Fantastic experience: I’ve got a bad phobia of the dentist, and after today and the very kind staff especially Claire and Disha making me very comfortable and helping me through the issues highly recommend this place, very happy to have found this place

Fantastic experience: I came to Chester on holiday for the very first time. I suffered a catastrophe to my front teeth Bridge en route. Arrived in Chester and didn't know where to turn.  I picked up my phone in the middle of the night and Tudor house dental was there, like a  beacon of light in the dark! In the middle of the night you don't expect help or sympathy but I immediately felt better (from their Ai assistance!) The message I received was "So sorry you're suffering - don't worry we can help." left my details and got a phone call first thing in the morning! They saw me later that morning too. And they were amazing! I've had a lot of dentistry experience in my lifetime,   but none anywhere matches the service and treatment I received from Tudor Dental Practice, from their website,  to Emily on reception and the dentists themselves Discha and Millie. I can't thank them enough.  Would award 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Tudor Dentist. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was so lovely, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. Millie was absolutely brilliant with both my daughters and me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very thorough, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we all felt comfortable throughout our appointments. I travelled around 30 minutes to come here, and it was completely worth it. I've now registered as a patient myself, and we're so pleased that they were able to accept both of my daughters as NHS patients too. We're all really happy with the care we've received and would highly recommend Tudor Dentist to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental practice. Thank you

Fantastic experience: After a lot of moving around over the years I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a long time so was quite apprehensive when I decided it was time to go again as I knew things weren't in a great way! Despite this, there was absolutely no judgement from any of the team and they put me completely at ease from that first meeting helping to explain things simply and clearly. I have now been for consultations, multiple hygienist visits and a filling and it has been the same friendly, relaxed and professional service every time. I cannot thank the team at Tudor House enough for helping me get back on the right track and I only wish I'd met them sooner. Worth every penny

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely at ease, and the whole experience was far better than I ever expected a dental visit to be. Milly looked after me and she was absolutely wonderful. Her hands are as gentle as cotton wool — I genuinely didn't feel a thing throughout. She is skilled, calm and reassuring, and she takes the time to explain everything so you always know exactly what's happening. If you're someone who feels nervous about the dentist, you'll be in the safest possible hands here. The whole team deserves a mention too. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly and genuinely kind, and that welcoming atmosphere makes such a difference. I'd also like to say a special thank you to Amy, who was lovely and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It's rare to find a practice where the care, the professionalism and the warmth all come together so naturally. I left feeling relaxed, well cared for and genuinely grateful. 100% recommended — thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up, so had my son's first appointment. He is autistic and i must say, they were absolutely amazing with him. So patient with him and understanding of his sensory needs! Amazing!

I called at 9:15 am and by 10am I was in the chair. The procedure itself was done very well, Millie was amazing, I will definitely make this my regular dentist. Since becoming a patient here in February 2026, my long-standing fear of going to the dentist has gone and I now have a positive approach to attending dental appointments. Dr. Mili is very reassuring and I have full confidence in her expertise. She is caring, understanding and throughout the treatment, Mili checks that I am comfortable and okay. She explains everything and always has time to discuss the treatment and answer any questions. The dental nurses and receptionists are welcoming, friendly and also have a reassuring and caring manner. I am very pleased with the dental treatment I've had which has been very thorough and professional and I will to continue as a regular patient here.

She's one of those rare people who makes you feel completely at ease in the chair, nothing is ever rushed and nothing is too much trouble. I genuinely left feeling so well looked after. It was also my first time meeting Amy, who was absolutely lovely – really warm, welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. She instantly put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found this dentist. I originally went because I had a broken tooth which had exposed an old filling. My 1st examination with Mili was extremely thorough. Today I had my filling. I have also seen Jill the hygienist. Again she was extremely thorough and the procedure was painless. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would say this is the best dentist I have been to.

The dentist and dental nurse were extremely helpful and, rather than pushing ahead with a procedure they didn’t feel was safe for me, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain their reasoning clearly. I felt genuinely heard, reassured, and respected, which is not something I’ve always experienced in the past. I left feeling safe, cared for, and confident that my wellbeing was the priority with a plan in mind moving forward.
