Worked with Miles and Matt when my body was falling apart and their sessions became something that I'd look forward to. Both helped me significantly with costochondritis and tennis elbow, now I feel human again. Very warm and personable people. Super clean and comfortable environment at the Newport branch. 10/10 would get injured again for their help.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Matt at the treatment rooms highly enough for anyone suffering from sciatica. For weeks, I'd been battling persistent, debilitating pain that radiated down my leg, making even simple movements a struggle. I'd tried various things with little success, but after a few sessions with matt, I feel like a new person. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable about sciatica and its complexities. He took the time to understand my specific symptoms and concerns, crafting a personalized treatment plan that targeted the root of my pain. The massages themselves were expertly executed – a perfect blend of therapeutic pressure and soothing techniques that brought immediate relief. I particularly appreciated how he explained what he was doing and why, which made me feel fully involved in my recovery. The exercises he recommended really aided in a much quicker recovery from sciatica. Anyone struggling book yourself in you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Matt both before and after my ACL reconstruction surgery, and I’m really glad to have had his support through the whole process. Before the operation, he helped me strengthen and prepare my knee, which definitely made a difference going into surgery. Now, at six weeks post-op, I’m already seeing progress thanks to his structured approach and ongoing encouragement. He’s been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always explains what we’re doing and why, which helps a lot. Recovery can feel overwhelming at times, but having a physio who genuinely cares and guides you step by step makes all the difference. Highly recommend Matt to anyone going through something similar.

Fantastic experience: I seen Miles Warren for about 4 months for a tear in my Plantar fasciitis. He gave me shockwave therapy and rehab to do at home. All fixed and good as new after limping for months! An incredibly friendly and funny gent in Miles made the sometimes harsh sting of shockwave hurt less. Fantastic service, would recommend to everybody! 5 stars isn't enough.

Fantastic experience: Booked in with Matt for an injury assessment during a marathon training block. He assessed the injury and put together a recovery plan and explained everything in detail, . Had 2 follow up sessions with him to monitor the recovery process and update the recovery plan. Fantastic experience: From start to finish these guys were fantastic. I'd bought a Groupon offer and the telephone receptionist went over and above to get it booked in as there was a problem with the Groupon code . I had my treatment with Matt .Davies Ive had a trapped ulnar nerve in my shoulder for the majority of my life and he was knowledgeable respectful and worked really hard for the entire session to provide me with pain relief. This was the type of massage I'd been hoping for after going for general massages over the years.. matt offers deep tissue and concentrated on the area for the entire session . Pain has lessened since the session so i will definitely be back for more work . The place is easy to find ..it's clean . They're very welcoming .. all staff present made an effort to be friendly and offer reassurance that I would be seen shortly . I will never look for a different place since finding this particular place. I recommend it 100% thank you

Fantastic experience: Went here after resent MRI scan, once Miles had read the report we new what the problem was with my shoulder. I was made to feel very at ease, and my treatment was excellent. I've been seeing Miles now for about 5 months. My problem was a frozen shoulder which I was told could take upto 2 years to fully repair. All of my sessions with Miles were excellent. He explained what needed to done when I saw him, what we were going to do in the treatment room, and what I had to do myself at home with various exercises. I have now finished with Miles. I'm so pleased with my shoulder movement , I now have almost full movement in my shoulder. From start to finish I was made to feel completely at ease at all times. I new what was happening in and out of the treatment room. The service was comprehensive, friendly and professional at all times. Cannot thank Miles enough. From my experience with The Treatment Room, I would highly recommend their services. OUTSTANDING.

Fantastic experience: Prompt appointment to see Miles . After a thorough assessment he gave me series of exercises to help overcome a persistent Ilotibial band problem . Already , after 12 days , I can feel my gluteal muscles strengthening .

Fantastic experience: Had pain in left shoulder, I booked an appointment for investigation ultrasound. Had the consultation & found large bursa & tear in bicep. Found this more cost effective than an MRI scan, as with ultrasound, all the joint can be assessed as tha arm is moved into different positions. In addition the cost compared to MRI is far less expensive. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been referred to this clinic by my private health insurance with pain in both knees. Miles is extremely knowledgeable, professional and I felt listened to with my concerns with the pain I was experiencing. I have been given exercises each week, which Miles adapts each time he sees me and assesses my progress if the exercises are too much or not enough as I’ve gone along. An excellent service provided so far!

Fantastic experience: I have been let down by the NHS for 5 years, never given anything to help, diagnosed with arthritis (in my knees) in my 20’s was something I never thought i’d have to deal with. I was at a point where it was really getting me down, my mam suggested I go private… and it is the best thing I have EVER done, I wish I did it years ago. I went in there for my first session barely being able to walk, and WALKED out of there at the end. I rang my mam straight away and said I had found a magician. Not only did the treatment help, Miles had explained so much more than any doctor has previously. Could not recommend enough, I went today and i’ve already recommended them to three people I know. I wouldn’t even hesitate.

