Fantastic experience: As an apprehensive dental patient, this was my first visit to the practice and what a relief. Everyone was lovely, they put me at ease straight away. Anil, thoroughly examined my teeth and I now have clear plans going forward to sort out the problems I have. I was very embarrassed going in and very happy going out.

Fantastic experience: My son needed a front tooth bridge reattached and he said he thought the staff were very kind, he felt comfortable and it was very quick. The problem was resolved very fast so that he wasn’t uncomfortable or embarrassed walking around with a front tooth missing.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted in a very friendly way when I arrived by Lucy, on reception. My appointment was on time and both Tia and the dental nurse, I’m sorry but I didn’t catch her name, we’re very welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately. The process was explained clearly and I was given the option of anaesthetic if I wanted it. They were both very professional and thorough.

Negative experience: Went tooth acre said extraction 300 or root canal 1500 , so 300 take it out looked at price after on web site extraction from 174 root 474 , feel they ripped me off because I'm on pain if it was 474 I would have tried to save tooth but 1500 taking advantage because I was in pain , so beware rip offs now I have to live with a tooth missing, now I know why people go abroad for there teeth will be reporting too dcs which is governing body for private dentisty

Negative experience: Normally I have not had any problems but my last visit had left me pain at first and then after calling 111 a NHS dentist made me more comfortable. After nine days of the procedure I am still in discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise the 'behind the scenes ' staff enough!! Kerrianne (receptionist)in particular has been awesome. I struggled with a dental phobia for years and hadn't seen a dentist for about 15 years. The staff have been wonderful with their reassurance and demeanor. The dentist, Vik, has been amazing too (though sadly leaving). Even though he is leaving, I know that I will be well taken care of whoever I see. A special thank you to Alex and Meg also. Actually, everyone has been incredible. Sorry for forgetting names!!!

All the staff directly involved in my dental care - my dentist, hygienist and dental nurses - are very professional, pleasant and reassuring. Thank you to all concerned.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Bupa Dentist Stafford, specifically with the orthodontic dentist. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be kept waiting 15 minutes with no apology or explanation. When I was finally seen, the dentist acted completely confused and kept questioning how I had even booked the appointment — as if he had no idea why I was there. Things only got worse from there. He started discussing my personal dental issues and treatment options right at the reception, in front of other patients, with no concern for privacy or discretion. I felt completely exposed and disrespected. When I tried to raise questions or explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and then abruptly said, “OK, have a nice day,” and walked off without giving me the chance to say anything else. I travelled all the way from Wolverhampton and wasted my work lunch break for this appalling level of service. To make matters worse, I couldn’t speak to the receptionists on the way out because they were both busy, and I was in a rush to get back to work. So I called the practice shortly after. I was told I would need to speak to the practice manager, but unsurprisingly, the manager was in a meeting, and I was promised a call back. This whole experience was nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was not listened to, my concerns were brushed off, and my privacy was blatantly disregarded. Absolutely NOT recommended to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your time, your dignity, or expect even the most basic standard of care.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly reception & the appointment was on time. I’ve booked my next 6 month visit for both check up & hygienists.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a crown fitting at 11.30 this morning booked two weeks in advance. I received a phone call at 11.03 this morning to say that my crown had not arrived from the lab. Disappointed as I have paid a lot of my disposable income in full for this said crown and that I have been told 27 minutes before my appointment that it isn’t ready. Surely they must have known beforehand? I find it hard to believe the lead time for the crown, of two weeks, was not sufficient?

Negative experience: Disgraceful way to treat long term clients threatening to send debt letters when the payment is pending, I have been with bupa dentist for over 15 years and never missed paying for any treatment. Won't be going back after the threats today

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to Bupa Dental Care, Stafford for some time, as they didn't. have an N.H.S. dentist. Tia has now joined the practice and I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff on duty today, Tia, Alex and Millie. All were very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: After having a dental phobia for all of my adult life. I was faced with my worst nightmare ( a need for extensive dental procedures) Thankfully I chose Bupa Dental Stafford . Neil Sampson and Millie made it not only drama free, but made the anticipated trauma easy and it was almost a pleasure to visit this practise . They were empathetic and understanding of my phobia and helped me through the subsequent numerous visits. I would 100% recommend this practise for all dental work for anyone with any reservations about dental care Thank you Neil and Millie for giving me my smile back .

