Fantastic experience: I have been attending these dentists for a number of years. My most recent visit with Omar was for cosmetic reasons to make a small front tooth that disappears in photos, look more prominent. The tooth now looks correct and I can smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a dentist as thorough and reassuring as Omar. He takes the time to clearly explain exactly what’s happening and why, which made me feel informed throughout the whole process. He’s also very personable - which helped calm my nerves so much! The dental nurse, Lucy, was brilliant as well. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great conversation throughout. Together they made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely positive. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Today I had 8 teeth taken out by Omar. I just want to thank you and your assistant (sorry I forgot her name) for putting me at ease with your patience and understanding of what was a big ordeal for me. I’ve had to have lots of dental work over the years but I can honestly say he’s the best dentist I’ve had do work on my teeth. They talked to me and made sure I was at ease throughout the procedure for which I was very grateful. A big heartfelt thank you from me to the both of you.

Fantastic experience: I've visited the Bridges Dental Centre a few times recently and felt I must comment on the excellent treatment I have received. My Dental Surgeon Omar was exceptionally polite, friendly and thorough, detailing each aspect of what needed to be done in an easy to understand but professional way. He was ably assisted by Lucy who was much more friendly and helpful, both of them providing a relaxed and calming atmosphere. From the receptionist through to the Dental Team, thank you very much, I hope I don't see you again for a bit...!

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. I turned up on time for my appointment only to be told it had been moved the day before and I was informed. I corrected them and told them I had not been informed. They refused to see me. And they told me if I was going to get angry I could leave. No apology offered.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to see Omar Elgammal, who was very understanding of how nervous and anxious I was. He was very patient and explained clearly each step of my treatment.The dental nurse, Lucy vitorino, was very reassuring too and helped me to stay calm and talked calmly to reassure me throughout my treatment.

Saw my dentist this morning Omar Elgammal . He is really nice and friendly and puts you at ease . Which is nice for me as I’m a very nervous patient. Fantastic experience: I very reluctantly go to the dentist, I am an extremely nervous patient. But my dentist Adam has been amazing at every appointment and his dental nurse always keeps me calm and checks on me regularly throughout my visit. I would even say, I no longer mind going now!!!! Fantastic experience: I've attended this practice for a number of years and have always been impressed by the professional and caring nature of all the staff. A recent diagnosis when a filling was advised was later dealt with by dentist Omar - who kept me fully-informed throughout the process. He was ably assisted by Minnie - and I was very surprised to hear she was still in training as they made a great team.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this dentist for years, they are always supportive understanding with finance's and always put your health first. I recently went in with a filling which fell out the receptionist Gemma was so kind helped me feel at ease as I was worried about money and affording to fix this I was in agony. I got a same day appointment with Ashwynn who I’ve been seeing for a few years now He’s always made me feel at ease and I always leave the surgery happy and relieved. I had a temp filling the same day and no longer in agony I can’t recommend this dental practice enough ! Thank you

Negative experience: Constant marketing texts with no unsubscribe button. I had one appointment here 4 years ago and they text me weekly.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 teeth removed and a new denture fitted absolutely 100% happy with the treatment received by Omar and his assistant Lucy went above and beyond to make sure I was ok throughout the procedure and explained everything I’m normally anxious when it comes to dentist but Omar and Lucy are so caring and I felt really relaxed very happy with everything Thankyou Omar and Lucy

Fantastic experience: Today I underwent a surgical removal of a tooth which had broken almost to the gum line...I am a very nervous patient and was really anxious about my procedure. Omar is my dentist with Lucy as his dental nurse...they are an amazing team. Omar was so understanding and explained everything to me and really made me feel so much better about everything, even though I was still very anxious his manner and the way he calmly did the procedure helped so much. Lucy was so lovely, she endured my very tight hand squeezing like a star and kept checking in with me along the way. I would 100% recommend the practice...Omar and Lucy must never leave! Negative experience: I have booked an appointment with them as I did have very good experience with MyDentist in Poole. But I would not recommend this one. Very expensive, although I have had an emergency appointment. Still the tooth is not fixed after 2 visits. Would not recommend it. Will be looking for other dentist in Weymouth. On the bright side the reception staff are very friendly.

