It was an excellent experience for my first dental visit here in the UK. Dr. Inas's light hands ensured I didn't feel any discomfort during the filling. Fantastic experience: I visited Surrey Dental Practice today. I came all the way from London. Tracey at the reception was very quick to respond my email request last week, and they immediately arranged an appointment for my root canal treatment - which was really appreciated! My treatment was carried out by Nadia, who -just as her assistant whose name I can't remember- was very gentle and considerate. They took the fact that I am pregnant well into account and comforted me throughout the procedure. I haven't felt any pain at all. They were both professional and kind! I'm very happy with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: Dr Asta Lockton I was very anxious and she was very kind and gentle let me have breaks I didn't need to put my arm up she knew which made my experience better and anxiety went . Her assistant was great aswell . Have already booked next appointment which I don't normally do as don't like the dentist .

Fantastic experience: Inas is my dentist and she is lovely. Today I was seen by another person in the dental team to have a tooth removed. I was extremely nervous as a previous tooth removal in hospital wasn't great. I was made to feel at ease and my worries were listened too and every care was taken to get me through the procedure. Over the course of a year, I've had various treatments completed, where Dr Inas took the time to explain each step and made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional attitude. Negative experience: Decent but quite expensive so be careful. 165£ for a teeth cleaning and check up without comprehensive x-rays.

Dr. Faisal and her nurse assistant Chaimaa just did an excellent extraction of a tooth, above and beyond their support today I am resting for the next few days . I am not an easy patient I am very scared and sensitive. They took me into the room and they have supported/calm me feeling very welcomed. Dr. Faisal you become my dentist idol, easy 10/15 min. done the extraction no pain at all … Strongly recommended this clinic from reception,Tracey . Negative experience: I would avoid this dental practice as they took my money in advance and when I turned up to the appointment they cancelled my appointment, they didn't call to let me know before hand, i had taken a day off especially for the appointment which means I lost a day's pay plus I had to wait for them to return my money. Very poor service Update on your message. Firstly you did not take a deposit as it was the whole amount for the session which was £70. Secondly you wouldn't of had this review as I wanted to give you another chance but when you told me over the phone that you require payment upfront because I might not turn up to the session was absolutely poor service as you did the same thing to me in the first place, these where your exact words over the phone.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist has been there for a good few years and is fast answering phone and dealing with queries. Inas dealt with my broken tooth with an assessment and resolution on the same day. Was attentive and informed me of possible future issues and future considerations. Didnt have any expectations as i very rarely visit dentists, doctors or hospital. I was pleasantly surprised with my outcome.

Fantastic experience: I called after not seeing them in a few years, I told them i was in pain and was booked for next day which i was really impressed with. Unfortunately the pain i thought was a filling which i was told about 2.5 years ago but didn't get done has now worsened and now required a root canal and 2 other fillings! I was offered an interest free payment option as the cost was alot more than the initial filling i was expecting. I then had root canal with Nadia and 2 x fillings and crown with Inas (the practice owner) all was booked in quickly and carried out relatively painlessly (mouth injections are never nice) they are friendly but also professional which is eassuring, Inas managed to save a tooth with a tricky side filling which was close to nerve which is great and hopefully means no need for another root canal. Also they gave me prescription for special tooth paste which i requested with no hassle. Its not cheap and its a shame no NHS treatment budget left but the prices seem in line with other dentists and all the staff are lovely. They provide good follow up Defiantly would recommend

I had to bring my baby to my appointment with the hygienist. What could've been a stressful nightmare was actually such a positive experience. Negative experience: Had an issue with a teeth and dentist booked me in to have a crown but I opted for an extraction instead. After that they said they will contact me but never and every time I tried requesting an appointment for a tooth extraction, they never got back to me. If I opted for the crown, they would treat me like a VIP

Today I visited Dr Chitra for hygiene appointment with airflow., I’ve have seen many hygienist but have to say Dr Chitra was so gentle and spoke with me throughout the whole experience, best hygienist visit I’ve had.
