Fantastic experience: As someone with a genuine fear of the dentist, I honestly can’t recommend this practice highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, every member of the team makes you feel welcome, calm, and completely at ease. They truly go above and beyond for anxious patients, taking the time to explain everything, never rushing you, and always checking that you’re comfortable throughout your appointment. Their kindness, patience, and understanding have made such a difference to my confidence, and they are completely changing the way I feel about visiting the dentist. The level of care and compassion they show is exceptional, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I never thought I’d say this, but I now walk into appointments feeling reassured and a little less terrified. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism, empathy, and outstanding care. If you’re a nervous dental patient like me, this is absolutely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentists! I've been going to them for over 20 years and they are really good - warm and friendly staff, efficient, nice premises and I've always felt very well looked after. I normally see D (Daksha) and she's great but this last time I saw Gita and she was lovely - explained everything and was gentle and helpful. I left feeling cared for it was such a nice experience. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a very difficult root canal carried out by Dee, who was calm, patient, and reassuring throughout. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other private practices I’ve looked at in the area. I would genuinely recommend this practice.

On Tuesday 3rd June, I had an 80 minute appointment with Dee the dentist and Katy the dental nurse it was very relaxed, comfortable and painless. The girls made it a lovely fun experience and I came out with the best smile that I have had for some years.I had Cosmetic dental treatment and have been amazed at the transformation and confidence it has given me. Very well worth it . Money well spent. The entire practice is somewhere I enjoy going as everyone is so lovely. A huge thank you to all the Dentists,Dental nurses and of course the receptionists.

Fantastic experience: I have always been scared of dentist, so when I had a toothache, I knew I had to go and have it seen to. The tooth couldn't be repaired so had to be taken out. I was soo scared, but my dentist Devina and her assistant was soo kind, and put me at ease, I didn't feel any pain. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you soo much

Fantastic experience: Without the great care and attention of Dee and the hygienist team my admission to the hospital for treatment would not have happened. Both the removal of a cancerous growth on my forehead and the changing of medication to reduce the swelling of my gums is solely down to their intervention.

I was very happy with the results. Patrica & the staff were amazing, everything was sterile and immaculate & the aftercare was great. Fantastic experience: Joining Birchington Dental Care was the best thing I've done. Dee, is very thorough , takes time to explain everything and gives a running commentary as she works. It is such a refreshing change to my previous NHS dentist who was just watching the clock and wanted me out of the room as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: From the reception staff, Hygienist to my lovely Dentist Geeta. Every visit is a pleasure, everyone without exception are friendly and professional. Did so much to accommodate me and treated me the same day I phoned with, what turned out to be an infection. The SMS reminders are great so no appointment is missed.

My fear of dentists has gone, I would go as far as saying it's almost a pleasure attending because the team make you feel welcome and at ease. Positive experience: I have used thus practice under Mr Egan who retired and recently returned but not the high standard when he ran it. I question the reviews and beware some might be fake which is common on this site.

Fantastic experience: Being petrified of the dentist, and not been for about 8 years, I was having gum problems, I thought I have got to do something about it, so looked at dentists in Birchington, and read the reviews of Birchington Dental Care, and must say I was impressed, and I can honestly say, from the first phone call speaking to the receptionist who made me feel very relaxed, to seeing the dentist, then seeing the hygienist, they really are such lovely ladies, very gentle and make you feel at ease, and I can honestly say I will be going to this practice on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: I fractured a front tooth veneer and was feeling pretty freaked out about it especially as I hate going to the dentist usually and I was worried I'd be without a veneer for weeks . The practice saw me immediately and I have literally had the best dental treatment I have ever had. Gita the dentist was so calming and professional and made me feel so relaxed despite everything.. She sorted me out with a fantastic temporary veneer which was a relief. I'm so glad that I have found Gita and this practice. All my other dental treatment has been really poor in comparison to the professionalism of this place So many thanks

Fantastic experience: I saw Devina a couple of weeks ago with an infected wisdom tooth, she gave me antibiotics and I was booked in to have the tooth removed today. To say I was terrified is an understatement and Patricia immediately put me at ease. I cannot fault this lovely dental practice. They are all so kind and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing!!! I have always had fluorosis of my front teeth, I had an appointment with Dee for the Icon white spot treatment and I honestly cannot believe how white my front teeth now are and no signs of fluorosis at all!!! I also have Gita as my regular dentist, she has been beyond incredible and patient with my children who are both dental phobic. She spends time talking with them and explaining what she is going to do in order to make them feel comfortable. Would highly recommended this treatment and also Birchington Dental Care. Friendly, compassionate and reassuring staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Thank you all so much!
