Negative experience: Very disappointed after being a patient for a long time in there old practice and getting a lot of work done on my mouth went back only to discover Christopher's prices have more than trebled wanted a veneer and was quoted £500 + does he think were all millionaires

Negative experience: I've been registered and visiting this dentist for over 30+ years and through covid with prescriptions but I have never heard or been considered for further treatment. No contact of moving premises with being on the register. Absolute no loyalty with this dentist only profiteering. Thankfully I've found another dentist who is willing to further my care. As I cannot email personally this to my dentist or wait lengthy time on the phone to explain , this left me no other option. I cannot express my disappointing after all these years. Thanks Stephen

Positive experience: Nice new, shiny practice and staff very nice, but waiting times at reception are ridiculous. Need more than 2 receptionists for the level of customers walking through the door, especially ially when one is not doing customer facing work.

Negative experience: Rang a few times now to try and get an appointment for my son and each time I’ve been on the phone over 25mins and no one has answered

Negative experience: Spent a total of over 45 minutes on the phone trying to reschedule an appointment. Website says you can email them but no email address on the website. Website does not look as if it has been updated recently (Christmas 2020 opening times shown on 5th October 2022).

Negative experience: Unable to get thru on phone...immediately disconnects

Negative experience: Absolutely impossible to get through on fone been trying for over 25mins & final someone answers & hung up absolutely disgraceful. I’m only just hanging on in here as my dentist is good & don’t get me started on rhe hygienist’s month’s before you get an appointment

Negative experience: How much longer are you going to hide behind Covid !!, the rest of the world has managed to move on and get back to normal!, 20 minutes and the phone still not answered, start doing you job and get people treated

Fantastic experience: The Dentist I got (Mr. Brown) must be a practitioner of some sort of witchcraft, as I had a root canal and crown fitted and barely felt a thing. The Dental Diaties smile upon this place.

Negative experience: Positive - It's clean and the Dentist are good Negative - It's antiquated - The Receptionists are in need of some basic training on how to greet and treat a customer (I am pretty sure they do not consider us as customers). - In the last 2 years I have never once been able to get through to them on the phone - It's only in the last 6 months they have moved away from a paper diary to manage appointments (now they just need to move into the 21st century and give customers - yes we are customers - the ability to book on-line) In summary this I guess is your typical UK Dentist i.e. Extracting maximum profit from customers and NHS, whilst putting as little investment back into the business as possible.
