Negative experience: Horrendous experience. My daughter never wants to return to a dentist again. Would highly suggest not attending with children especially if they are in pain and need treatment/reassurance.

Fantastic experience: Staff are professional and helpful. The ease of scheduling appointments is great and I never wait longer than 10min after my appointment time. Great service and a lovely practice!

Negative experience: Rude receptionist. Will most definitely not be booking in. In response: I was initially looking for an estimate cost for approx 25k-36k treatment. Absolutely did not expect to be met with such a hostile rude woman, especially from Bupa. Your receptionist told me I should go elsewhere, so I did.

She puts me at ease immediately and always provides the best care and advice for my teeth. The surgery is modern, clean and all the equipment is up to date. Overall a very satisfying experience every time.

Fantastic experience: It has been almost 3 months since Theo fitted a front tooth implant for me. I wasn't an easy case, having fractured my front tooth and twisted my lateral incisor after being tripped up by my dog, but I couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank you Theo.

Fantastic experience: I attended Bupa Poundbury for a second opinion, when my NHS dentist stated that a tooth had to come out. I was put under the excellent care of Dr Diana Nuca who was able to root fill, and so save the tooth. My impression of this surgery is one of total professionalism in a relaxed environment.

Fantastic experience: My family have been attending this dental practice for over 5 years. Early in 2021 I required root canal work to save a tooth. Serena McKena looked after the job. Serena is extremely considerate in every step she takes, a disarming, relaxing style combined with a forensic attention to detail made for a thoroughly successful treatment. She also happens to have great taste in music but that's another story. Her support staff deserve credit too, in particular Lydia and Helena, very pleasant and diligent professionals. The front of house staff are very efficient and reliable too in our experience. If you want quality service look no further. We've been extremely satisfied with the team at Poundbury.

Fantastic experience: Been twice now, once for implant work and once for general check up. Both Theo Tamas and Diana Nuca are exceptionally professional. They have a great deal of care, consideration, extremely informative and generally lovely people. The reception staff also very lovely and bend over backwards to get things rolling and at no time felt the practice was cash driven. Quite the opposite. can't recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Unfortunately due to the Receptionist today who spoke to me about my dentistry - this was approximately @13.00 on 24/7/18 she jumped down my throat- was exceptionally rude and also told me I had to use their hygienist, I cannot believe that she has this manner to paying Clientele, as the dentist Andrew is very good, it is a shame she spoils this experience, customer service skills may be not her forte?
