Negative experience: Disgraceful

Negative experience: I registered in this practice after my dentist retired as it seemed modern and welcoming to new patients but my experience has been disappointing. It takes months to get an appointment and every time I make an appointment I end up seeing a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist,staff very friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic for my oral hygiene check up Yvonne and the team were absolutely amazing would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Quite new to the practice. Each visit was a wait of approximately 1 hr. No update from reception and the 1 occasion I was unable to attend.. £30 charge and all appointments cancelled. Onto my son's appointment,12 yrs old and due to a family emergency, we had to rush to Yorkshire. Dentist appointment was the last thing on our minds and the texts were shocking!! 1st message was to advise my son was overdue a checkup. Then a charge of £30 was quickly sent for missed appointment. I understand the terms for the charges, however, I would be within my rights to charge the practice for my time wasted sitting in your waiting room because you have no Dentists. Why? 1 on maternity, other was pregnant and in hospital. I am a mum and not the Dentists issue, it is all about management and Treating customers fairly. 1st lesson in customer service. I will be registering asap with another practice

Negative experience: Expecting a client to wait 2-3 months with an infection is not acceptable. Had to get it extracted privately.

Positive experience: Appointment with Rebecca this morning sorry didnt catch name of nurse , very nervous patient put at ease by both amazing team at practice

Fantastic experience: Have bad dentist anxiety but this practice has been so understanding and patient so seem to feel so much more comfortable with them x

Fantastic experience: I have Autism and ADHD and can regularly experience panic attacks. The dentist which I seen this morning couldn't be more kind or understanding. The dentist also took time to understand what could trigger my anxiety to see how they could adapt. Thank you for being the most Neurodiverse friendly and inclusive dentist I've attended.

Negative experience: been attending this dentist for a couple years now after having a bad experience with my previous dentist. This place has always been amazing and helped me feel more relaxed when attending. EDIT - its just completely went down hill from when i first joined 3 years ago, especially after the male dentist left. I received a text telling me my appointment had been cancelled (the same day, if i had done that i would have been charged) i tried calling 3 times to reschedule my appointment and got no answer (first time i called was at 4.50pm and they answered and immediately hung up) i even drove down to the practice to reschedule the app, after 2pm and the receptionists were standing at the desk but the door was still locked, even though they re-open at 2. after this i decided to move to another practice in stenhousemuir and they have been brilliant and much better priced. I was quoted £500 of treatment needed at Glenbervie, now to be told at the new dentist that i dont need any of it!!) my mum has now also left Glenbervie and moved to the new dentist i moved to

Fantastic experience: I'm looking for a new dentist, unfortunately their list is closed at the moment. I spoke with the receptionist ⭐ and she is the best out of all of the dental practices I have called this morning. If she is a clue about how good the practice is then I can't wait to become a patient.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient to the practice, and I had an initial review last week, with treatment to be carried out in February. However, I developed an issue overnight and the team arranged for me to be seen urgently as an emergency. Within an hour of my telephone call, I was seen by Sharron who was fabulous and put me at ease, despite me being terrified! Sharron immediately identified the issue and arranged treamtent, and I genuinely cannot thank her and the team enough

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer care, was seen promptly by Nicole today following a request for an emergency appointment this morning to extract a tooth that was bothering me. Sorted me right out. Thank you all so much I really appreciate it

Fantastic experience: I had broke my bridge which had two teeth on it front of mouth . Devastated as I had large hole in my mouth . Sharon was able to use my existing valplast plate got lab to attach two teeth on to it same day as I felt unable to go out with my mouth the way it was. Best service ever had at dentist five stars to Sharon for giving me back confidence and teeth look super x

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Glenbervie Dental Clinic for over a year now I have to say they really are the best. It’s a lovely modern spotlessly clean surgery where you’re always made to feel so welcome. From reception to dental nurses and dentists all greet you with the same polite manner. I’m very anxious with regards to treatment however I was made to feel relaxed, the tooth I seemed to keep visiting about was sorted quickly and efficiently and the problem resolved. Highly recommended well done everyone at Glenbervie keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I joined this dental practice in January 2022 & I have never attended a better dentist. Absolutely beautiful inside very clean & well kept. Lovely friendly reception staff. The dentist I have seen is amazing he is so friendly, gentle & talks away tells you exactly what he is doing which I really like. Would recommend this dentist to all my friends & family. Especially anyone who is nervous or scared this dentist is the best

Fantastic experience: Sharon is fantastic. I've had a problem with a baby tooth for years and Sharon done in 5 minutes, what I've been asking to have done by dentists or dental hospitals for years. She also has a great manner with children and my 10 year old daughter looks forward to going to the dentist now. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Badly broken tooth last Tuesday night, Chris at Glenbervie Dental Clinic fitted temporary filling on Wednesday morning, then permanent filling on Thursday morning!! Excellent service, painless, all staff made me feel relaxed & at ease, a wee hidden gem of a place!! Love it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Clinic recommended to myself and wife for Facial Aesthetics treatments. Only half hour from Edinburgh, so very handy. Sharon and her team give no obligation free consultation which put us at our ease and treatments, botox for me and fillers for my wife were painless in an immaculate clinical environment and explained in detail and they get you in for a review to monitor progress. Thee place to go imho for professional treatments. Will be back in nine months.

Fantastic experience: I wanted my teeth to be a bit more sparkly, for doing videos and presentations. I was offered a couple of options and went for a home whitening kit. It is really easy and comfortable to use and I noticed the difference after just 2 applications. Very happy and smiling.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault them in any way. One tooth came of denture on Friday morning repaired Friday afternoon. This all happened before I registered with them went today Monday to register received check up I have NEVER felt so good about going to dentist but they were all superb. Thanks to Stuart and Jayde.
