Fantastic experience: What can I say dr Jeffrey and her team are amazing honestly. Went in crying my heart out came home with a smile. I was so nervous to have teeth out so I had dental sedation I had worries about not being able to find a vein due to my veins being difficult but doctor jeffery and her team put me at real ease even to the point of jut rubbing my shoulder so I knew someone was there (you really don’t know how much that meant) I would recommend this dental practice to anyone will be going back as need more work but the main big scary stuff is over and definitely in a lot better head space to go back with a smile THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART you have turned my fears of the dentist upside down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: As someone with a dreadful fear of dental practices, I had to get brave and go to a dentist. Age and tooth decay finally caught up with me. I was recommended the Willows practice and have to say they have been fantastic with me, put me at ease explained everything and why they have to do certain procedures. What my options were etc. Carl, Lucie and Nikita were amazing. Thank you so much. Needed fillings to front teeth and they now look great.

Fantastic experience: I have never posted a review before but I feel the need to after my Absolutely amazing experience. Mrs Jeffries & Team at Willows Dental Practice were so gentle, professional and calming at all times.With a warm & welcoming atmosphere where they take time to explain procedures clearly. They are very knowledgable made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was in safe hands put at ease with a highly skilled team with attention to detail. The procedure I had was a tooth implant was pain free under local anaesthetic and would definitely recommend without hesitation X

Fantastic experience: I changed my dental practice to the Willows Dental in November 2025 after them being recommended to me by a family member. I was constantly being told I had an issue with my gums, but until seeing Louise at the Willows back in November last year, no one had ever explained properly how to use my water flosser, my electric toothbrush and mouth wash. Subsequently, after my first visit to Louise in November to my follow up with her in February this year my gums and oral hygiene are now wonderful after following her advice. Louise said that she had never seen such a difference in gum health in just three months! I now have extremely good gum and mouth health thanks to Louise! I have recently completed a course of tooth whitening through Louise, before I have more dental treatment, and after a month of using the whitening treatment, my teeth are at the shade we wanted them to be! Again this is down to Louise's guidance and advice. I would highly recommend Louise as a Dental Hygienist / therapist and would also highly recommend the Willows Dental practice. I am so glad I moved to Willows Dental when I did!

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I recently had root canal here and I can’t believe I actually went through it without sedation! I was able to do this with the help of the amazing Emily and her team who were so good at every step. Her confidence and attention to detail really helped me feel more at ease with the procedure. I’ve needed sedation at a previous dentist to have a filling so to come here and have work done without sedation is something I never thought I could do in a million years. I’ve spent many sleepless nights panicking and pacing around with worry thinking that there was no chance I could do it, I even rescheduled the appointment many times before I went through with it. I just wanted to thank every single one of the staff here for being so nice and I don’t think they fully realise how they have helped me with this. What an amazing practise!

Fantastic experience: After recently completing a procedure for a dental implant by Dr Jeffrey and her team I can say without hesitation that the whole process has been amazing and totally painless. From my first appointment to finally having the implant fitted last week I was put at ease through every step being explained thoroughly. I am delighted with the implant, which looks and feels completely natural. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Jeffrey and the Willows to anyone needing a dental implant.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Louise and her colleague yesterday. From walking in through the door I was made to feel welcome and at ease, as always. After treatment and discussions about various issues, I not only felt very comfortable and relaxed but set up and ready for my future appointments. I have a fair amount of treatment pending! Fantastic experience: In the past, I have had implants performed here at the Willows and this time it was the need for a root canal. Root canal treatment seem to be a worry but I must say Emily assisted by Hannah did a fantastic job for me. Not once during the treatment did I sense any discomfort, quite the opposite. I was amazed at how comfortable I felt throughout the procedure without any drama or discomfort. The dentist Emily was very caring keeping me informed working with her nurse Hannah in a relaxed and efficient manner. I would go nowhere else for the complete dental care and unreservedly recommend Willows Dental to people requiring their expertise.

Fantastic experience: Today I finished my treatment to have an implant by Dr Jeffery. What can I say, I was so nervous the first time I went for an assessment, but from the word go I was put at ease by Dr Jeffery and her team. She is so calming and relaxing, it made the whole process much easier than I thought it could be. She explained everything from start to finish, I couldn't have been in better hands. I would thoroughly recommend her if you are having any treatment done. Dr Jefferey and her team have been brilliant, and the final result is amazing.

