Fantastic experience: I have been treated at various dental clinics in London and abroad, for the first time I realised how well you can be treated. I was welcomed with a smile by all the staff and the dentist. I was treated with a lot of patience without any rush and was explained throughout the treatment what was being done. I was so relaxed during the treatment that I snored once. I would highly recommend West End Surgery which gave me the best treatment l ever had

You can tell they put their clients first before the money as they did not pressure my mum into having her procedure done because the dentist didnt, in his words, “want her to waste her time and money as she didn’t need to have it done” but was prepared to go ahead if mum wanted to. The lady's who has treated my children has been so lovely she is gentle kind and informative didn't feel judged by her which ive had in past by dentists. Fantastic experience: First class service from start to finish. I had a tooth extracted by surgery yesterday which means that I had to have stitches and packing. Apart from the initial prick of the needle administering the deadening agent, I didn’t feel any discomfort whatsoever.. Mr Hurst talked me through the process in detail and was very professional. On returning home I have had no issues at all not even the slightest discomfort or pain.

Fantastic experience: I was having a hygiene clean and as I am not a big fan of dental treatments I was slightly apprehensive. But I need not have worried as I had a great experience from checking in with the receptionist to having the clean with Keeley ably assisted Chole. Thank you again. Fantastic experience: Was a bit reluctant to seek private dental care but I was very impressed with the professionalism provided by Westend dental from 1st entering the staff were helpful friendly and so efficient, equipment was top line. What a difference from service provided my previous nhs dentist. No comparison 5star service and my wife and I signed up for membership immediately.after my 1st scheduled oral hygiene appointment have to raise the 5 star rating to 5+ so professional staff

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to North Wales and did some research about local dentists as I have some additional dental requirements. Found West End dental and the great reviews . Visited, had a free initial consultation which was very thorough. Signed up for their dental plan and had my first hygienist appointment this week. Beau was lovely, professional and friendly, ably supported by Chloe. Teeth and gums expertly cleaned. The surgery is new and nicely decorated, reception staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient . The surgery is well equipped with up to date equipment. Very happy and pleased to recommend .

Fantastic experience: My first time visit to the practice, for a dental phobic!! I was impressed by the friendliness of both the receptionist that made the initial appointment, and the receptionist on duty when I attended. I was given a complimentary appointment to discuss work that needed doing. The dentist I saw was very understanding regarding my nerves, and did everything possible to put me at ease. He spent a lot more time with me, discussing my options, than I expected. All in all, when I am ready for the work to be done, I will certainly return to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently needed emergency care however, I had already made the decision to find a Dental Practice nearer to home that could take over my care; paticularly as I have existing implants and crowned teeth. I found the staff to be pleasant and competent and was so relieved to have my current issue clearly explained by a Senior Dental Surgeon. I spoke to the administrator prior to leaving, to discuss a plan to suit my needs and I now feel confident that my choice of the West End Practice was the right choice both for continued and unplanned ( emergency) care.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had five teeth removed and a denture fitted. The treatment by Mr Chris Herd and Cloe was excellent. They talked me through the whole procedure first and carried out the treatment in very professional manner. All of the staff are very professional, and friendly. I’m a little sore today but I’m very pleased with my new smile.

Positive experience: Expensive if you’re not able to get payment plan (£2000 quote to get partial implant) but at the same time no nhs dental are taking on and this was definitely the cheapest around staff was lovely as well, see you when I can save the money
