Negative experience: I booked a manicure but was told on the day of my appointment that the girl doing it would be on her own so it might not be the full treatment. Thee was actually someone else there when i arrived. She filed my nails and painted them then charged me the full price of the manicure which i didn't get! The polish then started lifting and flaking off the next day. Not impressed

Hi Jo thank you for your review. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with your treatment. I will look into it tomorrow.
If the polish came off we would be more than happy to re do them for you.
We always rectify anything anyone is unhappy with so always give us a call and we can usually sort it asap.
We don’t normally have a problem with this so it’s really unusual.
I’m thinking that when she said she was on her own she meant we didn’t have our normal receptionist in not another therapist.
Our receptionist was poorly.

Fantastic experience: very pleased with Silhouette. I haven't been for a long time would definitely recommend and very relaxing when you have facials, manicures and pedicures. The girls are lovely and very friendly.

Negative experience: I went here to have my eye brows and eye lashes done the day before my wedding. They waxed half of one of my eyebrows off and my lashes fell out the following morning so my make up artist had to stick them back on. Not been back since!

Positive experience: Very popular beauty salon - definitely recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance. The only local salon I am aware of that sells Dermalogica products and offers IPL. The best loyalty points scheme I’ve come across.