Fantastic experience: I have had a few appointments with Matt Spicer at the Treatment rooms, he has really helped me with my spinal problems through physio and sports massage. I would really recommend him if your having problems. He is so good, very experienced, he explains everything to you, he is a lovely guy too. Don't suffer in silence, there is help out there.

Fantastic experience: Had a reoccurring foot problem that the doctors and hospital told me was just a sprain. Within the first couple of minutes of the session Miles was able to identify a more serious underlying injury that had been missed by previous professionals who had assed me. He then explained the next steps to take in a very helpful and friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: Have visited the Treatment room recently for a confirmed diagnosis of my ankle pain. A thorough ultrasound showing posterior tibialis tendinitis. Miles was very good at explaining in detail what the results showed. It’s the beginning of my rehab to return to running. Miles has set me a clear program of exercises to strengthen and hopefully return to what I love doing.

I was told the treatment plan going forward. I have received treatment 4 times and along with my exercises the pain has become less. Fantastic experience: This clinic had been referred to me by a friend after I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis. I had a few sessions with Miles with shockwave therapy and some stretching and strengthening exercises to do. My goal was to get back to playing 18 holes of golf again. After 4 sessions of shockwave with miles and doing the exercises provided, I have had excellent improvements in a short period of time and managed to play 18 holes mainly pain free recently. Highly recommend to anyone suffering with their feet.

Fantastic experience: I've only seen Miles once so far (next appointment booked), but I had more success from my one visit than I've had with years worth of back and forth to the doctors. I was getting tired of being sent back and forth between consultants and having no quick solution to my sciatic pain which has been greatly affecting my mobility and lifestyle. I'm really glad I took the leap and went privately. In my first assessment, Miles did some acupuncture and assessed my movement and provided me with tailored exercises for my sciatica based on my weaknesses in certain areas. He was lovely and I felt very at ease. What I loved about my session is that I did the exercises in the session. Miles made sure that my form was correct and I understood how to do them before I left so I could continue them at home without the risk of making my pain worse/damaging my back further. I left feeling positive and that I had a way out of the pain for the first time in a while. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I went to The Treatment Room following an injury to my shoulder which after several weeks still caused me excruciating pain . Miles diagnosed a broken collar bone & advised me to go straight to A & E . The fracture had not shown up on my previous X Ray . The following week I returned to Miles to start a personalised rehab programme & afte several sessions the mobility returned in my shoulder much to my relief. Fantastic experience: I was referred to the treatment room clinic by the company I work for when I started having issues with my shoulder. I had my appointments with Miles, he listened to what the problem was and knew exactly what was required to help me. I had some sessions of physio with him and he really helped with my shoulder pain, making day to day tasks easier than before. A report was then sent back to my companies healthcare team and I had an MRI scan and further treatment in hospital which will benefit from more physiotherapy. I asked to be referred back to Miles because of how much he had already helped me. Miles is a brilliant physiotherapist, he is very knowledgeable and has a positive helpful attitude. Cannot recommend Miles enough!

Fantastic experience: Great service from Matt Davies. Took my 13 year old son who has been struggling with Osgood Schlatter's. The exercises were explained clearly at the appointment and followed up by an email. The next appt gave harder exercises, and his pain has hugely improved. Fantastic experience: I was recommended by my cousin in London to use the treatment room. It's just round the corner from my house in newport, it's very clean and spacious. I was in agony with my extreme pain and with only 2 session and Matt was amazing he targeted the source of my pain and managed to ease approx 90% of the pain and increased my mobility around my neck, shoulder. He also gave simple exercise stretches that I was comfortable to do. Matt is very friendly, experienced and honest. I still have a long way to go for my recovery as i get flare ups due to my other health conditions. So I ill be seeing Matt soon for long term service from him. I highly recommend the treatment room.

Fantastic experience: Having undergone a total knee replacement just over three weeks ago, I’ve been struggling both with straightening and bending my knee. I decided to book an appointment with Miles at The Treatment Room. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve only experienced NHS physiotherapy before. However, from the moment I entered the waiting room, I felt completely at ease. The space was immaculate. My session with Miles was exceptional. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he’s also clearly passionate about his work. The atmosphere was so relaxed that it felt more like chatting with a friend. I’m already looking forward to my next session next week.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Miles after having an elbow injury, Miles recognised that I likely had a weakness in my tricep following a previous break and suggested I undergo shockwave therapy to speed up the healing process. The difference after the first round was incredible and I was actually able to move my arm without pain the following day.