Fantastic experience: The first thing you notice when you walk in is that this must be a happy place to work. You can hear the staff chatting happily. Everyone is smiling and welcoming. Dr Jeffries and her team are excellent. From the first consultation about having an implant I felt fully informed and supported. And so efficient! The procedure itself was so much quicker than I had thought it would be. I didn't have sedation and definitely didn't need it. I felt calm and supported throughout. The post procedure directions were clear and easy to follow. I'm now two weeks after the procedure and all is healing really well. I can't wait for the new crown to be fitted! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I had four large teeth removed yesterday by Dr Jeffery assisted by Amy and Laura and I honestly can’t praise them enough. I’m extremely anxious about going to the dentist never mind having teeth removed but they made me feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish.Everything was explained clearly,I never felt rushed and they were all incredibly reassuring throughout. The extraction s were carried out pretty much pain free and I genuinely don’t feel like I’ve had four large teeth removed at all.If your nervous about dental treatment,I couldn’t recommend Dr Jeffery, Amy and Laura highly enough.Thank you all so much

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed a course of treatment at The Willows which involved 5 implants and 2 bridges, also requiring a bone strengthening procedure for the implants. I was quite apprehensive before embarking on the treatment but Dr Shahrzad Jeffrey explained everything to me in great detail, being most patient and reassuring when answering my numerous questions and concerns. During the course of treatment, I could not have asked for better care from Dr Jeffrey and her colleagues, always sensitive to my needs and maintaining a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the surgery. I am delighted with the final outcome of Dr Jeffrey’s exceptional work and marvel at the surgical and technical expertise required to complete such treatment. I can only thank Dr Jeffrey and Team Willows for their professionalism and would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Today I seen claire the hygienist and nurse Lucy. Lucy is an absolutely amazing nurse she assisted on both my appointments so far and is always polite helpful caring and lovely to be around. Claire was absolutely fantastic she went through everything I needed to know for the best oral care going forward. I dont have a fear of the dentist but this is a new practice for me and I was so comfortable with claire treating me and enjoyed the experience because of these 2 amazing ladies they're a fantastic team together. Im so happy with the treatment, advice and care I recieved today. Thank you ladies it was an absolute pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I was always a dental phobic ,I got in touch with the willows dental surgery, made an appointment, iwas assigned Dr Emily, who is absolutely marvellous,she gave me a treatment plan ,which included new teeth, within 5 months I have a lovely smile again ,her assistant lucie always made me feel at ease I can't praise this dental practice enough they are so brilliant, wouldn't go anywhere else ,would recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: Charged £160 for cancelling my appointment on same day due to family Emegency. Second time this has happened. Receptionist also sarcastic and argumentative.

Fantastic experience: A great experience from beginning to end. Everybody is professional and empathetic in their approach. My implant feels as though it has always been there.

Fantastic experience: The dentist Emily and nurse Hannah are absolutely amazing! they both made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. Emily is so gentle and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and Hannah is so kind and helpful the whole time. They work really well together and create such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere it honestly didn’t even feel like a dentist appointment! My teeth feel great, and I actually left with a smile on my face. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, down-to-earth dental team!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely bunch of people ! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years due to an extreme fear. I came here for extraction of 2 teeth and I can honestly say they have cured my fear . Thank you so much to your lovely friendly and understanding staff , it makes a huge difference to someone with anxiety . Thank you all !

Negative experience: Messaged on July 10th to ask if they would take me on as a patient and told them I had some bridge work done abroad. Got a reply same day asking if my bridge and crowns were implant retained. Emailed back to confirm they weren’t and then nothing. Interestingly my email was replied to after my email was forwarded internally which said last time they had a patient who’d had work done abroad apparently SJ and Darren said they couldn’t take them on as a patient. Anyway no further communication since I replied my about the bridge so on the 14th of July I emailed asking if there was an update. Nothing. Didn’t even have a decency to reply. I can only assume as my mouth is now in good order I’m not worth enough to them to take on as a patient or for that matter send an email to. If that’s how they operate glad they aren’t taking me on as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and having had a bad experience previously (at a different dentist), I was very anxious about the procedure. I needn't have been - from the start, Shahrzad and her team were fantastic - super friendly, reassuring and really made me feel I was in good hands. The extraction itself was a 1000x better than I was anticipating (even without sedation!) and the aftercare was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Many thanks to all the team.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say a massive thank you to you all the whole team at the willow and Shahrzad who did my treatment , i had 2 teeth extracted under sedation and from the minute I was there and up until leaving even the follow up a week later I felt at ease what a lovely atmosphere and place to be treated especially if your like me and nervous with the dentist. Fantastic experience: I entered Willows Dental in June/July 2024 requiring implants. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel very comfortable by the receptionist, dental nurses and the implant dentist. My treatment of both jaw implants comes to an end in a couple of weeks and I can only say it's been an amazing experience and I am thrilled with the end result. I would fully recommend Willows Dental to anyone and everyone who requires any form of dental treatment especially implants!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the best experience with all of the staff at Willows but especially Carl and Lucie who have made me feel so at ease, especially since I was such a nervous patient but now feel so much better going to the dentist! Everything is always amazing every time I visit Carl no matter the treatment and nothing is ever any trouble, Lucie always makes me feel so calm when I am in the chair and I can’t thank them both enough for everything they have done for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at The Willows for many years under the care of Dr David Lee and his amazing team. Since his retirement I have just completed a course of treatment which included an Implant and Crown under taken by Dr Shahrzad Jeffery and her team. I would also like to mention, Dr. Emily Bretherton and Hygienist and Therapist Louise Ennis with rest of the team who do a terrific job looking after me so well. Fantastic experience: Dear All I'd just like to thank Emily, Macy, Lucie and Rosie for an amazing job over the last months. Incredibly professional team, with the best care I've ever experienced ( Apart from my big brother of course Nigel, amazing dentist). I've had route canal, a new crown, amazing hygienist work and all with a lot of fun thrown in. Its not often you look forward to going to the dentist. You've got an amazing team Shahrzad Jeffrey .

