Fantastic experience: I have been going to FaceMed for quite a few years now. Having treatment at both the dentistry and the aesthetic department. I have always had an outstanding service. Even more so recently, when Monica, identified that I was suffering from Lipodystrophy, something that my GP and other Drs had missed. Because Monica picked this up early, I have been able to get the treatment I needed at FaceMed, this treatment has literally saved my face. I highly recommend FaceMed, and all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I first attended Facemed in January to discuss the replacement of missing teeth and bone loss from an accident several years ago. I met with Dr Alex Hadley as he had been recommended to me by a friend. Dr Alex spent time listening to my concerns and talked me through different procedures along with costs, potential risks, aftercare and expected results. Dr Alex is professional and efficient and I felt very confident that I was in safe hands from my first visit. I opted for a bone graft, soft tissue graft, placement of Implants and veneers and have had multiple visits over the last 9 months and at all times have been very impressed by the overall experience, professionalism of the whole Facemed team. Dental Nurses Becky, and Lilija and Lead Treatment Coordinator Jade and Surgical Coordinator Lewis are friendly, exceptionally reassuring and always go out of their way to help with any queries. Communication via telephone or email has been faultless, the whole clinic is always spotlessly clean and tidy. I feel that I have had exceptional care throughout and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Alex Hadley and the Facemed team.

With her expert use of Botox, she has significantly improved the symmetry of my face, which has made a real difference to both my appearance and my confidence. Fantastic experience: I have recently completed 18 months of dental treatment at Facemed and couldn't be happier with the result...so much so I actually smile and show my teeth now! My treatment included tooth removal, brace fitting, root canal, implant, crown's, replacement veneers and finally some bonding....phew! I was under the excellent care of Dr Ketan and Dr Alex, both of whom put me at ease (just in case you have a fear of the dentist you need not worry!). My treatment and care was carried out to the highest standard from start to finish. The entire team, including the lovely receptionists, dental nurses, Hayley (the fabulous hygienist) could not have been more friendly or professional. If you are thinking about any dentistry work I would without hesitation recommend Facemed. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a course of EMSulpt Neo with Eleni at Facemed. My results were amazing, I lost two inches around my waist and feel much firmer too. I lost 5 pounds in total and I’m pleased to confirm I’ve been able to maintain my new shape with continued healthy eating. I couldn’t recommend this none surgical procedure more.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Professor Ben Miranda highly enough. I’m two weeks today post-upper blepharoplasty and lower pinch procedure, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my results so far. The level of care I received at the clinic was outstanding—I felt completely safe and supported every step of the way. Professor Miranda explained everything clearly throughout the entire process, which made me feel well-informed and at ease. Remarkably, I’ve experienced zero pain during my recovery, and just two weeks in, the scar is already incredible. Aside from some very minor bruising on one cheek and still a bit of puffiness and swelling around the eyes, the healing process has been smooth and impressive. If you’re considering this procedure and feeling uncertain, please don’t hesitate—Professor Miranda is truly an expert in his field. You’ll be in the best hands, and I’m confident you won’t regret it.

So friendly and make you feel at ease and so easy to get in contact with for any queries. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best! You absolutely get what you pay for and when it comes to your face and teeth - you shouldn't compromise! I've been seeing Monica for problems with Bruxism and the Botox really does the trick for me in helping me live without constant pain in my jaw. I also go to the dentist there and have had amazing cosmetic dental work (which was temporary for my wedding) and am about to have the permanent work completed. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Facemed for 5 years and I’ve always felt completely relaxed and comfortable.

Negative experience: I have known Monica for many years now and I have always told people that I trusted her and would recommend her. However, On the 11th January 2024 I had my usual appointment and had filler to the side of my mouth on both sides. The injection points stayed red for sometime and the one on my right became severely swollen. After a month I consulted my GP because I was worried it was cancer. Now, after several months I have had a biopsy and I am left with a scar. When I spoke with Monica about this she denied that it had anything to do with the injections she had given me. She refused to accept responsibility and wouldn’t apologise. I now feel so totally disappointed and completely let down by Monica. If it were to happen again I know the same thing would happen which is why I will never go back.
