Negative experience: I signed up for the toenail fungus laser treatment - a course of ten sessions. The staff were all lovely but the treatment didn't work at all! In fact after 10 weeks my nails were worse - and I followed every instruction, including other products, to a T. I can honestly say it was a complete waste of 500 quid. Save your money and give this a miss. And I'd like to reply to their lying response below - it NEVER looked cured or even slightly better during the course of 10 treatments - so blaming me for inconsistent after care is completely bogus!

I can move my face, smile, and everything looks natural. She’s so gentle, I barely felt the injections, and she kept me laughing the whole way through which made it such a relaxed experience. I actually travel all the way from Watford just to see her because she’s the only one I trust.

Negative experience: After paying harley Street smiles £1 short of 1k whith an excellent sales pitch..but unfortunately that's where the excellence ended! on 4 separate occasion i had dates for my kit to arrive and 3 separate dates for one on one training I had subsequently taken 7 days away from earning my living in my clinic to wait for kit and have the live training..not to mention the 3 live models I had prepared and had to let down..in the end I lost patience & requested a refund via my payment operator.. after providing sufficient evidence of not receiving the products/services provided they granted me a refund 28 days later. it was only after receiving my refund that I finally had a response ..via WhatsApp late on a Friday night accusing me of fraud and with threats to have me arrested for fraud!!! they claim that they have proof I had received the kit even though by the time they claim to have sent it and say i recieved it (weeks later) I wasn't in the country!! the signature provided just stated D LX no one was at the property for weeks and they say they have proof of my training but I received NONE.tbey are stating if I don't pay them again the £999 for services and kit I did not receive within 48 hours they will take me to court obtain a ccj and proceed with fraud proceedings against me. please do not deal with this "company" the best thing about them is the sales pitch!

Negative experience: If I could leave less than 1 star I would! I did a training course with this company 3 months ago, which granted was fantastic and Tia was brilliant. However, since taking my money and me leaving that day I’ve received little to no help (as promised) with anything. I ordered from their website to kick start my business and spent hundreds, 4 weeks later still no order delivered and they’re now ignoring my emails and can’t answer my questions over the phone. All I’m getting is ‘we’ll call you back’. Absolutely disgusting service and I would not recommend anyone use this company, and certainly do NOT order from there website. Not sure if it’s a scam or if they’re just incompetent but what a waste of money on my part. Clients cancelled and already giving my business a bad name, through no fault of my own. Truly gutted.

Negative experience: I purchased a laser treatment package from this clinic in October last year for a nail fungus issue. At the consultation, I was assured by their specialist that I would see noticeable improvement within 3–4 months. I also purchased all the recommended products directly from them, trusting their professional advice. Almost a year later, my nails are worse — the issue that started on three nails has now spread to more. I have before-and-after photos that clearly show the deterioration. Despite my concerns, it took months for the clinic to respond to my email. When they finally invited me in to “resolve” the matter, I expected a genuine solution or goodwill gesture. Instead, I was told I would need to pay an additional £440 (with a £60 discount) to continue the treatment — despite the fact that the original package produced no results. During my recent consultation, I was told that some patients have been coming for laser sessions for two years. That alone makes me question the effectiveness of the treatment. From my experience, the laser treatments here have been ineffective, and the approach feels more like upselling than genuine patient care. I left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective treatment or honest guidance.

Negative experience: My experience with Harley Laser Treat was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for products almost five weeks ago and never received a tracking number or confirmation email. I made several attempts to contact them via email with no response, and phone calls were unhelpful. There level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from them again.

Negative experience: Unreliable and Unprofessional – Had to Issue a Chargeback I booked a service with this company and paid a deposit up front. Just a few days before it was due to take place, they cancelled on me for "unforseen reasons". They then offered alternative dates, but none of them worked for my availability. When I suggested several alternative dates of my own, they couldn’t accommodate any of them. After that, i asked for a refund and communication became increasingly slow, needing to speak to management and days passing between each mail. They were entirely elusive about my refund requests and eventually responded that "all deposits are non refundable". With no service delivered and no willingness to resolve the issue, I was forced to issue a chargeback through my bank to recover my deposit. This experience was disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and definitely think twice before any deposits.

Negative experience: UPDATE AM TAKING THE OWNER TO COURT AFTER THEY ILLEGALLY KEPT MY MONEY. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. The laser they use here is a red dot which just heats the nail, they think they can “dry the fungus out”. The pain in my nails was back after one day so I sought treatment else where. When I had treatment else where I could feel the laser pulsing through to my nail beds. My nails were a different colour immediately and all the nail pain was gone. The treatment here does not work, it’s over priced and they will not refund you when you realise the treatment is a sham. Avoid and go elsewhere. I pre paid for treatment and the owner will not refund me for the money I am no longer going to use in their clinic UPDATE FROM THEIR RESPONSE. I had one treatment yes, it did nothing. Having had laser elsewhere the experience is totally different they use an inferior machine at this clinic. My fungal nail is pain free when done properly. The pain stayed after treatment here. I paid for numerous sessions to get a discount, they refused to refund me when I didn’t want any further sessions. I’m not stupid I don’t want a refund for the first session I had, I took your time and the person needed paying for the session I had. I didn’t care about the discount they could have kept some money for the first session so I paid full price for just the one session. This review has been seen by nearly 2 thousand people, I hope keeping my money was worth the huge damage to your business.

