From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and tidy the entire environment is; the waiting area and the treatment rooms are absolutely spotless and very well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly and patiently. The dental assistant was also very nice and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear that the whole team takes great pride in their work and their facility. If you’re looking for high-quality care in a pristine setting, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Such a positive experience with Dr Sandra Hochdoerfer and the Practice Manager Julia. Both made me feel very at ease and welcomed. Dr Hochdoerfer listened to my concerns regarding the cosmetic appearance of my teeth and was able to provide practical advice and options, weighing each against what I was wanting to achieve. After visiting numerous Dentists who seemed to be clearly about making as much £££ out of their patients, with little regard to long term impact, I was frankly blown away with the service received. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr Sandra Hochdoerfer and Julia enough, I followed Sandra when she set up Dentologicum because she is experienced, thorough, takes great pride in her work and makes me feel that I'm in safe hands. The monthly plan is a godsend which helps avoid nasty surprises after treatment. You could eat your food off the floor its so scrupulously clean, plus easy free parking every time! Thank you Sandra and Julia, your service is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a local dentist, after ringing around numerous establishments, I came across these guys on the chester business park. I rang and Julia answered the phone, where as other establishment stated they had a 3-12 month waiting list, I rang on the Friday and had an appointment (due to a cancellation) on the Monday. I stated i had not been for a checkup in some time, they were absolutely brilliant, had some fears regarding some marks, which they took very seriously and looked at thoroughly. They took the time to go over plans, correct brushing and cleaning techniques, whitening plans and composite bonding. Both Julia and Sandra were great and it is a very clean and professional establishment. I cannot recommend these enough.

Fantastic experience: After having braces as a child I grew nervous and worried everytime I sat in the dental chair as my fear only seemed to grow stronger! Sandra and Julie were so comforting and I've been back for a a wisdom tooth removed, they checked I was ok through every step and talked to me all the way explaining what they were doing. I felt so comfortable and would love to say relaxed... but with toothache you can never really relax! They were super friendly and comforting it put me at ease. Definitely recommend visiting them if your nervous
