had severe toothache and was given an emergency appointment on the same day. I am now on a course of antibiotics and the pain has reduced. I felt reassured after the appointment and am feeling much better already.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to doctor Jennifer Bonis and clinic managers for 2 days of great treatment I had one by one. I finished my aligner therapy 2 years ago in my country abroad. And now the worst nightmare happened - my metal thread retainer started to come off and caused pain. The other doctor whom I visited once before told me he didn’t know how to fix that and that he needed to ask his colleagues. We called some other clinics and they all sent me back to my original clinic which is impossible cause it’s in another country. I was almost ready to do this (that’s awful to have free end of metal thread in the mouth) but then we found the Broomhill dental. I was also happy to have an appointment not in 2 weeks as everywhere but in 2 days and the next day, as well. First we put my retainer back and also did a beautiful new filling instead of a very old one. I love the clinic, too, it’s very modern and beautiful and great equipped. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have just had a most recent visit to Broomhill Dental after a few years abroad. The service I received was outstanding. The welcoming staff at the door direct you into a a wonderful new lounge that is really relaxing and you forget that you are visiting the dreaded dentist . I was warmly greeted by Dr Robert Mckernon and his assistant Gemma. The examination by DR Mckernon was really thorough and he explained to me in detail what treatments I needed. I knew I had neglected my teeth! He reassured me that we could repair all the damage and I feel confident that we have a good plan in place. Robert pulled out all the stops getting on his chair within an hour , attentively and competently treated by Robert and on my way ( looking resplendent with my restored gnashers ) one and half hours after initially popping . Every member of the team was calm and approachable. Explanations were given clearly and the atmosphere felt so relaxed. I have been booked back in for treatment in a timely manner with the plan laid out well so I know what to expect. The team took fantastic records and spent time showing me what is achievable. I'm looking forward to going back and getting things sorted! Edit to add that my treatment was fantastic. The sensitivity settled immediately after my filling was completed and it feels so natural. The team was welcoming and put me at ease again, lovely atmosphere and such care and attention to detail provided. Really glad I made the choice to come here and will definitely continue to do so in future.

Fantastic experience: A great experience at Broomhill dental. From the staff at reception to the hygienists and dental nurses, as well as the dentist. All are really professional and friendly. I had some treatment recently with dentist Jennifer. She was great: assesses what needs doing then is very clear at explaining what needs to be done and why, and what can "wait and watch". This was really helpful to me as it allowed me to prioritise costs etc. In terms of the treatment itself, I've never before after treatment had no residual pain from eg anaesthetic injection sites etc. But with Jennifer I had absolutely no residual pain - testament I imagine to the care she takes. I went for an initial assessment appointment with Mark Sorrentio today. The treatment required was explained clearly and I was given a detailed estimate of the cost of the work.

Fantastic experience: As always ,the surgery responded to an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth/ filling within 48 hours .Robert was efficient and gave the tooth a temporary dressing then told me there could be a few considerations to fix tooth but possibly a crown required . The only other information I would have liked was approximate cost . All reception staff were smiling and cheerful !
