Fantastic experience: Ive had a wonderful experience at Brookfield Dental so far. The Receptionists are the first port of call and they are all so friendly and welcoming! The Dentists and hygienists are fabulous too. Always making sure you’re ok, explaining what they’re doing as they go. Any questions i have are clearly answered and explained. The practice is extremely clean and tidy. It has a nice comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that i haven't felt anywhere else. All the staff are reassuring and are very knowledgable and friendly. I wish I’d found Brookfield Dental sooner!

Negative experience: The dentist is extremely modern, very clean and they have a lot of snazzy kit. The dentist and staff are professional, the front desk team are especially friendly. I came in needing a filling, and asked the dentist if they were going to take all the old amalgam out of that area (which is what I wanted), and he said yes, only to leave a small amalgam filling in there. One I didn't know that was there. When I asked about taking the metal out of that side of my mouth, I meant all of it, and thats what I thought I was paying for, not just the filling where there was a new hole and leave the other one. So a bit of a mix up in communications there, and a shock to see there was still amalgam in my mouth on that side. The new filling has not been right since I had it either - I can't chew on that side, and haven't been able to since the filling was done. The above two things now mean I'm not confident at this practice, which is a shame. I really wanted to go there. I'm currently trying to find a new dentist, to sort the brand new filling out £££££££££££.

Fantastic experience: This was a positive experience. Very clean and well organised facilities. Everything spotlessly clean. Everyone assisting with a smile. Very helpful staff. The dentist was extremely experienced and had a very calming, compassionate way about him. Having a tooth extracted was not something I was looking forward to. Great big thank you, all done very quickly with minimal pain and discomfort

Negative experience: Went in to ask for some emergency fillings needing done as they came under as registered to do some NHS treatments. But, when I went in there they fully declined that they take NHS patients. I needed emergency care, not routine. Brookfield Dental is registered as offering NHS treatment options. But they are not currently listed on the NHS.uk service finder as accepting new NHS patients for routine care, which suggests they may not be open to new NHS registrations at the moment

Fantastic experience: We set up an appointment for a transfer from our previous dentist in Bedford and an assessment at this practice, chosen based on reviews. During our visits to Brookfield Dental, we have been treated with courtesy, efficiency and pleasantness. Also, given that I am a nervous patient who finds dental treatment difficult, I was treated with understanding and everything was done to make my visit as best an experience as possible. Impressed, we've signed up to their treatment plan. Two fillings and a visit to the hygienist today for us both both went extremely well, so we're happy so far that we've made the right decision. Fantastic experience: We are newish patients to Brookfield Dental and have been impressed with all aspects of the help we have received. You enter an immaculately clean facility and each time you go to Reception we receive a warm welcome with a smile which makes you feel good and in the right hands from the beginning. The level of dental care is excellent from the first conversation to the treatment. My wife and I agree that we are lucky to be treated so well, we all know that the price of everything has risen so quickly but if you are treated with respect and kindness it is easier to bare. My issue is a toothache probably caused by the nerve or irritation but before taking on Route Canal treatment a course of Antibiotics to see if it settles Whatever happens I know I will be looked after brilliantly until things settle and you can’t ask for anything more. Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Rahul Patel. Firstly, I would like to say how brilliant he is. He is kind, patient and makes you feel at ease being in that chair!! I am so pleased with my results and I can not thank him enough! I fell pregnant during my treatment and it was a bit of a whirlwind, therefore I was a bit behind BUT this was never a problem and the team supported me; for when I was ready to continue. The staff really are so welcoming and friendly, from the reception ladies to the dental nurses. I felt like I had known them all forever. I would recommend Brookfield in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my invisalign treatment at Brookfield Dental with Dr Rahul Patel, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team made each visit comfortable and efficient. Dr Rahul Patel is an outstanding dentist, he took the time to explain the treatment and made sure I understood what was going to happen at each stage of the process, I was extremely nervous going to the dentist initially, but he made sure I felt comfortable and was very patient. The nurses and reception team have all been very lovely and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: I went through a lengthy slightly complicated procedure to get two implants right at the front. This involved inserting a bone graft, due to an ongoing root canal infection. Priyesh brought in a specialist orthodontic surgeon to assist with this. After my bone regrew and settled then the implants and crown work could be completed and I could be rid of the horrid little partial denture that I wore. Nothing but praise and thanks to Priyesh and his team. Their work can change people's lives for the better, just by giving them their smile and confidence back again.

The hygenist did a very good job also, but at times, a little 'stabby' with the probe when cleaning the teeth.

Phoebe explained in detail why the cleaning process was so important maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
