Fantastic experience: I received very good high quality service and advice from ALL at this practice. I approached them because I found that they have the latest specialist equipment that my dentist did not have. After a consultation with Dr. Yousef Ibrahim, I left feeling really content to have received 1st class advice and service. A very busy practice. We are lucky to have this facility on our doorstep.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up today with Yousuf, who was exceptionally professional, warm and welcoming. He is always mindful that I am a nervous patient and consistently puts me at ease, for which I am very grateful. The reception team were equally friendly and helpful, making the overall experience positive and reassuring :)

I called them back and spoke to Stacey. My first appointment is on Monday. Very fast and extremely good communication. I am now under the same dentist as my family, so I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient. However, I felt so at ease, the reception staff and the dentist were all amazing. They talked me through everything before they did anything and talked to me about all my options and answered my million questions. I am not the best patient and they made me feel like I wasn’t being silly And really reassured me. They also went through the options like sedation if I was unable to manage my treatments. I would highly recommend for any nervous patient. Thank you for making it easier for me.

Negative experience: Always cancel the appointment then when attending we always make us enter late after our appointment!

Negative experience: Team who work there are good and I always have a good experience in the chair but it's so hard to be seen. My appointments are normally cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. You can't phone back, it just cuts you off. You need to go on the online portal or go into the practice. My appointments have been cancelled again and no refund of my deposit and I can't speak to anyone. Very frustrating tbh

She went out of her way to make sure everything was organised smoothly and answered all our questions with such patience and kindness. Dr Sandeep Kumar was also wonderful. He was very professional and made sure my mum felt comfortable throughout the procedure. His calm and reassuring manner really put her at ease, and we were both very impressed with the level of care. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Yousef Ibrahim. I have always had problems with my filling when it has to be replaced, however on this occasion it was truly a great experience. This is the first time I have received treatment with Yousef and I was so impressed! He talks you through each of the stages whilst he is doing it (something I have never experienced before as usually the dentist just gets on with it!). I didn't even feel the needle when anaesthetised which is amazing. So far so good - He has taken away all of my anxieties from having this filling replaced. Thanks Yousef and would highly recommend anyone who requires treatment with a complex/ deep filling.

Negative experience: Visiting this practice since more than a year. Had teeth filling multiple times. Front tooth fall off 4 times, got filled without additional cost but time consuming. Recent visit was waste of time. Had to walk 30 minutes to arrive on time, waited 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment but Mr. Dentist was busy, busy and busy. Won’t visit again, won’t recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dentist appointment with Dr. Vishnuprikar at Bupa, and it was a positive experience. Dr. Vishnuprikar demonstrated great professionalism, explained procedures thoroughly, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. The staff was friendly, and the clinic maintained a clean and welcoming environment. Overall, a commendable dental visit.

Negative experience: Ever since they got the new dentist into the surgery their service has declined drastically. Wouldn’t go there again. I took my son for his regular checkup and the dentist cleaned his teeth so harshly that when he got home his gums were bleeding from all that harsh scarping into the gum line.

Fantastic experience: I Came for an extraction 10th January 2024 on my wisdom tooth, the reception staff was very welcoming, the dentist was second to none. Dr Nish Solanki made me feel very welcome and helped me feel at ease throughout the extraction, it was a very quick and smooth process especially compared to past experiences, would 100% recommend this dental practice and particularly Dr Solanki who was excellent!

Negative experience: Diabolical customer service. I must have got the worst one after the Spanish inquistion finally booked an appointment. She also threatened to hang up on me because she was asking stupid questions.

I had two extractions and was surprised and satisfied with the way in which she carried out the treatment. Thank you very much for your professional support.

Negative experience: I have visited the surgery today to get the denture on but i had Very bad experience. two dentures so far and none of them was right, so bad quality and not the right measurements denture so small than the gap. When I complained about it to the dentist told me we didn't meet your expectations because this on NHS or you can go to another dentist. I have explained to her that the measurements wasn't right. I can't see any difference!!! Is that mean when your treatment on NHS they are treating you very bad than private!!!. Very bad customer service, not polite at all a part from the reception, they are friendly. I have done one before in another surgery and it was excellent but just lost it. Not advising any one to go to this surgery, Only if they want to say hello to reception staff . I Won't go back to this surgery again.

Fantastic experience: An excellent service and care

Negative experience: The prices were changed without prior announcement of that change, and after I finished my dental treatment, I discovered that the price had increased by 100 pounds. Although when I spoke to book the appointment and based on the treatment plan, this was the last appointment and the price was estimated at 300 pounds. The receptionist asked me to pay half the amount in advance and I already paid the amount. I spoke to the receptionist about this increase, and I did not know anything about it. She said, “I spoke with the doctor. I spoke with the doctor.” she said, “We apologize for that, and this was caused by the receptionists. I did not get any results. I paid the amount and left.” It turned out that I had an injury to my lip. One of the worst experiences in dealing with a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I embarked on the process of replacement dentures: Moulds taken, followed by more moulds taken, then wax dentures and finally plastic dentures. I was a bit worried about how it would all go but thankfully they were a brilliantly tight fit with no pain or constriction. Also I was given careful advice on the do's and don'ts of new dentures and the offer of help for any teething problems that may occur (please excuse the pun)! I'm an NHS patient and to be honest I couldn't wish for better value for money; all 5 stars very well earned indeed.

Fantastic experience: Quiet and friendly dental practice. The building is old and not very accessible but the team are friendly and welcoming. My dentist (Yousuf) did a great job of explaining everything he was doing and answered my many, many, many questions.
