My dentist (Dr. Laszlo) went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were properly addressed. He even adjusted his schedule to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The staff were also incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout my visit. It’s so reassuring to meet people who genuinely care about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile to help. I sincerely hope the practice will continue to retain such an exceptional dentist. Fantastic experience: Our whole family has had a very positive experience with Talking Teeth. Both of my children and I had our initial appointments here, and we were impressed by how efficient and well-organised the practice is. The team was friendly, professional, and everything was handled smoothly. My husband had his initial appointment today, but two nights earlier he developed a very severe infection in one of his lower left teeth. The pain was so intense that he couldn't sleep all night. He contacted NHS 111 for two consecutive days, but unfortunately they were unable to arrange an emergency dental appointment for him. During his appointment today, the dentist carefully examined the tooth and prescribed antibiotics straight away. We are very grateful for this prompt treatment. Without it, we honestly don't know how many more days he could have endured the pain while waiting for emergency care. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. We highly recommend Talking Teeth to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Positive experience: Well done to these poor over worked people. Yesterday we attended an emergency appointment at this dentist with many others. Omar was apologetic for the wait still completely relaxed and professional even though it was late in the day. The receptionist was incredible so much to deal with. Brilliant experience in this day and age.

Negative experience: After a terribly botched procedure, the dentist because blamed for me it, said he ‘didn’t have to waste his time’ doing this and left me with a half finished extraction and incredible amounts of pain. DO NOT GO HERE

Negative experience: Really disappointing customer service. My daughter and I haven't been able to see a dentist in well over 3 years as our previous dentist left and they haven't been able to fill the vacancy and now we have been removed from the list. We found Talking Teeth, our first appointment was cancelled by Talking Teeth during the last heat wave as they said it was too hot for us to go in, fair enough. This afternoon we were supposed to be going in for our first appointment but I had to cancel as my daughter is currently off school poorly. We were advised that as we were cancelling our first appointent, we couldn't make a further appointment and we have now been blocked and won't be able to make another appointment! This wasn't just a check up for our daughter, she has some extra teeth growing, which is causing her pain. There is some double standards going on here, it's ok for talking teeth to cancel our appointment but it's not ok for us to cancel our appointment due to illness!!!???

Negative experience: Made a first appointment arrived on time to be told I had made a mistake ! Receptionist unsympathetic and very rude taking no responsibility for the error . On reading the reviews and looking at the state of the waiting / reception area I may have had a lucky escape.

Negative experience: Only good dentist is Omar, he's the only one getting good reviews here. The rest are awful. Was at this dentist year's and told teeth are fine. Had to leave and go to a new dentist and needed multiple fillings and a root canal. Had pain in my teeth for years at this dentists, went to white house dental practice and my teeth feel and look the best they have in years.

Negative experience: I visited the Talking Teeth dental clinic in Chester today with my husband, who was suffering from significant tooth pain. We expected that he would receive proper treatment and relief. The dentist took an X-ray and confirmed that the tooth required a root canal procedure. However, to our surprise, he informed us that he did not have the tools necessary to perform the treatment and could only prescribe antibiotics. What was even more disappointing was that, because this was an NHS appointment, he immediately suggested pursuing private treatment instead. This raised a serious concern for us — how is it possible that the clinic does not have the essential tools for NHS patients, yet apparently those same tools would be available if we paid privately? The situation felt unprofessional, unfair, and left us feeling that NHS patients are treated as a lower priority. We left the clinic without the help my husband urgently needed, and the entire experience left us frustrated and disappointed. I cannot recommend this practice based on what we experienced today.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for a 5 star service am a 48 year old man thats got a phobia of dentists so when i had to go today i was terrified but after today i can say i feel abit easier about going ever again and thats the best compliment i can give the whole place from start to finish was 1st class thank you all

Fantastic experience: Was referred here from the emergency dentist line on a Sunday morning. The receptionist was lovely and explained what was needed. Paid upfront. The dentist and the assistant were amazing. Really put me at ease for something that was nasty to fix. Even referred me to the surgical team at the COCH for the final part of my treatment.