Negative experience: I was rushed to buy a package of 3 sessions of IPL (210 pounds) without any medical form filled out during the “initial consultation” just to be informed the same day when I was scheduled to get the treatment done that the gel I’ve been using for acne is not compatible with the laser. Then I was told to request the refund via email. I wish the consultant paid more attention during the consultation on my underlying condition and whether this would be compatible with the laser treatment or not rather than just trying to sell a service as quick as possible.

Negative experience: I had laser teeth whitening training the course material was explained well, however the teeth whitening gels simply do not work. I have reached out to them on 2 separate occasions explaining that the gels are not effective and they have not responded to either email. Please avoid this place. Super disappointed as I spent a lot of money here that I will never get back, the least they could’ve done was reply back to my emails.

So unless you’re from England don’t take the course if you want to keep working after your initial supplies run out. 1st review: The course was really thorough and Tis answered to every question I had, all of the materials you need to start working are included in the package so it’s definitely worth the price! Negative experience: I had a laser teeth whitening session. When I first enquired over the phone I was told that that they use a special custom gel that is extremely effective and that it will be reapplied multiple times during the treatment. That didn’t happen. The dentist only did it twice. They claim to achieve 8-10 shades brighter and this is absolutely not true. I told the dentist after the session that I wasn’t satisfied with the results and there was no difference at all. I would say it was maybe with luck one shade brighter for me (being generous) The dentist kept telling me that my teeth will get brighter in the next 48 hours but no. I definitely do not recommend & will not book again.

Negative experience: This place is completely unprofessional and a scam. I showed up for my laser teeth whitening appointment, only to find out the “dentist” wasn’t there, and no one had bothered to inform me in advance. They rebooked me for the next day, and when I returned, it got even worse. The water wasn’t working, and I had to rinse my mouth with freezing cold water during the procedure. I asked for warm water, but the “dentist” refused, saying she didn’t want to go downstairs to get it. To top it all off, there were no results from the whitening. It was a complete waste of money. Avoid this place—I’ll be sticking to my usual spot from now on.

Negative experience: I have completed a course for hyperpigmentation and I have NOT seen any improvement with my hyperpigmentation. Even though at the beginning of buying the course I was told my hyperpigmentation was mild and it will disappear after the sessions but it didn’t. The treatments I have done got me zero results. It feels like I have waisted my money.

Negative experience: I attended training at Harley Street Laser Specialist last week and was initially encouraged to write a review before leaving the course. After some thought, I have to be honest: I wouldn’t return. The training was far below my expectations. According to the course description online, the training is supposed to be a full-day session, including both theory and practical training on clients. The description also mentions that all aspects of the treatments would be discussed, including indications and contraindications, with the day divided between theory and hands-on practice. However, our training started at 11:00 AM and ended by 12:30 PM, which was nowhere near enough time to cover everything in depth. I don’t feel that the training provided matched the course specifications at all. I also purchased the machine, but it seems quite generic, with nothing special about it except the Harley Street sticker. The products were also disappointing; at best, they achieved only a two-shade improvement in teeth whitening. I’ve since ordered from another company, hoping for better results. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the clinic’s renowned reputation. The customer service was equally poor. The woman who initially booked my course was rude over the phone, and I had to repeatedly ask for a confirmation of booking because the price wasn’t detailed. Although the young lady who conducted the training was friendly, the course itself was not worth the investment. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking high-quality training with practical learning. This course simply did not deliver.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS! Beware. I write this second review again as they’ve had my original review deleted. This company are con artists. We purchased a FAULTY teeth whiting machine from this company. We had to send it back in 2 occasions due to there being an electrical fault. This has resulted in my partner losing thousands of pounds due to cancelled bookings. They’ve now had the machine for close to 2 months as it’s been with their “technicians”. They have not updated us on the repair for weeks on end and since requested we pay £200 for them to fix a dodgy machine they’ve sold to us. We have asked over 20 times for a full refund or new machine to be sent. As they’ve clearly sold us a fault machine. But there staff are too brain dead to understand what that means. This is the most unprofessional company I have come across. The Management do not take calls and you can only speak to management via WhatsApp chat. (Red flag) Not to mentioned there service says “same day certificate” after training and we have to wait about 5 weeks for the certificate to arrive. This is when I started to realised we had gone with the wrong company. Everything they advised in terms of their service is false.and as a result, we will now be taking this company to court. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Negative experience: Stay away from this place! Had a treatment done over a month ago which did not go well. I have prepaid the sessions in advance and now I am refused to get my money back. I am so disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing a series of microneedling and laser hair removal appointments here. I am very happy with the results so far and found that they offered some of the best prices in London. Everyone has been very professional and Farah, who I have done most of the treatments with, has been especially good and happy to answer any questions you have and explain the treatment process