Fantastic experience: I have recently started my treatment for a dental implant, I have to say Dr Jeffery and her team have been fantastic. I was anxious before the surgery but on the day I was made to feel safe and very well cared for, each step of the procedure was explained and I felt very safe in their expert hands. Equally the follow up has been to the same standard. I would highly recomend the Willow's Dental Practice, every member of staff I have met has been professional and caring.

Negative experience: Appointment was booked without checking with me first and then I was charged the FULL treatment amount for not attending. Will be putting in a formal complaint as well.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service with an equally fantastic outcome. My crooked teeth are now straight and the procedure (Invisiline) was easy and completely painless. Emily did my initial white fillings (where my gums had receded) and it's looks great with all the gaps filled in, whilst Carl has done the straightening and additional bonding work for the finishing touches (I had triangular gaps between my lower incisors which looked dreadful, and have now been filled in with no gapping left at all). It all looks amazing and I am soooo pleased with the end result. A huge thank you to Carl and Emily, along with Rosie the hygenist (for keeping my nashers in tip top condition) and all the team at Willow. Brilliant!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeffrey has just completed a complex procedure, on the extraction of one of my teeth, and the implantation of a new tooth . The whole process was made pain free, thanks to the dexterity and skill of this lady. I have discovered a wonderful dentist, in whom I have complete faith and trust ,- she is also a charming lady with a lovely personality.

Fantastic experience: I very pleased to recommend the Willows dental and implant Centre, their care and professionalism over the last 20 years has been exceptional. In 2013 i required an implant procedure and correction with my bite position due to excessive jaw pain and teeth erosion, with Dr David Lee, Dr Janet Lee and their teams support and care i now have amazing pain free set of white teeth. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Recently visited to have teeth whitening trays made, Dr Jeffrey and all the staff at The Willows were extremely helpful. They were so welcoming and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice

Positive experience: I spent nearly £3000 on a brace for one of my daughters. Another daughter I paid a £500 deposit for a brace… this brace was a cheaper and harder version of the brace that my other daughter had. It hurt her and cut her gums. I explained this to Janet who said it wasn’t touching her gums. It clearly was touching her gums and cut them. I didn’t argue and just lost my £500 deposit. Waste of money as I assumed it would’ve been the same comfortable brace that my other daughter had which went well. I had my teeth whitened by Louise for nearly £600, a filling that I had on the front of my tooth came away with the gel that was used. I had taken a picture of my teeth in the waiting room before my appointment. After the treatment you could clearly see it had come away. I have bad eyesight and didn’t wear my glasses that day and I could still see it. Janet and Louise squinted when checking it and said it’s not possible to happen… it happened. Louise fixed it thankfully. Tbh my teeth are no whiter than when I’ve used cheap whitening strips from boots. Then while I was in the waiting room waiting to be called out to pay, Janet was telling the receptionist that I was lying and that it was already like that. She only stopped gossiping about me when one of the dental nurses told her I was in the waiting room as she noticed me through the glass. Janet made a swift exit to her room. My son is having treatment with David who is great with him, but after that I will be changing dentist as this isn’t professional at all. I wouldn’t lie and it’s not as though I can’t afford the treatment. If I couldn’t afford it then I would use the nhs. Quite disappointed as it took me a long time to build trust up with a dentist that is great with my son. Hopefully next time any of them gossip about a patient they wait until the patient has left the building and not sat listening to them in the waiting room.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend that anybody considering dental treatment in this region to only opt for a well established & reputable practice like the Willows. It's important not to risk your dental health - something that has such a major impact on your every day life & fuctionality - on an unestablished dental practice. The team as Willows have been operating efficiently for decades serving the local community as well as guests who travel from all over the world for their treatments. You're in safe hands - certainly worth the investment. I was not disappointed.