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment at Bupa Stafford today. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. Vikram, the dentist and his nurse Alex, who I saw today, were amazing. Vikram took the time to help me feel more relaxed and explained the procedure every step of the way. He did a brilliant job and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you everyone

Negative experience: Very poor customer service,very poor in running their appointments on time, I will never come back . I got there 7 minutes late due to unexpected traffic and when I got there in rush, they just cancelled my appointment eventhough I called them to let them know I am on my way ,stuck in traffic and will be there shortly and the receptionist said no problem on the phone .very disappointed. In most of my appointments , I had to sit there and wait for half an hour to be called in.

Fantastic experience: So pleased with my treatment at BUPA Stafford. Vik and all the dental professionals are fully committed to improving dental health and hygiene and fully explain the treatment and why it is needed. I feel totally reassured and I know my teeth and oral hygiene have greatly improved since I started using this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had part of my annual check up last Thursday and received a comprehensive care plan. My first treatment started today. My next treatment will be in three weeks time. I must say that at every stage, that is from appointment, check up and treatment today, my experience has been excellent and commendable.

Negative experience: Chased up an overdue NHS dental Check Up as no contact. Informed they no longer do the nhs. I can pay through the nose monthly on a plan to be seen on a simple check up. Over £300 a year. No contact, No letter, no email. Looking online I should have been given a letter and three months notice. Not that I can find another nhs dentist. I’m on a pension and can’t afford this private rate. No doubt as my teeth get worse the nhs will have to pick up the pieces again over private greed. Dentists are just like the bankers now. Pure Greed. Shocking service.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff make you feel welcome & more importantly calm! Neil is lovely guy - he’s been looking after my teeth for 26 yrs. Plan allows me to spread payments which means I get check ups & hygienist appointments every 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Finished a plan that included 4 fillings, one of which was a do-over as it was made by another dentist in Church Lane who made a mess out of it. Dr. Nerissa is outstanding in both explaining the work to be done and carrying it out with proficiency and empathy. A special thank to the assistant and the reception staff as well, I am sorry I don't know your names (booking is always with just the doctor name) but you know who you are and are all outstanding.

Anybody considering comprehensive dental work I would highly recommend this Bupa practice. Neil provided a fantastic service advising and reassuring me every step of the way and the results are amazing. All the staff (especially Neil and Millie) were exceptionally professional and polite. Many thanks to everyone for looking after me so well.

Negative experience: Very helpful and friendly staff but unfortunately this surgery no longer employs an NHS Dentist and I was informed that they will not refer me to another NHS Dentist Surgery. I am retired and a pensioner and cannot afford private treatment therefore I need to find an NHS Practice, I explained this to the staff but no help was forthcoming.

Fantastic experience: ***** customer service and treatment. I visited this dental practise after relocating. I have never experienced such refreshing customer service like it. The receptionist were so warm welcoming. I then got called in for my treatment. The dentist named Ash and her nurse were so empathic, relaxed and took time and didn’t make me feel rushed, as I suffer with really high anxiety. I would highly recommend the team in general, they are so hard working and you could really see how passionate they are in their working but also care for patients. So refreshing I have found this practise that I know I’m in safe hands.

Negative experience: We have been with this dentist for years....went in today to book my check up....a dentist has left so we have been struck off as nhs patients...family of 4...we were not even told. Disgraceful

Negative experience: They cancelled an appointment for a 13 year old and then when we tried to book another appointment we was told there were no NHS dentists there anymore. And they don't know when or if they'll get funding from NHS in the future.Disgusting customer service BUPA will be proud Putting money first instead of care. Five stars more like minus five

Fantastic experience: Everyone is super friendly here, my recent appointment for tooth extraction didn't go so well for me, but I felt I was in good hands as the dentist himself was very kind and patient with me and seems to be really brilliant at his job! It really helps the situation when your dentist is pleasant and polite! :)

Positive experience: I have used this service for many years during it's various stages of development and ownership. I have found the service and standard of care to be consistently high. The service is readily accessible and responsive to emergency need. Technology, methods and materials are developing and improving all the time. My only reservation is the demise of NHS care in favour of the growth in private practice. This service is very good, but it comes at a price that many people would struggle to afford.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist !!!! The team are always so helpful and friendly. My daughter has autism and high anxiety and is so nervous about just even check ups and today especially when we had to go.
