Fantastic experience: This practice is top class and made even better with Jal as my dentist. He always tries to preserve a tooth if at all possible rather than extract it. Dentistry as its best.

Fantastic experience: I have had quite a lot of work done recently. This practice is so good. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and always put one at one's ease. Jal is an amazing, friendly and approachable dentist. His work is superb. He and Millie make a great team!

Fantastic experience: Mr Patel was on time and he and the nurse were thoughtful and efficient and friendly. It was a big job, replace broken filling, but the charge was as estimated. Thoroughly recommend. However if you are very elderly or infirm, the long staircase up might be a problem.

Fantastic experience: I changed dentist as wasn't happy they were looking after me as they should and, so glad i have I went to Warren house and had some dental work done before my teeth had a course of whitening so that after that was done could start my micro bonding finished today my treatment, and am delighted with my teeth and all the team there are very helpful professional and I a so please I am now with them. Special thanks to Dr Jalpesh Patel and his lovely dental nurse that did my amazing teeth today and for all your hard work so delighted.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that Nathan is the best and nicest dentist I have ever had, and I'm pretty old, so that's a long time. Fantastic experience: Our son needed to have two teeth removed. He was a very nervous patient as had a bad experience at another dentist when he was much younger. Nathan and his assistants could not have been better with him. Talked him through everything and reassured him constantly, with a very calm manner. For what is usually not a very nice experience, it couldn’t have gone any better or smoother thanks to the team.

Fantastic experience: This really is a fantastic Dental Practice. I am a VERY nervous patient due to horrible experiences with dentists in the past, but as soon as I arrived I immediately felt reassured. I have usually seen Rohini, and she is so kind and patient, while remaining honest about what needs doing. She always listens to my concerns and finds a way to work around problems and never makes me feel silly or patronized. I have a few teeth issues going on due to bad advice and treatment in the past as well as just having rubbish teeth, but I can now see a plan to improve things. Thank you Rohini and team.

Negative experience: Been going here for 30 years. My last appointment was my last time. It has really gone downhill. I hadn't been for a while so was charged a for a new patient check up. Loyalty obviously means nothing. Appointment was very late which is fine, but none of the staff told me. I found the dentist very condescending and then my follow up appointment was cancelled with no notice.

Fantastic experience: Nathan and his team continually offer friendly, caring and informative dental care to all of our family. The replacement crown I had fitted recently looks and feels fantastic - I only wish I'd had it done sooner! Great job Nathan. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Regrettably, the concept of a family dentist where you can develop a special relationship of trust and support is fast becoming a thing of the past. Fortunately, Nathan and his great team are bucking this trend and you would be mad to use anyone else!

Fantastic experience: This practice has been turned around by the new management. The staff I met were very polite and friendly, and it was clear to see that they were much happier in their work. I was recommended to come to this practice by a friend, and I have been very happy with my treatment so far. I have even brought by boys here and they commented what a nice bloke the dentist was, so they must be doing something right! Highly recommend 5/5

Negative experience: Myself and my family have been coming here for over 30 years and used to receive great care (hence our loyalty). Sadly they are now under new management and it's not longer the friendly practice it used to be. I was called two hours before my appointment (that I had booked several weeks in advance and had booked time off work for) to be told that I can no longer be seen as an NHS patient because I haven't been there in the last 6 months. I explained that I have never been told this before and that I'm pregnant so I qualify as NHS regardless. They told me in no uncertain terms that they will only honour NHS to those who have been regularly (note I've been since I was an infant and the last time I went was just over a year ago)- so pregnant or not it made no difference. They then told me they would cancel my appointment. I think this is a shocking way to treat loyal customers- especially with 2 hours notice. Consequently all of my family have decided to move practice, who would want to put any trust in a company that has changed so abruptly!

Fantastic experience: Nathan was fantastic this morning, if fact the whole team took me seriously when I left a panicked voice mail saying my whole front tooth had broken over the weekend. I was seen 1st thing, put at ease and a plan in place! Thanks so so much.

Fantastic experience: Professional, Pleasant and family friendly. Nathan and all the team at Warren House Dental Practice are an example of how a family dental practice should be run. They are extremely welcoming, considerate and put the patients at the heart of their practice. Since Nathan has taken over, the practice has undergone extensive refurbishment and he plans to bring the most modern dental equipment and techniques to the Cranleigh high street. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My recent root canal treatment was painless and I have a new high quality crown. The surgery has been modernised over the last year and is very well equipped. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have, like so many others of my age (60) had childhood nightmares attached to Dentists. So when I was fortunate enough to meet Nathan Green over 15 years ago I was reassured so much so by his care and attention that I have followed him to his practice in Cranleigh. I hasten to add this is not at all local to me (30 minute drive). Nathan and his team are excellent from the friendly reception staff, kindly nurses and experienced Dentists. Fantastic experience: Warren House Dental and Nathan Green in particular, is simply the finest Dentist I have ever known, and probably the best qualified. Careful, considerate and keen not to do any work that is really not necessary. I have been taught how to use Teepee brushes, every night, and this has reversed years of poor care by me. He seems have invested heavily in this tired old practice, transforming it into a modern well equipped Dental Surgery with wonderful staff. Well done Nathan, my 2 new Crowns fitted last week look and feel perfect.

I have had some pretty unpleasant dentistry issues over the years however since starting using Warren House I have been very well looked after. This week I am the proud owner of a new front tooth and thank you to Nathan for making what could have been a pretty harrowing procedure very relaxed and actually quite funny!
