Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done today and I am in love with the results! Jad was amazing and made sure I was happy with the results and was willing to make any changes i wasn’t happy with but they are perfect, and all of the girls are so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Negative experience: I went for a consultation was told I could have the composite bonding around my implant sighed up for the finance agreement then was told it couldn’t be done and told me it would be £1200 more they’ve taken 3 monthly payments already I’m still waiting for my refund it’s been over 4 weeks i keep being fobbed off I’m on the phone every day to them they keep telling me they’ve chased it up they are still taking money from my bank account iv been lied to from day one very quick at sighing me up for the payments now taking weeks and weeks to give me my refund what they have told me has been approved I do not recommend atal especially the finance and been told If I cancel my direct debit it will affect my credit score

All the staff have been fantastic too The whole experience has been fabulous, I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed If you are looking to get your teeth fixed this is the only place to go ♥️
Fantastic experience: Had my composite bonding done at The Tooth Club in Billericay at the beginning of July and honestly couldn’t be happier. Jad carried out the work with his assistant Ramona, and from start to finish the experience was spot on. I explained that I wanted my teeth to look great but still natural, so it wouldn’t be obvious I’d had them done. Jad delivered exactly that, a work of art. people can’t even tell, and usually end up asking because they just look so natural. Also a big thank you to the front of house team too (didn’t catch her name unfortunately). She was really welcoming, asked all the right questions, and didn’t make it feel like she was just trying to upsell me like I’ve found at other places. She listened to what I wanted and guided me with genuine advice. Since having them done I’ve had no issues. The only thing I’m still getting used to is all the compliments on my teeth mid-conversation, which is a first for me. Ive also heard about people’s bonding chipping quickly, but mine feel really solid. Even when I accidentally knock them with glass bottles while drinking, not a single chip. Couldn’t recommend them enough — 10/10 service and results.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend the Billericay practice to anyone and am confused by the array of positive reviews. They changed my appointment time and didn't alert me, the girls on reception were very unprofessional, gossiping about eachother and popping out the front to smoke and vape. The dentist herself was unclear, and used a lot of words to explain not much. She lacked confidence and clarity and ended up using a paste in my mouth which caused a tremendous infection within 24hours, causing a cyst - another dentist I saw after was shocked by the treatment I was given for wisdom tooth treatment and removed the paste which had ended up in a discreet cavity causing ulcers and deep infection and unmanageable pain. It's a strangely run practice, they're not an established, communicative or helpful team and it feels more like a pop-up Instagram inspired dental studio run by novices and apprentices. In my opinion, the whole thing needs shutting down. Medicine and dentistry is serious business.

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend I always felt self conscious smiling or… I always felt self conscious smiling or talking to people I alway hide my mouth cuz I never liked my teeth but I went to Billericay tooth club and they was so lovely all the staff was so friendly and explained what was gonna happen and how they would help me get a perfect smile and they was not wrong I absolutely love my teeth all I’m doing is smiling and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants there’s done I got composite bonding and my dentist was Jed Elbenni and he did an amazing job thank yous so much

Positive experience: Had my first consultation in the romford branch with a Hannah she was brilliant, when I decided to go ahead with my bonding I went for 20 teeth with Dr Adrei, I could only do weekends so I was moved to the Billericay branch where it could be done on a Saturday with him, unfortunately my whitening retainers never turned up so I had one session of instant whitening instead which was kind of them to do I had this two days before my bonding, I was very insecure with my teeth before hand but dr andrei turned this around I went for Hollywood style bright white and they are absolutely amazing he is one talented man could not thank him enough!!!!!, it’s been a couple of weeks now and I haven’t had any problems it does feel weird at first doing normal things but you get used to it, overall my experience was really really good only thing letting them down was the retainer not turning up so I give then the 4/5 stars. Would definitely recommend anyone going for composite give these guys a shout and ask for Dr Andrei !!!!

Negative experience: Tooth Club...more like the Comedy Club....they keep cancelling your appointments and once they get you on the payment plan they don't want to know. If I could rate a no star I would...beware of this place.

Fantastic experience: After having an awful experience at Ipswich toothclub I was finally able to move over to Billericay. Straight away I could tell it was 10x better. The Dentist overall is alot cleaner, all the girls on reception were lovely and had amazing teeth. I was seen straight away and they sorted a problem out for me which I was really worried about and wasn’t able to get sorted at the Ipswich branch. So thank you! X

Negative experience: Most awful customer service. Started paying for treatment 4 months before they even saw my daughter then just ignored her for months no appointments to follow up her invisuline . Staff don't turn up to open then tell you they can't see you even though they are late 45 minutes.

Positive experience: Staff were lovely. Always a joy when you walked in. The Dentist was a pro and sensed they were good at what they were doing. I just felt a bit disappointed with my overall result especially with the cost of it all.

Fantastic experience: Andre is the best. I proper freaked out after my top teeth were done with compersite bonding. It was a shock. I looked so different, and I thought no one would like them. Anyways 2 days after I had calmed down. Luckily for me, Andre had a cancellation, so I went back and got the bottoms done, and I LOVE THEM ❤️ they are the best thing I've ever done. All my family and friends think they are lovely. Andre has done such a good job they are perfect. I've taken out insurance, which is worth it. Thanks to all the staff for putting up with me that morning. I would never want my old teeth back.
