Fantastic experience: I had 3 fillings done and the one came out. Dentist fitted a new different filling and did not charge me. Very professional and helpful. Would recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Farah on Saturday and just wanted to take the time to give feedback on how friendly and professional she was. The work she did for me (a filling) was excellent — I’m very happy with it. It was smooth and comfortable, with no sharpness or discomfort at all. Above all, the best compliment you can give someone is that they are a genuinely nice human being with a great personality.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. Most recently, I e-mailed on a Saturday morning asking for an emergency appointment. I had hoped that the Reception Team would read it first thing on Monday morning. Around 5 minutes later I received a call, asking me if I would like to see them that same afternoon! For an anxious patient, this was such a relief. The receptionists were very kind and as for the dentist I saw, she was so patient, gentle and reassuring. Just a brilliant service from a dental practice with very high standards.

Negative experience: Always super difficult to get hold of over the phone. May aswell not have a reception!

Fantastic experience: Had Invisalign to straighten my teeth and a veneer. Shiva and Bandana were amazing! They were a great team. Shiva talked me through the whole process at each stage. She was so supportive. Gave great attention to detail and her standards were very high. Completely trusted her and Bandana. Whole thing took about 8 months and so proud to show off my teeth! Receptionists very friendly too!!

Fantastic experience: They are just amazing. When I call or ask for anything, first of all for my mum, Jo the receptionist is so helpful, always has a kind word to the customers. She is an asset for the Surgery.

Negative experience: Do not bother. Missed one appointment. My mistake due to Hart surgery pending.. Was strock of list. Sent apolay not even a reply. From printsable. I didn't even won't to give 1 star. Have now got new dentist with 6 star surface. Hue under stand customer service. Mr a.p.smith.

Dentists are always professional and kind, and I have been particularly impressed with how they have interacted with my daughter. As a result she loves visiting the dentist! Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I have been a patient here for several years and been very happy with my treatment from the dentists, hygienist and reception staff. I have had appropriate referrals when needed. I always arrive in good time and understand the need to wait outside due to COVID.

Positive experience: I’m giving this dentist a 3 star rating because, their work is great, but their attitude toward service users and serious lack of empathy is appalling. Twice I have been physically sick after being made to feel disgusted with myself for being up to 4/5 mins late for an appointment, because I’ve either been caught up in extremely bad traffic or family commitments has made me have to rush to my appointment. When you try to explain at the door, you just get told, “I’m sorry, but your too late, and then the door gets shut in your face, literally”

Fantastic experience: I lived in Guildford for a number of years and during this time Sugi, my dentist at this practice, has been kind, gentle, reassuring, complimentary, and an amazing Dentist..this coming from a person who used to fear any dentist! So much so that even now I'm miles away from the area. I still go here for my checkup/clean..which I did, today. Since the restrictions, I didn't know how things would have changed, but if anything she was even better and more helpful and knowledgeable! Her assistants are always perfect too..as are the staff in reception, I cannot praise this practice, and Sugi in particular..highly enough. Thank you Northdene! and Sugi!!!

Negative experience: Kids dentist went on maternity leave. Called the surgery for appointment and was told best to wait until she returned! Ok, that is fine I thought at the time. Then my husband has been having pain in his tooth for over 7 months and now it is so bad that he cannot sleep. He did not want to be a burden to the surgery in covid times. So I called and asked for an appointment and was told that we were no longer registered. WHAT! We were never told about this. NEVER. Not when we registered with this dental surgery or at any other time. Not when I called to get the kids booked in either. We were told to WAIT until dentist returned. The opposite of what they are supposed to tell us. The receptionist was so horrible to me on the phone. In covid times to have a dental surgery that cares so little about their patients is beyond me. The treatments I have received have also been badly done. For over 1 year I have asked to be referred to a specialist for a root canal that this surgery did so badly that I now have to see a specialist for. I have still not been referred. It has been over one year. All this is I was accepting and now they have simply kicked us off their list and told us to fend for ourselves. Please register with another dentist. This is not ok.

Fantastic experience: Like this surgery a lot. Tried a few Nhs Dentists and the few I tried were terrible. Northdene does a good job and doesn’t rob you for it. Been here 14yrs now and will continue.

Fantastic experience: Having relocated to Guildford recently, nothing was too much trouble in registering me to the Practise. Today I had my first appointment with Fulva Vyas, absolutely a brilliant experience very thorough and professional. Fulva and her assistant are a great team who seek to reassure you throughout treatment. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Dr. Asjadi who is absolutely fabulous! She had a lot of patience for someone as anxious as me when going to the dentist.

Negative experience: I checked in, was waking for over 30 minutes. For them to tell me that they had an emergency appointment take my slot. That’s fine, but don’t not tell me and make me wait. Then the head dentist saw me, but the reception staff did not tell her it was a filling, so she assumed that it was just a check-up. Her assistant was huffing and puffing making me feel very unwelcome. It’s not my fault they did not tell them. Then got a prescription, but it was not correctly filled out and the chemist would not accept it. Then to top it off they cancelled an appointment I had 6 months prior with only 2 days’ notice. Rubbish service and very poor communication.

Fantastic experience: On Friday the 6th October my 7 year old daughter fell over in school and badly knocked her two front teeth, she was in pain and crying like we have never heard before, Dr Vincent Li and his assistant very kindly chose to stay late to see her, my husband stated that Dr Li was amazing with her, not only did he build her teeth back up but he really went out of his way to keep her calm and comfortable, he had a natural ability to give comfort to a small child who was so scared and traumitused. I was so worried that my child was going to be scared of going to the dentist in the future but he’s achieved quite the opposite, he’s an absolute star and I couldn’t recommend him enough, my little girl can’t wait to see him again in two weeks time. Thank you so much for all you did for her, u really are there for your patients and clearly go above and beyond your call of duty. Many thanks The fox family x