Positive experience: Finally got an NHS check up after an 18 month delay - although I was seen almost a year ago for an emergency appointment

Fantastic experience: Have used bridges dentist a couple of times recently and would like to give praise where it's due , we recently needed an appointment really fast due to severe pain , I spoke to caitlin who couldn't of been more helpful she got us seen really quick , she even followed up the appointment with a phone call to go over our next steps and give us options , she went above and beyond to help with finance our concerns and even getting our next appointment sorted , she really made a stressful time so much easier, so nice to finally have someone on the phone who is sympathetic, helpful and polite . Some who answer the phone could benefit from learning from her , Wouldn't hesitate to use bridges again due to this experience.

Negative experience: Needed a loose crown sorted. The fix lasted less than 2 weeks before it came loose again I was told by reception that I would not be charged, but still received a bill for £89. Not happy at paying twice for same treatment. Will not be returning

Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist as an emergency patient, I was in a bad way..I joined the list and waited to be accepted as a patient.. Thank goodness they did.. From the moment I walked into reception to seeing Dr Ashwin I felt at ease..I've always hated going to the dentist I can honestly say I love my dentist..they gave me my smile back and I can eat properly now to me..that's priceless..looking forward to my next appointment.. Thank you to all of you for everything x

Negative experience: Had my December 2022 check up cancelled. Received a text two weeks later telling me I was overdue a check-up, and to phone them to book an appointment. After doing exactly as told, and spending 32 minutes on hold, I was then told there was no dentist available and they are not currently able to book appointments.

Negative experience: The receptionist here lets down the whole practice, unfortunately I don’t know her name, but the inability to do her job is mind blowing The other one interjected & dealt with my request in seconds, extremely helpful. I’m sorry to leave a poor review, honestly bring issues to light and brings about change

Negative experience: Called in March to book an appointment as I was in pain with wisdom teeth. Was told the soonest they had was November (!), gets to 2 days before an appointment I've waited 8 months for and they tell me they've cancelled it. Husband had booked holiday from work to look after the baby while I went. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks and try get up those stairs with a baby. Not even remotely sympathetic response from the staff.

Negative experience: Awful service! Opening hours are shocking not working people friendly at all! 8 till 5 only. I guess benefit friendly only for people who don't have to work. Ide have paid private or NHS if I could have got an appointment to suit. Completly unhelpful I'm shocked to say the least.

Negative experience: Awful! Have had toothache now for nearly 3 weeks. Have had an emergency appointment - did nothing, had wisdom tooth removed in February waited 4 months for the follow up appointment - did nothing. Happy to take the £65 everytime I visit though. Wish there was another nhs dentist in the town

Negative experience: Waited 3bmonths orr an appointment letting them know I had broken teeth. Just found out my appointment was changed again also.... I've waited 3 months and now there not taking on NHS patients and I should just call 111... Disgusting how you can do that to someone who been asking for emergency treatment and you told him to wait and now you tell that sane person to just jog on...

Fantastic experience: I was not their patient but needed urgent treatment. My bridge of crowns had snapped due to a decayed tooth under the end crown. I called in because they were near to the car park I parked in. The receptionist was most helpfull and they were able to fit me in immediatly. Lucky I know. The dentist Ashwynn and his assistant were superb, he explaind everything and needed to extract a wisdom tooth. The whole procedure was efficient and pain free and as a private patient the cost was very reasonable. I shall definatly return when I need further treatment.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful customer service from the Dentist. Showed no compassion whatsoever. After waiting 6 months for my appointment that had previously been cancelled three times, I was refused treatment due to out of date x-rays - which was due to three previous appointments being cancelled!!

Negative experience: Avoid Bad service, No respect for patients Appointments cancelled lot of time If you want to change appointment date, next appoint will be available in couple of months I would recommend do not go there for dental treatment. Find someone better than this.