Negative experience: Came here for an appointment through the emergency dentist, I live in Liverpool so was around 40 ish minute drive. The lady that seen me was very rude and didn’t really care about my pain just gave me a prescription and didn’t even look at my tooth properly. Was very abrupt and wasn’t very friendly. Explained that I just had a baby so the pain was very bad after giving birth and she said ‘how do you find time to have so many kids’ won’t go here again. Avoid at all costs. The lady at reception was lovely though

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Talking Teeth dentist (broken tooth from a wotsit can you believe) the friendliest receptionist staff I’ve seen in a dental practise and the level of service and professionalism from the dentist (Omar I think his name may be) fantastic, sorted my issue out straight away and put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. He even took me on as a patient knowing I was struggling to find a dentist in the Chester area. Honestly don’t listen to the negative reviews….fantastic dentist

Fantastic experience: Excellent professional knowledgeable dentist. My entire extended family see Omar and we've never been more looked after. Every 3 months for children and every 6-12 months for Adults. We are NHS patients but private is available. People that only go when something is wrong, you will loose your registration. That's how it works everywhere. BRILLIANT THANK YOU

Negative experience: A few months ago a lady dentist said there was not enough tooth left to put a proper filling in and I was charged £73 for one temporary fillingEventually found a dentist who put a proper filling in with no trouble.I absolutely felt ripped off.Only now able to report until my new filling last week.Absolute rip off wouldn't touch this dentist with barge pole.

Negative experience: Very rude dentist , with an absent bed side manner. The way she spoke to my partner was disgusting. Very abrupt. There’s a way with relaying dental advice, her technique needs work. Maybe social training?

Fantastic experience: After having to get an emergency appointment with 111, I was told to visit talking teeth in Chester. I got my appointment the same afternoon and was seen by a very quiet and calm dentist called Christian, who acted quickly and told me what was wrong and that he would be able to fix it. I went to reception after the initial appointment and the receptionist was super friendly and efficient and had me booked in for the next day. I felt so relieved. Everyone was so friendly and put me at ease. I have just had the procedure, which was quite a tricky tooth extraction and am now absolutely pain free and feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you all at Talking Teeth, Chester!

Fantastic experience: First time attending this practice couldn’t believe I got an NHS appointment. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. Omar is an absolute star actually listens to you put me completely at ease. I didn’t get his dental nurses name but she was lovely too . Would definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Was referred to this dentist over a year ago through emergency 111. Dentist sent of referral which nothing happened so I went back to them couple months later and again nothing. I first only needed one tooth taken out. After a year I needed more taken out. I waited over a year presuming I’m on a list. An infection made me chase it up. Turned out this actual dentist messed up and sent my address wrong to to who they referred it too. The receptionist was very rude and insensitive at talking teeth. Told to call back on the Monday. As a single parent struggling in pain I had no option but to go back to 111 in emergency and I told them what they did. They agreed they are in the wrong. I got to call talking teeth up today. Monday which they told me too. To tell me I’m not on the system anymore and they booted me. Unfair justice seen as receptionist was rude and it’s was talking teeth’s error and because they have gave address to who they referred to, I was wrongly discharged for appointments for extraction that I didn’t know about. Iv suffered for over a year and instead of rectifying there error in apology. They booted me instead to cover it up. Il be forwarding a complaint too

Fantastic experience: We go here as a family and Omar is so gentle and puts us at ease. Always happy to help especially with my children having orthodontic treatment and offers help and advice on keeping gums healthy when it's hard to do with braces. The reception team have been nothing but helpful too.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO dentist and nurses are so incredibly rude it’s almost laughable. The most obnoxious dismissive dentist who will speak to you like a child, makes sense why the reviews are so bad.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the dentist I saw. Caused me unbelievable pain and then threatened to kick me out of the chair mid way through a tooth extraction due to me 'making too much noise' and then gave me a 10 minute lecture on how 'he can do what he wants' Vile vile vile person. I beg you not to go to this horrible place.

Fantastic experience: Ladies at the reception always try their best to see you as soon as possible with little ones ,, and always pleasant to talk to. Omar is a great dentist always helpful in time of need and happy to fit you in if needed.

Fantastic experience: Went Monday needed very loose teeth out. Went back today ( Wednesday) had teeth taken out. Completely painless and absolutely effortless. Would recommend this dentist, been going for the last 5 years and couldn’t fault it.

Negative experience: My daughter was seen at this dentist and he made her mother feel awful by basically blaming breast feeding on my daughters tooth decay then saying he cant do anything to help leaving a child in pain I assume these idiots were bottle fed and seem to only care if you want your teeth whitening
