Fantastic experience: I had a complex wisdom tooth extraction done by Alexandros Zeimpekis at this practise. The procedure was quick and he explained absolutely everything. I had to have the stitches removed in Wales whilst I was working away. The dentist looked in my mouth and said the work done was art. She called in a bunch of other staff to see. She said it was the best work she has seen. I showed her the original X-rays and she said the surgeon must have been exceptionally competent to pull it off and have it heal like this. Would happily use this practise again

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Sen and Nurse Shilu for a deep cleaning and removal of one of my third molars. The entire procedure went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Sen is extremely friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain every step clearly. I really appreciated the feedback and reassurance throughout the treatment. Nurse Shilu was equally excellent — very supportive, attentive, and handled all assisting tasks with great skill and care. Their teamwork made the whole experience comfortable and stress‑free. The clinic maintains a clean, welcoming environment, and the staff are polite and efficient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Dr. Sen and Nurse Shilu to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Dr. Bimalpreet Kumar at the London Road Dental Practice in Guildford! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Dr. Kumar is not only incredibly skilled but also so gentle. I had a few treatments done, and the hygiene session was the most comfortable I've ever had – truly pain-free! She explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and the London Road Dental Practice for their exceptional and gentle dental care!

Fantastic experience: I made a very last minute appointment as a new patient for a check up before starting chemo and found that I needed some fillings. As time was so short, Dr Anbazhagan stayed on 90 minutes after the practice had closed, to get the work done, so that I was safe to start chemo. She also gave me lots of advice for keeping my teeth and gums healthy during chemo. Amazing, kind, service. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I chipped a tooth at 2am on a Saturday morning. I was able to book an appointment online for that afternoon (or even that morning!) even though I wasn't a patient. Dr Anbazhagan was incredible, as someone who is ridiculously scared of going to the dentist, I felt very cared for and listened to, she was extremely patient, kept reassuring me, and checked with me regularly that I was OK to continue. Less than an hour later I walked out with 2 restored teeth, and the confidence to make another appointment for a full work up with the hope that down the line I'll be happy with my smile.

Fantastic experience: I had my son booked in for an extraction at another practice in a few weeks time, but the tooth had started to really hurt so I called Guildford Dental Practice as I required an emergency appointment. They were able to fit us in promptly and I am so glad they did. Not only did they manage to fix the problem but they managed to do it without an extraction which the other practice had said was required. The dentist and her assistant were lovely and very nurturing in nature which put my son at ease. The work carried out was fantastic and I was really expecting to pay more for everything they had done. My son actually enjoyed his visit and wanted me to snap a picture for mum who could not make the appointment. I will be using your services again, thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: I had long standing problems with my teeth and gums.I had my treatment all the time in Germany after initial bad experience with a Dentist in London. I am a Doctor in A E . When I worked in Guildford , I came to know about this practice and the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli . Initially I was hesitant , but thought of giving a try ...it's probably the best decision I made to save my teeth and keep up my oral Hygiene. She was honest, competent and knowledgeable Dentist. She did not do procedures to rip me off monetarily... and the treatment was appropriate , meticulous and excellent standard. The staff in the Practice are excellent . I thank every one of them. As a A E doctor, I know lots of people turn up in A E with dental problems, most of them had no access to a good , competent Dentist. I will strongly recommend the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli for your dental, gum and oral care. I wish them good future and very happy New Year !!! Dr Devasundaram Ramachandran

Fantastic experience: Got a tooth extraction today, so smooth, did not even realize it had been done and was a very fast procedure, would recommend an will be sticking with them.

Negative experience: I went for a hygiene and polishing on a Wednesday, the dentist was extremely rough and my teeth were very sensitive afterwards. On the next Friday my growing wisdom tooth started to ache - this was an area the dentist paid special attention to and it hurt very much when he was going at it. By Saturday I couldn’t open my mouth, had a massive infection on my tooth that even started going down to my throat and was in agonising pain. I had to call 111 twice and had an emergency dentist appointment with the NHS and had to be put on amoxicillin for 5 days. I had NEVER experienced an infection before and my wisdom tooth has been growing for 2 years. I believe it to be too much of a coincidence that only 2 days after leaving the GDP I get extremely ill when I’m not prone to it. I paid £125 for the hygiene, had to pay £65 at the NHS + £9 for the antibiotic. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Negative experience: The dentist was gentle and I got the appointment the same day. I had a food trap between my upper right forth tooth and the crowned fifth. The food trap was caused by the filing recently done by a dentist at another practice. However my experience at Guildford Dental Practice was very disappointing too. After spending £270 (£120 for the consultation and £150 for replacement of the filing) and going through the unpleasant experience of having my tooth drilled I am now in, what seems to me, a worse situation than before. The filing felt tight at the beginning and I was told that this tightness was normal, but within days bits and pieces of the filing started to fall out, and I struggle again with the food trap I had before. The dentist offered to rectify the problem at no extra charge, but I decided to seek help elsewhere because I cannot trust a dentist who cannot get things right the first time.

Fantastic experience: If you want quality care and "patient first" treatment, this is the place. You will receive more than your money's worth. Professional in every way. Highly recommend....

Fantastic experience: Being the son of a dentist I am probably more aware of the issues of care and expertise than many who need the services of their dentist. I can, without any exaggeration, assert that Dr. Ben Kazem has the best manner of patient care that I have experienced in my 60 plus years of dental needs. It is also reassuring that he not only has some of the most up to date technology but seems to be rather more comfortable using it than many others who may have the same equipment. Ben receives my wholehearted endorsement as the best dentist I have ever had.

Negative experience: Dr. Kazem performed two root canal treatments on my 15-year old daughter and refused to give her anaesthetic. It was the most excruciating pain that she ever felt, and she has been terrified about dental treatment ever since. Shocking, indeed sadistic, treatment. To be avoided.
